Abstract

Hospitals need a strong organizational foundation to survive in the competitive healthcare industry. In this case, human resources cannot be separated because having competent, motivated and trained employees is one of the main elements of organizational success. So that company leaders must pay attention to the performance of their employees. Leadership style is a factor of success or failure of leaders in organizations. Islam believes that leadership is a mission, a responsibility not only to the members they lead, but also to Allah SWT. Islamic leadership is an activity that aims to guide, accompany and guide to the path of Allah's blessings. This study uses primary data and secondary data in the form of information from published journals, websites or other media. The research sample includes employees of the Islamic Hospital of Muhammadiyah Kendal who have worked for 2. The technical analysis in this study was carried out using descriptive analysis and Structural Equatioan Modeling or SEM (Structural Equatioan Modeling) then tested the hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing state that Islamic leadership has no effect on nurse performance, Islamic organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance, Islamic leadership has a positive effect on Islamic organizational culture, Islamic leadership has a positive effect on Islamic work motivation, Islamic organizational culture has a positive effect on Islamic work motivation. and Islamic work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of nurses. Based on the results of the Sobel Test, Islamic work motivation mediates the influence of Islamic leadership on nurse performance, but Islamic organizational culture does not mediate the influence of Islamic leadership on nurse performance. Islamic work motivation mediates the influence of Islamic organizational culture on nurse performance while Islamic organizational culture mediates the influence of Islamic leadership on Islamic work motivation.

Abstract

As a country, Indonesia is inseparable from import activities to meet their own needs. Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Muslims are required to always consume halal food in accordance with Islamic religious orders. However, in fact, not all imported food or beverage products are labeled as halal food. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and religiosity on the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported halal labeled food and beverages.The data collection method is done through questionnaire. The population of this research is Muslim students at Universitas Diponegoro who consume imported food and beverages with sample of 110 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are calculated using the SPSS 26.0 application. The results of the analysis showed that the product quality, attitude, perceived behavioral control and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported food and beverage labeled as halal. However, subjective norm are not significant to the buying interest of Universitas Diponegoro students on imported food and beverages labeled halal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kepemimpinan multibudaya yang ada di PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) dan untuk menganalisa penerimaan karyawan Indonesia terhadap kepemimpinan multibudaya yang ada di PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS). Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah dimensi budaya Hofstede (Power Distance, Collectivism, dan Uncertainty Avoidance) dan peran kepemimpinan (Panutan, Perintis, Penyelaras, dan Pemberdaya). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 10 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara pada masing-masing responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan dan memberi kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Pemimpin Indonesia  menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan paternialistik dan pemimpin ekspatriat (Republik Dominika dan Maroko) menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, (2) karyawan lokal dapat menerima kehadiran pemimpin multibudaya di perusahaan, walaupun awalnya muncul ketakutan yang berasal bukan dari diri karyawan Indonesia tetapi dari pemimpin terutama pemimpin ekspatriat.   Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Multibudaya, Dimensi Budaya Hofstede, Peran Kepemimpinan

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the potential countries in terms of the Muslim consumer market, this is evidenced by the high Muslim population that reaches 209.12 million or around 87% of the total population. The influence of kesadaran halal in society is still considered less than optimal. The culinary business continues to increase, but in fact the halal certification that guarantees the halal haram of a product is still minimal, plus the increasing buying interest of consumers in Semarang City for ready-to-serve products (franchises) which are generally still controlled by foreign parties.This research is a form of quantitative method that is distributed through a questionnaire. The population in this study were Muslim student consumers who had bought and eaten OriChick products in the city of Semarang. The total sample was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques where the data is processed using SPSS Statistics 23. The results of the analysis show that the impression of price and ic religiosity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, kesadaran halal and service quality variables do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously the results of kesadaran halal, price impressions, service quality and ic religiosity have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The result of the R square value test of 0.346 shows that 34% of purchasing decisions can be explained by independent variables and the remaining 66% is explained by other factors outside the research

Abstract

E-commerce is an important pillar in the changing times and gives a significant influence on everyday human life. E-bay which is one of the largest e-commerce companies in the world has grown very rapidly and provides exceptional service to the world community. The services provided have helped a lot in overcoming problems in facing demographic bonuses, especially absorbing labor; human resource development and information technology development. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on usage decisions on BRImo services at the Branch Office. Tangerang Regency which is mediated by satisfaction. The research sampling used a purposive sampling method based on certain conditions, namely BRI customers at the Tangerang Regency Branch Office who had used BRImo services in the past month. The number of research samples selected was 303 respondents. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires distributed online via google form with two parts. The first part contains questions related to the characteristics of the respondents. The second part contains statements to determine respondents' perceptions of service quality, trust, user satisfaction, and usage decisions. Data analysis using statistical testing through AMOS. The research data has met the criteria for Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), normality, and Goodness of Fit (GoF). The results of the study successfully proved that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction and usage decisions. Meanwhile, trust affects satisfaction, but trust statistically has no effect on usage decisions. Meanwhile, satisfaction statistically affects usage decisions. The mediation test results prove that satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between service quality and usage decisions, and trust and usage decisions.

Abstract

In a few decades, research topic on corporate governance attracts much attention from scholars in Indonesia. Different from most of previous studies, I employ attendance of board of director’s meetings, frequency of board of commisioner’s meetings, audit committee size, audit reputation, ownership concentration and manajerial concentration as the determinants in this research. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of attendance of board of director’s meetings, attendance of board of commisioner’s meetings, audit committee size, audit reputation, ownership concentration and manajerial concentration on firm performance. Sample of this research covers 30 firms listed on Index LQ-45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 until 2018. The analysis method used is multiple regression with 150 observations data panel. Firm performance is measured with Tobin’s Q and controlling for firm size and leverage. The results show that attendance of board of director’s meetings, attendance of board of commisioner’s meetings, audit committee size, and manajerial concentration has negative and not significant effect on firm performance. However, the result show that audit reputation and ownership concentration has positive and significant effect on firm performance.

Abstract

Classical economists believe money doesn’t matter or money is neutral, meanwhile keynesian argued that money matter or money isn't neutral. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the linkages between the money supply, such as M0, M1, M2 and real Indonesia’s GDP in a period of 2010.1 to 2018.12. Data processed using the (Vector Error Correction Model) method. The results have shown that M0, M1, and M2 have a significant effect to real GDP. Impulse response analysis shows the response of real GDP tend to be positive to real GDP shock itself, M0 and M2, meanwhile the shock of M1 have negative response. The shock happened to real GDP partially contributed by the real GDP itself, and followed by M0, M1, and M2. In conclusion, along the period of 2010 to 2018, neutrality of money phenomenon are not happening in Indonesia. The implication is to maintain the stability of real GDP in Indonesia by focusing on monetary policy to control the money supply such as M0, M1 and M2.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of investment, labor and human development index on the economic growth of districts and cities in Central Java. The data analysis model used to determine the relationship between variables is used panel data analysis. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method through secondary data with data of 35 districts and cities in Central Java Province and the time series from 2016 to 2018. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that partially the investment variable has no effect on GRDP growth rate, labor variable has no effect on GRDP growth, and the human development index (HDI) variable has a positive effect andt affect GRDP growth in Central Java during the study period. While simultaneously investment variables, labor, human development index (HDI) affect the GRDP growth rate.
