Abstract

The concept of Islam in marketing is elastic. Everything can be done unless there is a prohibition and this is only in the smallest parts. This is one of the causes lately, experts in marketing are interested in the concept of Islamic marketing. In the aspect of brand image, Islam has its own uniqueness that is able to attract customers not only materially but also emotionally, so that customers will always be loyal to brands that have that Islamic image. This paper is library research that aims to produce a concept in Islamic marketing that is sourced from the study of grand and middle theories or previous empirical research. This paper tries to synthesize theories based on appropriate theoretical concepts then harmonize with the concept of Islamic marketing and will produce research findings

Abstract

The background of research that performance of manufacturing industrial was influenced by operational strategy, environmental dynamic. The objective of research was to explain that: 1) Environmental dynamic influenced operational strategy, 2) Operational strategy influenced performance, 3) Environmental strategy has influence directly to performance. 4).Environmental strategy has influence indirectly to performance This research studied the relationship between variable so it was explanatory research. Site research was Makassar city, South Sulawesi with population target was large and middle industrial. The number of large and middle industrial population were 173 company at Makassar city. The samples used were 120 companies that those were widespread in all large and middle manufacturing industrial. Statistic analysis was used to examine hypothesis was path analysis. The result of research showed that: 1) Environmental dynamic influence operational strategic, 2) Operational strategic influenced performance, 3) Environmental dynamic has influence directly to performance. 4) Environmental dynamic has influence indirectly to performance.Keywords: industrial manufactory, environmental dynamic, operational strategic and performance.

Abstract

Strategi penting dalam pelaku bisnis karena merupakan bagian dari kegiatan yang dirancang dalam menjalankan aktivitas kegiatan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan restoran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang dilakukan pada Restoran La Pizza diperoleh beberapa hal yang paling mempengaruhi usaha restoran. Dari faktor internal, kekuatan utama yang dimiliki restoran adalah cita rasa dan kualitas yang baik khas italian pizza sedangkan kelemahan utama dari restoran adalah harga yang relative mahal. Untuk faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang utama bagi restoran adalah meningkatnya pendapatan dan daya beli masyarakat serta ancaman terbesar bagi restoran tingkat persaingan antar industri restoran tinggi. Strategi yang tepat digunakan pada posisi ini adalah strategi intensif (penetrasi pasar,pengembangan produk). Hasil analisis matriks SWOT didapatkan lima alternative strategi, yaitu : (1) Pengembangan produk pizza dengan cita rasa local, (2) Membuat menu makanan dan minuman yang bervariasi, (3) Penetrasi Pasar dengan promosi menggunakan social media, (4) Membentuk Tenaga Pemasaran dan membuat sertifikat halal dari MUI dan BPOM, (5) Memberikan diskon dan potongan harga yang menarik. Berdasarkan analisis QSPM, alternative strategi yang tepat dan dapat dilakukan oleh pihak Restoran La Pizza secara berurutan adalah (1) Membuat menu makanan dan minuman yang bervariasi (STAS : 9,37 ) , (2) Pengembangan produk pizza dengan cita rasa local (STAS : 7,94), (3) membentuk tenaga pemasaran dan membuat sertifikat halal dari MUI dan BPOM (STAS : 5,16), (4) penetrasi pasar dengan promosi menggunakan social media (STAS : 5,10) (5) memberikan diskon dan potongan harga yang menarik (STAS : 4,92 ).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja sistem antrian yang saat ini digunakan oleh RSUD Haji Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, model antrian yang saat ini diterapkan pada bagian registrasi pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Haji Makassar menunjukkan kinerja yang belum begitu baik pada loket pendaftaran, adapun model yang saat ini digunakan adalah sistem antrian model jalur tunggal atau Single Channel Query System (M/M/1). Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan perhitungan menggunakan rumus dari model (M/M/1) diketahui pasien lama membutuhkan waktu berada dalam antrian adalah selama 57,27 menit serta orang dalam antrian sebanyak 21 orang dan ini terjadi pada periode waktu 09.00-10.00 sampai 10.00-11.00. Untuk pasien baru membutuhkan waktu berada dalam antrian selama 50 menit dan jumlah orang dalam antrian sebanyak 5 orang dan ini terjadi pada periode waktu 09.00-10.00 sampai 11.00-12.00. Alternatif yang dapat menangani masalah pada loket pendaftaran adalah dengan merubah komposisi server dengan menggunakan Multiple Channel Query System (M/M/s) melalui model ini waktu yang dibutuhkan pasien lama didalam antrian menurun menjadi 0,8 menit, serta pasien lama dalam antrian yang awalnya 21 orang menjadi 1,24 orang, dengan alternatif ini kinerja sistem antrian dapat lebih optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are; (1) To identify the community's response to the Lorong Garden (Longgar) program in Makassar; (2) Analyze the economic benefits of the Longgar program in Makassar, especially in improving the welfare of the community; (3) Formulate development strategy of Longgar program in Makassar City. Location of this study will be conducted in Makassar City. The population of this research is all groups of Kelompok Wanita Tani in Makassar City. The activity of this study in the data collection using observation approach and questionnaire. The collected data is then edited, tabulated, and verified first. The data analysis methods used in this study consist of: (1) Descriptive analysis and, (2) T-statistical analysis of paired t tests. The result of the research shows that the perception of society on the garden garden program is positive and high. From the results of questionnaires distributed to the respondents it can be seen that the level of knowledge, objectives, benefits and community support for the Lorong Garden program is high. The community accessed information about Lorong Garden from the socialization activities by the Penyuluh from Badan Ketahanan Pangan and was very supportive for the competition between Lorong Garden with comprehensive criteria. The results also show the economic benefits of the Lorong Garden Program which increases with time. The paired-sample t test results show significant difference in KWT revenues between 2014-2015 and 2016-2017 and that income tends to increase with time.

