Abstract

Telkomsel sebagai operator kartu prabayar Simpati merupakan pemimpin pasar bisnis telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Rendahnya loyalitas terlihat dari tingginya perpindahan pelanggan dari satu operator kartu prabayar ke operator lain (churn rate). Indonesia merupakan negara dengan churn rate tertinggi dibandingkan dengan negara-negara Asia lainnya, yaitu 15%. Oleh karena itu, salah satu cara yang efektif untuk mencapai loyalitas pelanggan adalah melalui pemberian kualitas jasa (service quality), persepsi nilai (perceived value) dan kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the influence of service quality, price, location and product completeness on customer satisfaction of wardah stores and to analyze the variables of service quality, price, location, and product completeness which most dominantly affect customer satisfaction. The research data were obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires totaling 100 respondents based on the Slovin formula and using a Likert scale as the assessment. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression statistics and is processed using SPSS 16. The results of this study show that simultaneously service quality, price, location and product completeness have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Partially, price and product completeness have a positive and significant effect, while service quality has no positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. And from the results of the regression coefficient, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction is product completeness. Abstract

Islam is a religion, and religion is closely linked tobelief. Furthermore beliefs are emotional, andtherefore need islamic and non-Muslim relations tobe well regulated. The difference between rich andpoor always brings chaos in society and toovercome it, the verses of the Qur'an also concernthe relationship of rich and poor. The economicseverity of our country over the years has led topoverty, which has swelled and increased. Swellsand rising poverty are evident with the increasingnumber of unemployment, Unemployment isincreasingly large children and adolescents out ofschool, homeless, low quality, violent behavior andefficacy and imperviousness. That is how it is,poverty has attracted to disbelief, low temperamentand criminality that harms society. Thus, poverty isone of those social problems that can be viewed asanother source of social problems.
