Abstract

Dedi Chandra (09070158) "Constraints Village Unit Cooperative Program Implementation In Public At River Jorong Tanang Aur River District West Pasaman, Education Program High School Sociology Teacher Training and Education (STKIP) PGRI West Sumatra, Padang 2014.This study in the wake of the 7 village cooperatives contained in Aur River District there are several Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) were not successfully run the program. One of them in Jorong Tanang River. The problems of this research are: 1) What program KUD in Jorong Tanang River, 2) What constraints Village Unit Cooperative Program, 3) what is the solution adopted in Jorong KUD Tanang River.The theory used in this study are George Homans with exchange theory, whereas qualitative research methods with descriptive type, informant selection techniques with a number of informants 21 people. Data collected through observation and interviews, while data analysis is done continuously and interactive at every stage of the research until the research phase is completed.The results of this study explain that (1) the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) have programs that run as, a) program improve rural economic cooperatives, b) program KUD independent businesses. (2) Constraints faced by cooperatives in running the program are a) constraints with the company, b) the constraints of society. (3) Solutions in the travel KUD with the company in the form of, a) consultation with the community, while a, b) education and socialization, c) provide assistance to outstanding students, and d) provide capital assistance to people who are creative.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin pesat dan memberikan banyak informasi dan pengetahuan kepada seluruh masyarakat. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pemasaran adalah perancangan website. Perancangan website ini akan berfokus dalam pemasaran dan transaksi penjualan produk software dan hardware yang dimiliki PT. Sinergi Wahana Gemilang. Website ini akan di kelola oleh Admin yang akan berfokus mengelola pesan dan penambahan informasi produk, dan sales yang bertugas mengurus data order dan payment. Perancangan website ini menggunakan metodologi Agile Method dan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Bahasa Pemrograman yang akan digunakan, yaitu HTML, CSS, Javascript, dan PHP dengan Framework Bootstrap. Basis Data yang digunakan dalam perancangan website yaitu, MySQL. Hasil dari pembuatan website ini adalah memberikan informasi dan penjualan produk Software dan Hardware di kalangan masyarakat luas.

Abstract

This study explores the perceptions of residents in Keranggan Village regarding the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) program and its impact on household economic conditions. The research is driven by the need to evaluate the effectiveness of social assistance policies amid persistent economic vulnerabilities, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main objective is to understand how beneficiaries perceive the BLT-DD program and to assess its role in supporting their economic well-being. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews and field observations with four beneficiaries and one village official. The findings reveal that the BLT-DD program is widely perceived as beneficial, especially in meeting daily basic needs among low-income families and elderly individuals. Some recipients also used the funds as capital for small-scale businesses. Although the assistance is seen as well-targeted and transparently administered, concerns remain about its sustainability in promoting long-term economic welfare. Beneficiaries expressed the need for complementary economic empowerment programs to reduce dependency on aid. Overall, the study suggests that while BLT-DD serves as a valuable short-term social protection mechanism, its long-term impact could be significantly enhanced through integrated and sustainable policy support.
