<![CDATA[The development of tourist objects is a common problem in an area that has tourist objects, because if the development is well managed, it will have a positive impact on all parties. If there is a development of a tourist attraction, it will indirectly create business opportunities and increase income in the community. The purpose of this research is to find out and get the results from tourism villages, and from developing tourist objects into tourist villages can expand business opportunities. This study uses a qualitative method. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation.The results showed that the development of tourist villages can be seen from the increasing number of tourist visits in Setanga Lestari as well as the characteristics of tourist villages that are the main attraction of developing tourist objects. The participation of the local community can be seen from the support of the community who participated in the development of the tourist village. With this tourism village, it can open business opportunities and increase the income of the people in the area.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of poverty is not only due to the pressure of economic factors but there are other factors that are more influential, namely the very low human resource factor of farmers. The problems of unemployment and poverty remain problems that have not been resolved properly in the Indonesian government. Unemployment in Indonesia, one of which is the unavailability of jobs for new graduates and lack of adequate human resources. The purpose of this study is to describe how big the role of village heads is in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit for people's lives, in order to improve the welfare of economic life for As a real effort that can be made by the Village Head is to conduct various trainings and assistance for farmers so that they can have skills that they can use, as a provision for them to work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Result: The spirit of service shown by the village head and the approach of a leader figure who is able to provide a good example to the community so that it can influence changes in the mindset of the community itself. Changes in the mindset of the community can occur by conducting a lot of training and mentoring. Conclusion: In this study, the findings are described in several parts: The spirit of service and the approach of a leader who is able to set a good example to the community turns out to influence changes in the mindset of the community for the better. As a solution to the problem of lack of adequate human resources, a lot of training and mentoring can be done.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women in supporting the family economy in tourism activities in border areas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with research data obtained in the form of primary data namely observations, interviews and documentation as well as data in the form of journals and other supporting data related to research. The results obtained from this study are the potential of women in supporting tourism development such as in terms of providing culinary management, providing entrance tickets and bookkeeping in ticket administration and participation in managing homestays that have been provided in the tourist village.]]>

<![CDATA[This assistance was carried out in the Sekinyak hamlet, Belimbing Village, Lumar District, with the aim of helping the community in the hamlet to understand the importance of entrepreneurial opportunities amidst the tourism potential in the area. Even though the community already has a livelihood as a farmer, this business opportunity can add income and be a side business. This assistance is aimed at the hamlet community. <![CDATA[Abstract The problem faced by corn farmers is that the quality of corn prices is not in accordance with the market price because they do not drain well so that prices in the market have fallen considerably. The role of corn is very important and beneficial for human and animal life. And it is the second staple food after rice. While in the world corn ranks third after wheat and rice. The advantage of corn itself is that the harvest time is faster and very resistant to pests and diseases and higher production. (Ermanita, 2004). Indonesia is a tropical climate and fertile soil and as a country known as an agrarian nation, Indonesia is a country known for its rich biodiversity which is a mainstay in the fields of food, industry and energy. As an industrial material corn can be processed into processed oils, corn flour, sugar and others. The method used in this service is a method of training and teaching that is discussion, teaching method, participants of the training are housewives in the Farmer Business group. They are given material about how to make cakes so that they can be of selling value., Using the method (Discussion Method) Trainees are given the opportunity to discuss issues related to corn, using the interview method. <![CDATA[Peran perempuan ibu rumah tangga pendulang emas untuk keluarga saat ini benar-benar kontroversial dan dapat diperdebatkan yang menarik banyak perhatian terutama terkait dengan isu gender. Dengan demikian, peraturan peluncuran