Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The forms of the deed of sale of land that is not in accordance with the procedures of the Land Deed Manufacture in Magelang. 2) The cause of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land not in accordance with the procedures of the Land Deed Manufacture in Magelang. 3) The legal consequences for the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in the manufacture of a deed of sale of land that is not in accordance with the procedures show a deed of land in Magelang.This research is normative juridical approach, the sociological juridical approach. The collection of primary and secondary data obtained by interview and literature study, then analyzed by qualitative analysis method.The research results are: 1) The forms of the deed of sale of land that is not in accordance with the procedures Making Land Deed in Magelang among which the sales and purchase agreement by the parties do not before PPAT who signed the deed of sale (deposit certificate), signing not done in the same time in front of PPAT, the transaction price values contained in the deed of sale is different from the actual transaction value. 2) The cause of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land not in accordance with the procedures Making Land Deed in Magelang, namely the existence of a situation which requires PPAT to manufacture the deed of sale that is not in accordance with the procedures deed PPAT is needed in order to save a sale and purchase transaction , their high trust between the parties with PPAT, a factor the value of security be so PPAT would follow the wishes of the parties. 3) The legal consequences for Deed Official Land (PPAT) in the manufacture of a deed of sale of land that is not in accordance with the procedures show a deed of land in the district of Magelang is PPAT be dishonorably discharged from his position, may be subject to administrative sanctions and fines in accordance with the regulations applicable.Keywords: Sale and Purchase Agreements; PPAT; Effects.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of applying social psychology in Islamic Education (PAI) learning at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Nagreg, particularly in enhancing students' religious understanding and character development. Social psychology helps teachers understand student interactions and behavior, thereby strengthening the learning process that is not only knowledge-oriented but also focused on character development and social skills. This study employs a qualitative approach using the case study method, conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Nagreg. The study concludes that the application of social psychology in PAI education at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Nagreg effectively improves the quality of education by integrating religious value understanding and character development through social interaction. This approach strengthens cognitive aspects while fostering empathy, responsibility, fairness, and cooperation. Therefore, PAI teachers need to integrate social psychology to create an inclusive learning environment that supports students' character development. The urgency of integrating social psychology into PAI learning lies in its ability to bridge the understanding of Islamic values with the social reality of students. This approach is effective in shaping students' characters to be empathetic, tolerant, and able to practice religious teachings contextually.

Abstract

This study discusses the transformation of Islamic education from the Umayyad Dynasty to the Abbasid Dynasty, the strategic role of Baitul Hikmah during the Abbasid Dynasty in the development of Islamic education, and its relevance to the modern education system in Indonesia. Baitul Hikmah functioned not only as a library, but also as a translation center, educational institution, scientific research center, and astronomical observatory. Its existence became a symbol of the intellectual advancement of Muslims, particularly through the translation movement of scientific works from various civilizations. This study employs a qualitative approach, relying primarily on literature review as the main source, which includes various written materials such as books, articles, websites, and other relevant sources that support the smoothness of the writing process. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively. This study shows that libraries during the Abbasid period played an important role in shaping literacy culture and integration between religious and general sciences. By emulating the Baitul Hikmah model, contemporary Islamic education can be directed toward an integrative, multidisciplinary, and science-based system, enabling it to respond to the challenges of the times in a more adaptive and progressive manner. This research is expected to contribute theoretically and practically to the development of libraries as centers of learning and the improvement of the quality of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Cerdas Istimewa (CI) Program at MTsN 1 Surabaya City as an acceleration program aimed at improving educational quality assurance. The program was initiated to provide special educational services for students with above-average intelligence so that their potential could develop optimally. The CI Program is conducted over a two-year period through an intensive learning system with additional study hours and involves various parties, including selected teachers, counseling teachers, homeroom teachers, and full support from the madrasah administration. This article uses a qualitative research method with a case field reseach. The results of the study indicate that the acceleration program has made a significant contribution to improving school quality. This can be seen from the increasing reputation of the school at the national level, the high public interest in enrolling children in the CI Program, and the improvement in students’ motivation and academic achievement. In addition, the program has strengthened the image of MTsN 1 Surabaya City as a leading school capable of providing modern and competitive educational services. Nevertheless, the implementation of the acceleration program faces several challenges, such as student fatigue and stress caused by the intensive learning schedule. To address these issues, the school provides psychological assistance and additional time for completing assignments. Overall, the Cerdas Istimewa Program is considered effective in enhancing school quality assurance because it is able to produce high-achieving graduates, increase public trust, and strengthen the quality of educational services at MTsN 1 Surabaya City.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) in managing educational institution data at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lamongan Regency to improve the effectiveness of educational administration. EMIS is a technology-based information system used to manage educational data in an integrated manner, including institutional data, students, educators, as well as facilities and infrastructure. The implementation of EMIS aims to improve the quality of administrative management so that it becomes faster, more accurate, and more efficient compared to manual systems. In addition, EMIS also facilitates reporting processes, data validation, and data-based decision-making in a more precise, transparent, and structured manner. The implementation of EMIS at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lamongan Regency also supports digital transformation in Islamic education management in the modern era. Although there are still several challenges in its implementation, such as limited technological infrastructure, internet networks, and operator capabilities, this system continues to provide significant positive impacts on improving the quality of educational administrative services. Thus, EMIS becomes an important solution in realizing effective, efficient, and accountable educational governance.
