Abstract

Anemia dapat didefinisikan sebagai kondisi dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) yang berada dibawah normal. Masalah anemia dapat disebabkan dari pola makan termasuk dalam hal pemilihan makanan pada remaja. Kebiasaan makan yang diperoleh semasa remaja akan berdampak pada kesehatan dalam fase kehidupan selanjutnya. Kekurangan asupan gizi khususnya kekurangan zat besi pada remaja dapat menimbulkan anemia dan keletihan. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk Mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan anemia pada siswi menengah atas di pekanbaru Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bersifat Kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan jenis desain penelitian Crosssectional, Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 8 Pekanbaru, pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 65 orang responden. Analisa dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh siswi yang anemia sebanyak 44 orang (67,7%). Hasil analisis multivariat variabel yang berhubungan dengan anemia adalah pengetahuan dengan P value 0,006 (OR : 6,000, C.I 95% : 1,544 - 23,322). Siswi yang memiliki pengetahuan baik akan terhindar dari kejadian anemia, karena siswi tersebut tahu pentingnya menjaga kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan anemia.

Abstract

Istilah ASI Perah merupakan teknik pemberian ASI yang tepat agar suplai kebutuhan nutrisi bayi terpenuhi apabila ibu dalam kondisi terpisah dari bayinya. Kondisi seperti saat ibu kembali bekerja, menuntut ilmu, bepergian lama, dan saat payudara ibu mengalami masalah seperti payudara bengkak maupun bendungan ASI mengharuskan ibu memberikan ASI melalui ASI perah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang Air Susu Ibu Perah (ASIP) terhadap ASI Eksklusif pada ibu pekerja di kota pekanbaru tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian ibu bekerja yang memiliki bayi usia 0-6 bulan sebanyak 80 orang. Penelitian ini dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji chi square diperolah nilai Pvalue<0,000 artinya ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI Perah terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan Chi-square diperoleh hasil Pvalue >0,000 artinya tidak ada hubungan antara sikap ibu tentang ASI Perah terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Tujuan pelaksanaan pemberian ASI pada ibu bekerja agar bayi tetap mendapatkan nutrisi yang baik, terlindungi dari infeksi, dan menyukseskan pemberian ASI eksklusif

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of rapid growth and development both physically, psychologically and intellectually. The special nature of adolescents has a great sense of curiosity, likes adventure and challenges and tends to dare to bear the risk of his actions without being preceded by careful consideration. Mothers who have a major role and share in the period of seeing the development of their children to be able to undergo puberty, because mothers who pay more attention and follow the development of each of their children. This study uses quantitative research with analytical methods and cross sectional research design, namely research to see the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship of maternal knowledge about adolescent reproductive health with efforts to prepare for puberty in children at SD Negeri 20 Pekanbaru. The results of the study are there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about adolescent reproductive health with efforts to prepare for puberty in children in SD Negeri 20 Pekanbaru with a P value = 0.027.

Abstract

Menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is experienced by 55% of the population. This dysmenorrhea can cause the body to become weak and interfere with school activities for young girls. The treatment for dysmenorrhea is that young women can consult a doctor, drink herbal concoctions or do light physical activities. The purpose of the study was to determine the knowledge and behavior of adolescent girls in overcoming dysmenorrhea at SMAN 13 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. This research was conducted using a cross-sectional design. The number of samples obtained was 44 people with purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. In this study, the data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with Chi Square Test. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained P value = 0.029 <0.05. This can be interpreted that there is a relationship between the knowledge of adolescents about handling dysmenorrhea with the behavior of young women in overcoming dysmenorrhea. In the results of the analysis, the value of OR = 8.035, which means that young women who have good knowledge will be at risk of doing good behavior 8 times in overcoming dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Adolescence requires a balanced nutritional intake for growth and development, one of which is iron. Teenage girls really need iron during menstruation. Iron deficiency can increase the risk of anemia, namely a lack of red blood cells or hemoglobin (Hb), this condition makes people with anemia look pale, tired and weak, and can continue into adulthood and affect conditions during pregnancy. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and the type of food consumed to prevent anemia in adolescents in Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted at SMAN 8 Pekanbaru, the sample was taken by purposive sampling. The number of samples as many as 65 respondents. The analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results of the study showed that the majority of young women's knowledge was good as many as 40 people (61.5%), the majority consumed foods containing a lot of heme iron as many as 49 people (75.4%). The results of the univariate analysis of the majority of respondents have good knowledge about anemia as many as 40 people (61.5%) and the majority of young women consume foods that contain a lot of iron as many as 49 people (75.4%). The results of bivariate analysis using chi square obtained P value = 0.01 < 0.05, this means that there is a relationship between knowledge about anemia and the type of food consumed by young women. It is recommended for schools to work together with the Health and often conduct counseling and distribution of free Fe tablets and disseminate information about anemia in school maddings so that all young girls always remember the importance of consuming foods containing iron to avoid anemia