pemerintah RI No 23 tahun 2004 tentang keputusan untuk meninggalkan kekerasan dalam keluarga yang terkait dengan peraturan no 3 huruf b tentang kesetaraan jender. Kesetaraan perempuan mengusulkan perempuan dan laki-laki memiliki status dan kondisi yang sama untuk mendapatkan hak asasi manusia sepenuhnya, potensi dan kehidupan keluarga secara proporsional. Maka banyak perempuan bekerja sebagai pendulang emas untuk membantu suami mereka dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Selain itu, kebutuhan dan tuntutan hidup tumbuh tinggi yang mendorong wanita untuk bekerja di luar rumah mereka. Hal ini didukung oleh kondisi ekonomi global terutama kebutuhan pokok keluarga yang hari demi hari harganya semakin tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif fenomenalogi dimana melihat kegiatan bekerja perempuan pendulang emas dalam bekerja sebagai pendulang emas. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data mengenai kesejahteraan rumah tangga perempuan pendulang emas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, (1). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagaian besar perempuan sekaligus ibu rumah tangga bekerja sebagai pendulang emas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan rumah tangga mereka. (2). Perempuan ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja sebagai pendulang emas disebabkan latar belakang dari ekonomi rendah, maka para responden termotivasi bekerja untuk membantu mengatasi persoalan ekonomi keluarga sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. (3) dari hasil kegiatan mendulang responden dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi sehari-hari, saving, membeli kendaraan motor, untuk kesehatan dan pendidikan]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the concept of street vendors in Bengkayang Regency, so as to improve the image of the region. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Research location in Bengkayang Regency. The object of this study is the street vendors, which is one of the jobs using the roadside area to sell, as well as the street vendors in Bengkayang Regency. Initially, the street vendors sell at night in the terminal area, but because the terminal will build a shop, the street vendors moved to the Dekranasda area. In these areas it was felt rather quiet of the buyer, so the street vendors moved to sell at the edge of the roadside shophouse that was closed. Thus actually disturbing the view of Bengkayang Regency city planning. But it cannot blame these street vendors either, because it is their livelihood and indirectly adds to regional income. The results of this study are a form of business facilities that harmonious and memorable transparent street vendors so as not to interfere with the visual aesthetics of the corridors on the road, so as to make the road neat and attractive.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the preliminary survey, the Bengkayang State Vocational High School 1 Bengkayang currently only has four teachers in the field of Accounting. Whereas the library only has 100 book examplers. In addition there are also computer lab facilities but no one can teach accounting computers. The purpose of this study is to find factors that influence accounting learning behavior. The population in this study were all students. The research sample is as many as 30 students who are in Bengkel 1 Vocational School majoring in accounting. The research method is descriptive and the research design is a qualitative case study. The results of this study are that those who study accounting in this case the students produce an impact that affects behavior both from within and outside themselves when studying accounting, the impact can be negative or positive for their accounting knowledge. The impact is in the form of good behavior that arises from within themselves or behavior that comes from people around them.]]>

<![CDATA[Desa Sebente ,merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Teriak,Kabupaten Bengkayang.Desa Sebente menjadi salah satu desa percontohan sebagai administrasi terbaik dan merupakan salah satu desa yang di jadikan desa percontohan wisata untuk desa-desa lain yang bernama Setanga Lestari. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yakni : Memberikan edukasi serta keterampilan kepada warga masyarakat melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani Kiranti yakni dengan mengadakan Pelatihan Pembuatan Teh Herbal Rambut Jagung. Manfaat Teh Herbal Rambut Jagung adalah : mencegah batu ginjal,menurunkan kadar gula darah,mengontrol kolestrol serta meningkatkan Kesehatan pencernaan serta dapat mengobati infeksi kandung kemih juga mencegah penyakit jantung. Cara Pembuatan teh herbal rambut jagung : Siapkan bahan-bahan yakni : air putih satu gelas,jeruk nipis 1 biji,Madu 2 sendok kemudian rambut jagung. Kemudian rebus air dalam panci sampai mendidih lalu masukan rambut jagung kedalam panci, kemudian jeruk nipis di peras lalu masukan air jeruk nipis kemudian di aduk sebentar setelah itu di diamkan, lalu di angkat. Setelah itu air rebusan rambut jagung tersebut di saring lalu di tuangkan kedalam gelas atau cangkir.Kemudian di hidangkan.Teh Herbal Rambut Jagung dapat di Minum dalam keadaan hangat atau bisa di nikamati juga saat dingin.]]>
