Abstract

Academic procrastination is fairly and commonly found among college students. The lack of understanding in making the best use of computer technology may lead to anxiety in terms of operating computer hence cause postponement in completing course assignments related to computer operation. On the other hand, failure in achieving certain academic targets as expected by parents and/or the students themselves also makes students less focused and leads to tendency of postponing many completions of course assignments. The aim of this research is to investigate contribution of anxiety in operating computer and academic stress toward procrastination on students. As much as 65 students majoring in psychology became participants in this study. The results showed that anxiety in operating computer and academic stress play significant role in influencing academic procrastination among social sciences students. In terms of academic procrastination tendencies, anxiety in operating computer and academic stress, male students have higher percentage than female students.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan dalam dunia ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sistem informasi juga mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan. Melalui e- commerce atau perdagangan elektronik, banyak orang memanfaatkan hal itu dengan baik, salah satunya untuk berbisnis di bidang kuliner. Sweetbites by Caca merupakan salah satu home industry yang memanfaatkan e-commerce dengan menjual beberapa macam produk makanan kekinian. Pemasaran produk pada toko Sweetbites by Caca hanya dengan saling memberikan informasi melalui satu pelanggan ke pelanggan lainnya dan melakukan promosi melalui aplikasi media sosial yaitu Instagram dan Whatsapp sehingga pemasaran dan penjualan produk masih belum maksimal. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah membuat rancangan toko online berbasis website sebagai media promosi dan penjualan produk. Perancangan tampilan antarmuka pengguna ecommerce dibuat menggunakan aplikasi balsamiq mockups 3. Tahapan dari metode user centered design terdiri dari plan the human centered process, specify the context of use, specify user and organizational requirements dan produce design solutions. Dengan menggunakan metode user centered design maka rancangan tampilan antarmuka pengguna yang dihasilkan berfokus kepada kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil rancangan tampilan antarmuka pengguna yang telah dibuat meliputi halaman utama, halaman profil, halaman kontak, halaman produk dan halaman galeri.

Abstract

Semakin hari kebutuhan informasi semakin meningkat, banyak pelanggan yang membutuhkan informasi pada Hari Hari Pasar Swalayan namun tidak ada media online untuk menemukan informasi tersebut sehingga menjadi permasalahan yang menyebabkan pelanggan harus datang langsung ke tempatnya untuk mendapatkan informasi atau mengetahui promosi yang ditawarkan. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, banyak lembaga atau perusahaan mulai menerapkan suatu teknologi yang dapat membantu suatu pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah Company Profile Berbasis Website Sebagai Media Informasi dan Promosi Pada Hari Hari Pasar Swalayan. Pembuatan website ini menggunakan PHP dan MySQL dan perancangan UML (United Modelling Language) meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Class Diagram. Website ini terdapat informasi tentang promo, informasi kontak dan juga lokasi dari Hari Hari Pasar Swalayan melalui fitur yang tersedia di navigasi web. Berdasarkan uji coba maka diperoleh hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan web browser Google Chrome, website beserta fiturnya dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsinya tanpa kendala.

Abstract

In a supermarket, cashier guards or cashier security have an important role in maintaining the security and comfort of the cashier area. As a retail company, the company gives awards every month to the cashier division as a motivation for them. However, problems arise in performance appraisal because it is too subjective and can be influenced by personal opinion. Therefore, the authors conducted research to create a decision support system (DSS) that can assist in selecting the best cashier with the criteria of appearance, service, discipline, honesty, and responsibility. The method used in this research is Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS), which can solve complex problems effectively by speeding up the decision-making process. With the WASPAS method, problems are grouped based on criteria and weight so that the value of each criterion can be calculated. The results showed that Rozi (A4) was the best alternative with a value of 0.452 and deserved to be the best cashier at a supermarket.

Abstract

Acceptance of new students is a school activity that occurs every year, even in the middle of the teaching year. This activity is the first step to improve the quality of education, namely choosing the quality of students. In general, the process of admitting new students is still done manually, namely by recording student data and the student selection exam schedule to the student data that has been accepted. This is one of the problems every year that can hinder the work of teachers and even school staff. Therefore, we need the right system to be used in schools so that it can assist in the acceptance of new students. One system that is able to solve these problems is the Decision Support System (SPK). . SPK aims to provide information, guide, provide predictions and direct users of information so they can make better decisions. In implementing the SPK, ranking methods are used so that the results obtained are more effective, such as the Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Method. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method where it is expected that the normalization process in calculating the value of new student admissions. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is a method which has a calculation level using minimum calculations and is very simple and practical for applied to the system. The Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method has a high level of flexibility and convenience on separating the subjective part that comes from an assessment process into the decision weighting criteria using several decision-making attributes. The final result showed that Angga Rifai Zul Fiqri ranked first with a final preference score of 1.0522, which was the highest among all candidates.
