Teenagers need to have knowledge about reproduction health. Not only take care of the organsâ€™ health and function but the right information can make them avoid doing unexpected cases. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of education by using the health information books on the knowledge and attitude of the student in SMPN I Sibolga in 2020. The design of this research was one group pretest and posttest design.It was performed through lecture method and had them read the health information books during 2 days.The sample of this research was third year students with 70 members. They were taken by simple random sampling method.The data were got based their answers on the questionnaire of knowledge and attitude. The implemented assessement was Paired Simple T-Test. The result of this research showed that there was increase in their average score either knowledge and attitude after education. For knowledge weat up from 62,86 to 89,20 and 104,24 to 142,44 for attitude. So we could see they had 26,34 point increase in knowledge and 38,2 in attitude. The conclusion is education by using health information books gave a positive influence on the teenagersâ€™ knowledge and attitude concerning with reproduction health. The p-value was gotten 0,000 < 0,05.Health service activities at schools especially about reproduction health of teenager need to do more and more in Sibolga.

Virus corona merupakan virus berbahaya yang menyerang saluran pernapasan dan menyebabkan demam tinggi, batuk, flu, sesak napas serta nyeri tenggorokan. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah tertularnya Covid-19 yaitu menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Di Kabupaten Aceh Utara masih banyak masyarakat tidak patuh untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan tersebut. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyak masyarakat belum begitu mempercayai penyakit Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu quantitative dengan desain korelasi analitik dengan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik convenience sampling dengan jumlah 175 responden. Analisis data secara uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 67,4% responden memiliki tingkat kepercayaan dalam kategori tidak percaya dan sebanyak 82,9% responden tidak patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Ada pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 masyarakat di Desa Lueng Bata Kecamatan Baktiya Kabupaten Aceh Utara (p=0,000). Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan terutama perawat lebih optimal dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 sehingga masyarakat patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Kata kunci: covid-19; kepatuhan; protokol kesehatan; tingkat kepercayaanThe Effect Of Community Trust Regarding Covid-19 On The Compliance Of Health Protocol Implementation During Covid-19 PandemicsAbstractCorona virus is a dangerous virus that attacks the respiratory tract and causes high fever, cough, flu, shortness of breath and sore throat. One way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to follow health protocols. In North Aceh District, there are still many people who do not comply with the health protocol. This is because many people do not really believe in the Covid-19 disease. This study was aimed to identify the effect of the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was quantitative analytical correlation design with cross sectional. Sampling technique used convenience sampling technique with a total of 175 respondents. Data analysis used Chi-Square test. The results showed that 67.4% of respondents had a level of trust in the distrust category and as many as 82.9% of respondents did not comply with health protocols. There is an influence on the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Lueng Bata Village, Baktiya District, North Aceh Regency (p = 0.000). It is hoped that health workers, especially nurses, are more optimal in providing health education to increase public trust about Covid-19 so that people obey in carrying out health protocols. Latar Belakang: Penusukan Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) akan menimbulkan nyeri berulang yang dapat mengganggu psikologis dan kenyamanan pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologi yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan nyeri yaitu kompres dingin pada titik LI-4. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi efektifitas kompres dingin titik LI-4 terhadap penurunan nyeri penusukan AVF pada pasien hemodialisa. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment pre and post one sampel test. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik consecutive sampling dengan jumlah 33. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pain Numerical Rating Scale. Analisis data menggunakan Paired T-Test. Hasil: Sebelum dilakukan kompres dingin LI-4 rata-rata intensitas nyeri penusukan AVF 5,36 (SD=1,47) dan sesudah pemberian kompres dingin titik LI-4 rata-rata intensitas nyeri penusukan AVF 3,30 (SD=0,95). Hasil uji didapatkan ada perbedaan intensitas nyeri penusukan AVF sebelum dan sesudah kompres dingin titik LI-4 pasien hemodialisa (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara intensitas nyeri penusukan AVF sebelum dan sesudah pemberian kompres dingin titik LI-4. Saran: Diharapkan intervensi kompres dingin titik LI-4 dapat menjadi intervensi mandiri untuk mengurangi nyeri penusukan sehingga bisa meningkatkan kenyaman pasien hemodialisa

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there are significant differences in stock prices and profitability levels before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 Pandemic case in Indonesia at PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. the first to third quarters of 2019 and 2020. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of daily closing prices (closing prices) and profitability ratios measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) for the first to the third quarter of 2019 and 2020, the data source is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the official website of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. namely www.garuda-indonesia.com. The analytical tool used to prove the hypothesis in this study is the paired sample t-test, which was previously tested for normality using SPSS.16. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in stock prices and profitability levels as measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) between before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality and price to customer purchasing decisions and their impact on customer satisfaction (Case study: airline Lion Air). The data of this study were collected by using questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The results of this study concluded that the quality of service does not have an effect on the decision to purchase tickets or products of PT. Lion Air, Price has no effect on the decision of purchasing tickets or products of PT. Lion Air, Quality of service has an influence on product customer satisfaction PT. Background: The novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic has had negative impact on healthcare professionals, such as the risk of stress due to pressure during pandemic and they were afraid of bringing the virus to their home. Purpose: To analyze factors associated with work stress level among healthcare professionals during Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic. Method: Survey with cross sectional design was conducted in July 2020. Data was online collected using the Google Forms platform was distributed to healthcare professionals throughout the Public Health Center in Sibolga City. The total of healthcare professionals who met the inclusion criteria and became the sample was 233 people. The data was presented as result of descriptive and analytical analysis using Chi-Square and Spearman test to see the relationship between independent and dependent variable. Result: The sampel was dominated by adults as much as 87.55%. The male was 12.02% and female was 87.98%. As many as 63.52% of healthcare professionals was low stress level, moderate stress level 23.18, and severe stress level 13.30%. Statistical analysis between showed that only the age (p-value = 0.03) and the history of Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients contact (p-value = 0.04) was significantly associated with stress levels. Conclusion: The age of healthcare professionals and the history of Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients contact significantly related to stress level of healthcare professionals in the Public Health Center during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic.
