Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the 2014-2016 Market Value Added (MVA) method in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The sample determination technique used in this study is to use the type of purposive sampling, namely the criteria of having financial reports published and audited in the period 2014 to 2016 and complete financial statements from the period 2014 to 2016 with calculations using the MVA method (Market Value Added. The results show that the financial performance of BUS in this period has a positive average value using EVA and MVA. This situation shows that the positive EVA and MVA values are in good condition and have more economic added value after the company pays all obligations to the funders or creditors according to their expectations, so that the company's profits provide economic value for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the lease transaction in the review of sharia economic law. The phenomenon of the practice of leasing transactions in economic activities that develop today is a complicated and complicated issue. Because of its emergence as one of muamalah practices involving a number of parties initially known in advance by the Western world and not found the discussion specifically in the classic books and fatwa ulama. This type of research is a qualitative research using literature study method as the methodology of completion. With the object of research Leasing case seen from the point of view of Islamic economic law, and how the Islamic economy to answer the problem. Leasing Transactions are financing activities in the form of provision of capital goods (eg cars or factory machinery) paid for a certain period of time on a regular basis. From result of research obtained result that related with lease transaction. The form of leasing activity is divided into two, namely the operating lease (ie, lease without option) and financial lease (lease with option rights) Operating lease in fiqih terms equals ijara, while the financial lease practice which has been adjusted to syara criteria 'is called al -The Objective of Muntahia bit Tamlik (IMBT) and the law is halal, while based on the practice and reality in daily life, financial lease shows transaction prohibition, and scholars agree that there is in practice financial lease (conventional leasing)

Abstract

The aims of the research is to find out the soundness level of Islamic banks seen from the capital ratio, profitability, financing, and credit. Islamic banking financial institutions which are to be the focus of this research are Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The data used are the 2014-2018 financial statements. The results of this study indicate that Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of capital using the CAR ratio shows an average CAR ratio of 14.75%. This means that BSM in terms of capital is ranked very well. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of profitability using the ROA and ROE ratio shows an average ROA of 0.53% and ROE of 6%. This means that BSM's ability to generate profits is ranked quite well. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of financing using the FDR ratio shows an average FDR ratio of 79.81%. This means that BSM's ability to repay short-term loans and meet agreed financing is at a healthy rating. Bank Syariah Mandiri in terms of credit risk using the NPF ratio shows an average NPF ratio of 3.18%. This means that there is very little credit provided by BSM and the bank is viewed from the aspect of credit risk, including in a good rating. From the results of these research, indicate that the the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri is in a good level of soundness.

Abstract

This study aims to find customer satisfaction model at Islamic Hospital in Surakarta. The sample in this study is the respondents who have come and treated in the Islamic Hospital in the city of Surakarta. With various limitations, the target object is the community around the solo who ever come to the hotel sharia. The spread of questionnaires is not necessarily done in Islamic Hospital by looking and giving directly to visitors who come to the place of Islamic Hospital. The criteria used are the people around the solo who already know about the Islamic Hospital and have visited the treatment and never stay in the Islamic Hospital which amounted to 57 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by accidental sampling. Data analysis method used is validity test, reability test, normality test and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of culinary service business leaders in Surakarta, also to analyze the spiritual role of leadership in the growth of the creative economy in Surakarta. This research method is a quantitative method with an explanation approach. There are 5 (five) key informants (informants) who will be interviewed in this study consisting of leaders in the culinary service sector business in Surakarta. The results of data analysis research obtained that the results obtained that the variable vision, hope/ faith, altruistic love, meaning / calling, membership, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant positive influence on spiritual lesdership.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan manajemen pemasaran batik ciprat hasil karya penyandang disabilitas “Karya Barokah” dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat di Desa Pucung, Kecamatan Kismantoro, Wonogiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan tindak lanjut atas kunjungan LPPM Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia ke beberapa sentra industri kecil di Karesidenan Surakarta termasuk Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tutorial penyampaian materi-materi terkait manajemen pemasaran secara umum yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan strategi pemasaran secara spesifik terhadap batik ciprat mulai dari strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi promosi, dan strategi distribusinya. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu semester gasal 2020/2021 secara terprogram sebulan sekali. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian di Balai Desa Pucung yang merupakan tempat pengembangan produksi batik ciprat ini. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pendampingan manajemen pemasaran batik ciprat hasil karya disabilitas Paguyuban Karya Barokah dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualannya. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu manajemen pemasaran yang dilakukan lebih maksimal dan lebih matang mulai dari strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi promosi, dan strategi distribusinya meskipun di tengah berbagai keterbatasan yang ada, yang berdampak secara langsung pada peningkatan penjualan dan secara ekonomi meningkatkan kesejahteraan saudara-saudara kita para penyandang disabilitas. Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang ingin memberikan sumbangsih dalam meningkatkan tingkat pemahaman untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada masyarakat khususnya dalam dakwah ekonomi syariah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk penambahan pengetahuan tentang ekonomi syariah, khususnya mengenai perbankan syariah. Diharapkan dari hasil pelatihan ini memberikan penambahan pemahaman baru dari masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, praktik simulasi dan observasi. Metode ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian materi pelatihan. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Masyarakat mampu mengetahui dan memahami sistem ekonomi syariah; 2) Masyarakat mendapatkan pemahaman baru tentang apa itu perbankan syariah dan bedanya dengan perbankan konvensional; 3) Selanjutnya masyarakat akan mampu mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana memperoleh dana dalam pengembangan kehidupan yang lebih baik lagi dan berkah. Kata Kunci: ekonomi syariah, Pengabdian masyarakat, manajemen masjid.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality, relationship marketing, and perceptions of customers loyalty in BMT Sejahtera. This study uses a quantitative approach to the population of members in the BMT Sejahtera, a sample taken using the calculation of solving formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models. T-test result of the study showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on customer loyalty with at count>t table (5,737>1,662). Because the value of t is greater than the value of the t table and the magnitude of the significant value of the P-Value is less than 0.05 (0.00t table (2,022>1,662). Because the value of t is greater than the table value and the value of the significant value of P-Value is less than 0.05 (0.046t table (2,231 > 1,662). Abstract

Transformational leadership is leadership where the leaders can inspire, direct and move followers to make change through empowerment in achieving certain goals. It can be related to the employee performance results of one's work in an organization. The research was to know the influence behavior of transformational leadership on the Sharia Economics’ lecturer’s performance in ITB AAS Indonesia. This research used quantitative research. This research was carried out using a questionnaire and interview. This sample of this research involved several Sharia Economics’ lecturers. The result analysis shows that the aspects of transformational leadership such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualization consideration have an effect of 87.1% on the performance appraisal of the lecturers’ performance of ITB AAS Indonesia. Transformational leadership is influential on the performance of lecturers at ITB AAS Indonesia after research and statistical tests were carried out. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that lecturers’ performance is positively influenced by transformational leadership.

Abstract

Implementation of madrasa management contains two aspects of study, first the assessment in the conceptual setting of an approach in running a particular business in the education segment that seeks to maximize competitiveness through continuous improvement of products, people, processes, and organizational environments or institutions, and both studies cover the way they are delivered, which includes ten characteristics from i.e. customer focused (internal and external); obsessed with quality; use scientific approach; continuously improving quality; education and training; exercising controlled freedom; have unity of purpose; as well as involving and empowering educators and students. Both aspects must become a unified whole so that efforts to achieve goals can be obtained optimally. Keywords: Madrasa Management, Madrasa Quality, Management Function
