Abstract

An effort to educate learner in Islamic education as an order to the learner be able to change character and behavior. For Islamic education, learner hoped to be able to understand whole Islamic teachings and comprehend the aim of Islamic education entirely. Islamic subject Learning system has planned systematically and referred to learning components which have oriented to the new paradigm and the application of contextual teaching and learning approach; the class condition will be conducive and comfortable for the learner to be motivated to learn Islamic subject. In contextual teaching and learning approach be able to direct the process of Islamic teaching and learning for growing learner good behavior, character building, and moral values that will become human who has proper responsibility, emotional, intellectual, and human who has emotional intelligence in developing the learner potency in applying of Islamic educational making good relation between God with human being and doing whole Islamic teachings in Global Era. How the learner knows about Islamic teachings, but it discusses what has known and realized by learner after learning.? Learner hoped to be able to have a strong desire and a high commitment to understand and apply Islamic teachings.Suatu upaya mendidik peserta didik dalam pendidikan Islam agar siswa dapat mengubah karakter dan perilaku. Melalui pendidikan Islam, pelajar berharap dapat memahami seluruh ajaran Islam dan memahami sepenuhnya tujuan dari pendidikan Islam. Sistem pembelajaran mata pelajaran pendidikan Islam harus direncanakan secara sistematis dan harus mengacu pada komponen pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada paradigma baru dan penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, kondisi kelas akan kondusif dan mudah bagi peserta didik untuk termotivasi belajar Islam objek kajiannya. Tentunya pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual dapat mengarahkan proses pembelajaran dan pembelajaran keislaman untuk menumbuhkan perilaku baik peserta didik, pembentukan karakter, dan nilai-nilai moral yang akan menjadi manusia yang memiliki tanggung jawab baik, emosional, intelektual, dan manusia yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional dalam mengembangkan potensi pelajar dalam menerapkan pendidikan Islam membuat hubungan yang baik antara Tuhan dengan manusia dan melakukan seluruh ajaran Islam di Era Global. Bagaimana pelajar tahu tentang ajaran Islam, tetapi membahas tentang apa yang telah diketahui dan disadari oleh pelajar setelah belajar? Setiap peserta didik dapat termotivasi serta memiliki keinginan yang kuat dan komitmen yang tinggi untuk mewujudkan dan menerapkan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berupaya untuk mengelaborasi pendampingan intensif dalam penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas bagi para guru SMK Insan Aqilah 3 Depok. Mutu pendidikan di suatu lembaga pendidikan dapat tercapai dengan baik jika guru mampu mengidentifikasi permasalahan dengan baik dalam berbagai penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di lingkungan sekolahnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kelas, dan dielaborai oleh guru kemudian memberikan pemecahan masalah, mencarikan jalan penyelesaian dengan cepat dan tepat, akan membuat suasana belajar mengajar menjadi lebih dinamis. Identifikasi permasalahan dan solusinya dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas, akan membuat guru menjadi lebih kreatif. Melalui penelitian tindakan kelas guru mampu memberikan solusi yang terbaik bagi peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis dan refleksi. Pendampingan intensif dalam penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas bagi guru SMK Insan Aqilah 3 Depok dimaksudkan agar guru mampu mengidentifikasi masalah dengan baik, masalah yang terjadi dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Metode pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan memandu serta memonitoring guru dalam memilih dan melaksanakan metode yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi, Hasilnya guru mampu untuk menyusun sebuah proposal penelitian tindakan kelas sesuai dengan kompetensinya sehingga peningkatan mutu pendidikan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

There are some problems being faced by English teachers especially at SMK Kesuma Bangsa  Depok to teach English. Enriching their students’ vocabulary and teaching parts of speech especially tenses are the two most challenging efforts. The appropriate methods to teach both of them were  an Oral Questioning and Guiding in L1 (OQIGIL) methods. This study used an online action research implemented in   SMK Kesuma Bangsa  Depok grade XII, taking three months started in October to December 2021. This study involved 54 students of the Office Management Automation Program (OTKP) selected by simple random sampling. There were some activities to do during this  action reseach cycle:  1) an action planning setting, 2) an action, 3) an observation, an evaluation, and 4) a reflection.  The result  of this study show that the OQIGIL method used in this classroom action research has made the students speak English confidently and appropriately since the average of the students’ English speaking scores are 74,54 at the first cycle and becomes 74,54 at the second cycles and the average of the third cycles is 79,63. The  data  indicate that there are four students (7%) at the first cycle, 23 students (43%) at the second cycles, and 33 students (61,11 %) at the third cycles to speak English confidently since the students are challenged to think English  appropriately from the English materials directed in L1 by their English teachers and group captains during online learning

