Abstract

The study " Analysis of Family Investment Priorities TKI In District Babadan Ponorogo " This will be done in the District Babadan Ponorogo using rensponden TKI / TKW or family.This study uses a quantitative approach with a Case Study Diskriptif format because the population is so large that researchers used a sample to obtain research data . Total sample of 30 comprised of TKI / TKW and families who live in the District of Babadan especially those who have worked more than five years from various countries of destination. The survey results revealed that out of a total investment of family labor migrants in District Babadan choosing the form of investment in property (farmland , houses , stores) as much as 58 % , investments in the form of ownership of motor vehicles and cars (22 %) , deposits ( 11 % ) , Gold and other jewelry ( 5 % ) , and foreign currency ( 0.5 % ) , others 3.5% . The reasons for the selection of such investments , the investment risk is considered low , on the skills , local market potential and experience of migrant workers over the years. Keywords:  Priority , Investment, Indonessian worker (TKI)

Abstract

Based on Law No. 6 of 2014, the establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) aims to encourage and accommodate all activities to increase community income man. The role of BUMDes is to become a pillar of community independence in accommodating community economic activities to improve community welfare, so this research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. It is said to be qualitative because the main data source in this research is the words and actions of the people who are observed or interviewed. While it is descriptive, that is, the researcher describes an object, phenomenon, which will be written in narrative writing. In terms of place, this research is a type of field research with the hope that BUMDes will be able to create a more efficient society.

Abstract

The financial governance of Muhammadiyah's Charity Enterprises (AUM) needs to be improved through joint studies and coordination. Based on initial observations, the AUM budget management system in schools is still partial and unsustainable. This indicates the need for the preparation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards to ensure more accountable AUM financial management. The community service partner in this activity is Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. This program aims to improve the quality and standardization of AUM finances in the education sector to meet the principles of accountability, responsibility, and transparency. The activity was carried out through a Short Accounting Course for Muhammadiyah school treasurers in Ngawi City to improve the ability to prepare good and correct financial reports. The activity methods include: 1) AUM accounting training, 2) Mentoring school treasurers, 3) Student data collection, bills, and graduation policies to prevent the accumulation of diplomas and receivables, 4) Training in the implementation of internal control systems. It is hoped that treasurers can optimize the use of this application to realize accountable and transparent financial management.

Abstract

Batik Ciprat Karangpatihan is one of the forms of cultural diversity based on batik products in the Karangpatihan village. In order to empowering disabled people, The Government of Karangpatihan Village collaborate with the Rumah Harapan Mulya personally trained them to make batik, which aims to provide jobs and self-employed income sources for craftsmen with disabilities in Karangpatihan Village. The aim of this study is to explore local economic development, inclusive economy and sustainable economy with a case study of the product Batik Ciprat Karangpatihan. This research uses a qualitative approach using primary data and secondary data. The result of the research, among other things, is the innovation of the media Batik Ciprat Karangpatihan which is a fan, cup and used T-shirt as a development of the usual fabric media. It can be concluded that the new innovation potential of Batik Ciprat Karangpatihan from the development of the local economy is by exploiting the potential of the corn grove region to filter Batik waste, the inclusive economy is empowering the disabled community and the local poor population, and the sustainable economy with the presence of development on the batik media and environmentally friendly that can then increase the income of the public by making the creation of batik with new fashion media, T-shirts, cups, and fans.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of using the Parkir-Go application from the perspective of market parking attendants as an effort to increase Original Local Government Revenue in Ponorogo Regency, East Java. Parkir-Go is an application used to support the implementation of electronic parking in Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using data collection techniques consisting of time series data on the realization of Ponorogo Regency market parking levies from 2018-2023 and documentation. To assess the effectiveness of electronic parking with the Parkir-Go application using indicators of accuracy of program targets and achievement of program objectives. The research results show that the use of the Parkir-Go application is less effective in increasing the Original Regional Income of Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

Parking is a basic need for society related to mobility, and parking fees play an important role in increasing regional income. One way for Regional Governments to improve economic status through local original income is to continue to innovate. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, focusing on the digitization of public roadside parking on Jalan Hos Cokrominoto, Ponorogo Regency. Secondary Data and Primary Data are used to analyze the implementation of the electronic parking system carried out by the Ponorogo Regency Government to increase efficiency and regional income. Despite facing challenges, the successful implementation of this policy is supported by clear regulations. It is hoped that the research results can provide new insights for related parties in efforts to increase local revenue through parking policy innovation.