Abstract

In the same way that the rest of Indonesia has been hit hard by the Covid-19 epidemic, so too has PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. Several companies, including PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar, have instituted work-from-home policies in response to the pandemic. Naturally, this may have an effect on employees' ability to self-regulate and motivate themselves to provide their best efforts on the job. The effects of discipline and motivation on output both before and after the pandemic are the primary foci of this study. One hundred people will be used as the sample size in this quantitative investigation. Data was gathered using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results (indicated by the four indicators of time pressure, efficiency, absenteeism, and accountability) show a positive correlation with the discipline variable. Therefore discipline and motivation at PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar have a large and positive effect on productivity.

Abstract

High levels of work stress (WS) can significantly lower work motivation (WM) as the energy is prone to deplete, causing burnout, and undermining employees’ belief to succeed in their career. On the other hand, low motivation level makes them more susceptible to experiencing WS and less resilient in coping with stressful situations. Thus, what is the connection between WS and WM on employee performance (EPf)? In fact, there are still few researches discussing the issue, particularly in telecommunications companies and this became the background for this study. To conduct the research, qualitative and quantitative data are used. The population comprised all employees of PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia (H3I) Makassar Branch who also become a sample or census sampling. For the data collection, a survey method is implemented with multiple linear regression as its technique of analysis. The results showed that the variables of WS and WM had a positive and significant impact on EPf. All research hypotheses are declared accepted, which indicates that an increase in the variables of WS and WM will improve EPf. The findings contribute to the development of theory and practice in the fields of performance and human resources management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the role of leadership and competence on the work ethic of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Gowa Regency. The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests and coefficients of determination, t tests and f tests. The results of the study show that partially the role of leadership has a significant effect on work ethic. Because the tcount value is 3.286 > table 0.244, the hypothesis is accepted, partially the competency variable has a significant effect on work ethic. Because the tcount value is 4.788 > table 0.244, the hypothesis is accepted. While simultaneously the variables of the role of leadership and competence have a significant effect on work ethic. Because the Fcount value is 52.696 > Ftable 2.36, the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethics directly on the performance of employees at the Maros Regency Cereals Research Center and to find out that work ethics indirectly influences work discipline on employee performance at the Maros Regency Cereals Research Institute. This study uses the Quantitative Method which aims to explain or measure the relationship or influence, prediction and control based on data obtained from available reports. In this study, the population consisted of all employees working at the Maros Regency Cereal Research Institute, totaling 129 people. The sample was part of the number and characteristics of that population. The sample in this study is all employees with the status of Civil Servants (PNS), namely: 129 people. The results of this study show that the work ethics variable (X) has a direct effect on employee performance variable (Z) of 0.258. While the indirect effect of work ethics (X) on employee performance (Z) through work discipline (Y) has a value of 0.621 x 0.422 = 0.262. From the calculation of the overall effect given by the work ethics variable (X) on employee performance (Z) is a direct effect plus an indirect effect, becoming 0.258 + 0.262 = 0.52.
