Abstract

Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan keseluruhan keadaan pada kesehatan mental, kesehatan fisik dan pekerjaan sosial mengenai segala hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem, fungsi dan proses, serta tidak adanya penyakit dan kecacatan. Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak ke masa dewasa. Dalam perkembangannya semua remaja akan mengalami masa pubertas, yang mana merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju orang dewasa yang sesungguhnya. Di masa tersebut terdapat beberapa perubahan pada diri remaja baik secara fisik maupun kesehatan reproduksinya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan sikap terkait kesehatan reproduksi dan psikososial pada remaja dengan pendekatan peer group. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya sikap remaja terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dan psikososial, terlebih di masa pandemi COVID-19. Pemahaman tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan psikososial remaja penting untuk dilakukan secara berkesinambungan agar terus dapat diingat dan diaplikasikan oleh remaja. Abstract

Goiter adalah pembengkakan leher akibat pembesaran kelenjar tiroid. Kelenjar tersebut membesar sebagai kompensasi untuk meningkatkan output hormon tiroid. Sebelumnya kasus gondok endemik umum terjadi di daerah di mana diet garam iodiumnya kurang. Prevalensi goiter terutama pada anak-anak, meningkat di daerah pertanian dataran rendah hingga daerah pantai yang diketahui intake iodiumnya cukup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Goiter pada peserta didik di taman bermain Alif Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan studi kasus kontrol. Subyek dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok kasus dan kontrol dengan 21 subyek pada kelompok kasus dan 21 subyek pada kelompok kontrol. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah usia, jenis kelamin, jenis sumber garam, pemberian kapsul iodium, status gizi, gradepalpasi,pengetahuan bengkak pada leher. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pengamatan dan pengukuran. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat yang meliputi uji beda rerata didapatkan hasil beda antara kelompok kasus dan kelompok control pada faktor pejanan status gizi.Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor risiko kejadian goiter pada siswa adalah status gizi, jenis kelamin dan usia.Kata Kunci : Kejadian Goiter

Abstract

COVID-19 is a new disease due to a virus that has not yet been identified. Services due to Large-Scale Social Restrictions which hinder population mobility. This can disrupt the continuity of health services which can lead to an increase in morbidity and mortality, especially in infants. The purpose of carrying out this dedication to the community is to disseminate guidance to increase children's immune energy so that they can avoid the transmission of COVID-19 transmission in infants and preschoolers. Providing data on methods of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 to infants and pre-school children is a strategy tried in Pulo Lor Village to avoid the transmission of COVID-19 in this age group. This training uses posters and direct descriptions as the method. Experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic, residents must be disciplined and practice cleanliness and live a healthy life. In order to help residents be more socialized, health workers coordinate matters relating to efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and monitor the health of infants and preschool children. Finally, the method of protecting children's health goes hand in hand with efforts to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 to infants and preschoolers. If children need monitoring or bonus services, health service providers must provide telephone numbers or data lines that are ready to contact residents for consultations via telephone or appointments. It is hoped that by distributing counseling about methods of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 to infants and pre-school children in Pulo Lor Village, the dedication of these residents can increase family understanding of the disease, especially among mothers, without causing panic.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has been heavily affected by the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the government has taken various measures. The government enforces learning from home (BDR) to prevent clusters of spreading Covid-19 in schools. The many impacts caused by the government's BDR announcing the existence of a learning policy can be carried out face-to-face if the area is a green zone. The existence of this policy needs to be socialized to teachers about the fulfillment of child nutrition to face the preparation of face-to-face learning in Alif Integrated Kindergarten, Jombang Regency. This method of implementing community service, the executor gives a pre-test to all participants, after which they are given material about balanced nutrition as a preparation for face-to-face learning by the community service executors. At the end of the post-test session, it was distributed to find out whether there was an increase in participants' knowledge. Results: there was a significant increase in knowledge from the post test results, namely 78.1% of participants with good knowledge. Conclusion An increase in teacher and school knowledge is expected to be able to be passed on to parents and guardians of students as a form of face-to-face learning preparation. Abstract

Health is highly essential, especially when it comes to issues with dental and oral health. Early dental and oral health care is important so that children develop the behaviors necessary to maintain cleanliness and good oral and dental health. In addition to assessing the children's oral and dental hygiene, this community activity strives to educate the public on the need of maintaining good dental and oral health. Based on community service findings, it was discovered that as many as 9 children (39%) had clean teeth and mouths. With this activity, it is intended that children may use the proper technique for brushing their teeth and can always improve oral and dental health. Additionally, it is intended that the school will be able to monitor kids thoroughly so that it can ensure their general wellbeing. Abstract

The nutritional status of children is one indicator that describes the level of nutritional status of the community. The type of research used is observational analytic research with comparative research design. The sample in this research is children less nutrition and uncomplicated malnutrition in Jatiwates village and Sentul village, Tembelang sub-district, Jombang regency with 11 children. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The dependent variable in this research is the nutritional status of children. The independent variable in this research is Nutrition Recovery Park activity. Data analysis in this research use t-test. The results showed that there is influence of Nutrition Recovery Park activities with nutritional status of children. To further optimize the activities should equip APE facilities in order to improve the development of toddlers.