Abstract

The quality of public elementary school (SDN) performance is an internal problem that is a significant concern because the performance of schools is not going well, as evidenced by the A accreditation but does not match the school performance based on the results of the quality report card for the last two periods. Assistance to improve the quality of school performance aims to map with an internal quality assurance program to improve the quality of school performance, seen from the eight national standards of education. Assistance is provided through observation, training, interviews, and discussions. The mentoring results showed an increase in the ability to understand and implement the stages of the SPMI cycle at SDN Batu Ampar 06 East Jakarta. After regular mentoring and monitoring every month for six months. It is evident from the results of the second cycle when assistance is made plans to improve quality, to reach the percentage value of the fifth cycle of the new quality strategy with an increase as an implication of the assistance carried out by the Indraprasta PGRI University Jakarta Community Service Lecturer Team

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a kind of survey and aims to find out and analyze empirically the effects of student’s perception on teacher performance and learning motivation towards student’s achievement in English subject. The object population of this research is private junior high students in Indramayu.  The sample was gained through simple random sampling. The collection of the data is done by questionnaire for both independent variables and by teachers’ file mid-term test for dependent variable. The gained data was analyzed by using correlation technique and multiple regressions. The result of this research is: 1) There are any significant effects of students perception on teacher performance and learning motivation jointly towards students’ achievement in English subject.  It is proved by Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 and Fo = 49.077; 2) There is a significant effect of students’ perception on teacher performance towards students’ achievement in English subject.  It is proved by Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 and to = 5.009; 3) There is a significant effect of learning motivation towards students’ achievement in English subject.  It is proved by and Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 and to = 6.773.  It means that the students’ achievement in English subject is sufficient influenced by students’ perception on teacher performance and learning motivation.Key Words: Students’ Perception; Teacher Performance; Learning Motivation; Students Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to present the number and percentage of errors in using simple past tense and conjunction in writing recount text. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. This study's objects were 35 students of 12th (12th) grade 1 (one) of Link and Match Vocational School. This study's results are 179 findings (82%) errors in using simple past tense and 39 findings (18%) errors in using a conjunction. Keywords: error analysis; simple past tense; conjunction; recount text

Abstract

The quality of a person's oral communication skills is significantly influenced by their speaking ability. Observations of pupils revealed that some spoke English quickly and intelligently, while others spoke it more slowly. It is affected by the teaching strategy that was employed in the classroom. Hence, the researcher conducted research to identify an appropriate strategy for enhancing students' speaking abilities in an attempt to find a solution to this issue. Therefore, the researcher tried to find out the use of the direct method and the audio-lingual method in improving students’ speaking ability at SMK Ristek Karawang and SMK Perbankan Indonesia in Karawang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study and analyzes the data with analytical phases. The researcher conducted the data with the steps: 1. interviewing the English teachers, 2. analyzing the data, 3. interpreting data, and 4. concluding the result. Based on the result of the study all of the respondents have the same opinion about the use of the direct method and the audio-lingual method which is suitable for improving students’ speaking ability.

Abstract

Pendampingan tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) bagi pengajar di PKBM Harapan Mandiri Depok. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada suatu lembaga pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan guru dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas dan memberikan solusi yang cepat dan tepat. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) merupakan metode yang efektif bagi guru untuk menganalisis dan memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dalam penelitian ini, instruktur dipandu melalui empat tahapan PTK: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, serta analisis dan refleksi. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi instruktur dalam melakukan PTK, sehingga mampu mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran secara efektif dan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di PKBM. Hasil pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas instruktur dalam melaksanakan PTK dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan
