Abstract

Mastery of the concept of straight motion of students is still not optimal. Therefore, there is a need for a solution to overcome this problem. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of learning outcomes and the improvement of student learning activities on the material of straight motion through the guided note taking model combined with everyone is a teacher here. The type of research in this research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were all students of X-MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. Data collection techniques through tests and non-tests and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the guided note taking learning model combined with everyone is a teacher here in the straight motion material for physics subjects was able to improve student learning outcomes, the percentage of classical completeness in cycle 2 was 83.33% compared to cycle 1 of 55.57%. Meanwhile, the guided note taking learning model combined with everyone is a teacher here is able to increase student learning activities according to the aspects of the activities observed during the learning process.

Abstract

General Background: The use of technology in educational assessments has become increasingly important for evaluating student competencies. Specific Background: In Tsanawiyah madrasas, the implementation of smartphone-based assessments (SBT) in Qur'an-Hadith subjects presents unique challenges and opportunities, yet empirical analysis of its application remains limited. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have not comprehensively addressed the operational aspects and the context of SBT implementation in this specific educational setting. Aims: This research aims to analyze the application of SBT as an assessment medium in Tsanawiyah madrasas, focusing on its implementation, infrastructure, advantages, and challenges. Results: The findings indicate that the SBT is aligned with the standards set by the Educational Standards, Curriculum, and Assessment Agency (BSKAP) and is generally well-received, supported by adequate infrastructure and enthusiasm from educators and students. However, challenges such as network instability, power outages, and proctoring issues impede its effectiveness. Novelty: This study provides a qualitative insight into the practical dynamics of SBT in an Islamic educational context, emphasizing both supportive and obstructive factors. Implications: The results highlight the need for improved technological support and training to mitigate challenges, suggesting that enhanced collaboration between educators and technical teams could foster more effective assessment practices in madrasas. Highlights: Alignment with Standards: SBT implementation adheres to guidelines set by educational authorities, ensuring compliance. Infrastructure and Support: Adequate facilities and collaboration among educators and technicians contribute to successful assessment. Challenges Faced: Issues like network instability and power outages hinder effective smartphone-based testing. Abstract

Bumi Manusia is a controversial and interesting novel, Pramoedya Ananta Toer as the author was accused of being involved with communists. Bumi Manusia was banned from circulation but then gained a crowded place among readers and has been translated in approximately 36 languages, its ideas and messages will ultimately contribute to the color of the reading public, how to think, behave and exist. This study is a discourse analysis model that aims to describe human existence in Bumi Manusia with the hermeneutic objective method as an analytical approach. The final result can be concluded that humans who exist in Bumi Manusia are none other than those who are armed with knowledge and independence are able to struggle out of various difficulties faced, are able to stand on their own feet, and do not become criminals running away from responsibility. The concept of humanity in Bumi Manusia is rooted in the factual social conditions of the little people and the oppressed. Humans who exist in Bumi Mansusia do not envision perfect humans, or ideal humans who aspire to be, successful winners with achievements based on the ideals of perfect humans who are overwhelmed by perfection, but humans who are able to continue to struggle to get out of the factual tests experienced by humans on earth. Because perfect humans, success and always being winners according to Pramoedya do not exist on earth but in heaven.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dengan bantuan media tiga dimensi, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tersebut di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Blitar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Negeri 3 Blitar yang berjumlah 312 siswa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelas VII-C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VII-D sebagai kelas kontrol, masing-masing sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes akhir (post-test) dan angket. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model RME berbantuan media tiga dimensi terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,039 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh RME terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa adalah sebesar 0,6, yang termasuk kategori sedang (medium) berdasarkan interpretasi nilai Cohen’s Effect Size, dengan persentase kontribusi sebesar 73%. ABSTARCT  This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) on students' mathematical problem solving skills with the help of three-dimensional media, and to find out how much influence is in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Blitar Academic Year 2022/2023. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental research type. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of MTs Negeri 3 Blitar, totaling 312 students. The research sample consisted of VII-C class as the experimental class and VII-D as the control class, each with 30 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through the final test (post-test) and questionnaire. Data analysis to test the hypothesis used t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of using the RME model assisted by three-dimensional media on students' mathematical problem solving ability. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.039 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of RME on students' mathematical problem solving ability is 0.6, which is included in the medium category based on the interpretation of Cohen's Effect Size value, with a contribution percentage of 73%.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to see whether there is influence of information technology utilization, internal control system of government and public accountability to performance of government institution. This study uses the Organization of Regional Devices (OPD) Bengkulu City as a sample of research.The sample selection in this research is done by using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS program.The result of the test is 1) there is significant influence of the utilization of information technology to the performance of government institution, 2) there is significant influence of internal control system of government performance of government institution, 3) there is significant influence of public accountability to performance of government institution.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan limbah feses domba, feses sapi dan limbah blotong tebu sebagai media terhadap populasi, bobot badan, konsumsi dan konversi pakan pada cacing tanah Eudrilus eugeniae, serta untuk mendapatkan penggunaan media yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan cacing tanah Eudrilus eugeniae. Materi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan cacing tanah berjenis Eudrilus eugeniae sebanyak 50 ekor/media dengan umur sekitar 2 bulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode percobaan eksperimental kuantitatif dengan percobaan RAL yang menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Setiap perlakuan menggunakan campuran limbah dengan perlakuan P0 (Kascing 100%), P1 (Kascing 25% + Feses Domba 75%),  P2 (Kascing + Feses Sapi 75%) dan P3 (Kascing 25% + Blotong Tebu 75%). Variabel yang diamati meliputi pertambahan populasi, bobot badan, konsumsi dan konversi pakan cacing tanah Eudrilus eugeniae. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA dan bila terdapat perbedaan nyata dilanjutkan dengan DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media hidup berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) pada cacing tanah Eudrilus eugeniae terhadap pertambahan populasi pada perlakuan P2: 2.1 ekor/hari, bobot badan pada perlakuan P2: 0.37 g/hari, konsumsi pakan P3: 817.6 g . Sedangkan konversi pakan cacing tanah Eudrilus eugeniae menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05). Media hidup terbaik untuk pertumbuhan cacing tanah Eudrilus eugeniae yaitu penggunaan feses sapi sebagai media hidup yang terlihat pada hasil pertambahan populasi dan bobot badan tertinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saran yang diberikan adalah penggunaan feses sapi disarankan sebagai media hidup yang digunakan dalam budidaya cacing tanah yang dapat memberikan populasi dan bobot badan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in higher education, especially in the Mathematics Education Study Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, has not fully accommodated the religious context, especially in astronomy. This causes students to feel difficult and less motivated to study astronomy. This study focuses on the integration of mathematics and astronomy in teaching materials. The integration effort then resulted in the research objective, namely to develop teaching materials that integrate mathematical concepts with astronomy, so that it can improve students' understanding and motivation in learning. The type of research used is development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study show that the development of teaching materials that integrate mathematics and astronomy is categorized as effective in improving students' understanding and interest. The resulting textbooks not only contain theory, but also practical applications and Islamic values. The integration of mathematics and astronomy in teaching materials has proven to be effective in improving the quality of learning. The development of this textbook is expected to be a reference for teachers and help students understand complex concepts, as well as instill religious values ​​in the learning process.   Pembelajaran matematika di perguruan tinggi, khususnya di Program Studi Tadris Matematika Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung belum sepenuhnya mengakomodasi konteks keagamaan, terutama dalam ilmu falak. Hal ini mengakibatkan mahasiswa merasa kesulitan dan kurang termotivasi untuk mempelajari falak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada integrasi antara matematika dan ilmu falak dalam bahan ajar. Usaha integrasi tersebut kemudian menghasilkan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar yang mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep matematika dengan ilmu falak, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahap: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar yang mengintegrasikan matematika dan ilmu falak masuk kategori efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat mahasiswa. Buku ajar yang dihasilkan tidak hanya berisi teori, tetapi juga aplikasi praktis dan nilai-nilai Islam. Integrasi antara matematika dan ilmu falak dalam bahan ajar terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Pengembangan buku ajar ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengajar dan membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep yang kompleks, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

The commitment of the Government of Indonesia in the development of the economic sector is economic development based on the participation of the wider community as business actors. The largest proportion of business actors owned by Indonesia itself is from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Coffee Shop is one of the MSMEs that is currently in high demand in big cities, particularly the city of Jakarta. MSME business actors make careful considerations in determining the location of the coffee shop. This study aims to build a decision support system by applying a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process at the level of importance of criteria and full factorial methods to determine the best alternative. The location determination is based on the criteria of population, income, location area, competitor density, location position, visibility, traffic pattern, parking area, internet connection, and construction plan. The result of this research is a decision support system that is able to recommend the location of the coffee shop with the best value of 0.705 until the last location is worth 0.421.Komitmen Pemerintah Indonesia dalam pengembangan bidang ekonomi adalah pembangunan ekonomi yang berbasis partisipasi masyarakat luas sebagai pelaku usaha. Proporsi pelaku usaha terbesar yang dimiliki Indonesia sendiri adalah dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Coffee Shop merupakan salah satu UMKM yang sedang ramai diminati oleh para pelaku usaha di kota-kota besar khususnya kota Jakarta. Para pelaku usaha UMKM melakukan pertimbangan yang matang dalam menentukan lokasi coffee shop. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menerapkan fuzzy analytical hierarchy process pada tingkat kepentingan kriteria dan metode full factorial untuk menentukan alternatif terbaiknya. Adapun penentuan lokasi berdasarkan kriteria populasi, pendapatan, luas lokasi, kepadatan kompetitor, posisi lokasi, visibilitas, pola lalu lintas, area parkir, koneksi internet dan rencana konstruksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu merekomendasikan lokasi coffee shop dengan nilai terbaik 0,705 hingga lokasi urutan terakhir bernilai 0,421.

Abstract

Islamic banks are obliged to fund and finance the funds to the public. Moreover, Islamic banks are also required to perform social functions. The study aims to analyse the level of social productivity of Islamic Banks in Indonesia and the determinants of it. The data analysis used the Two-Stage Malmquist Productivity Index technique where the first phase uses Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) and the second uses pooled Tobit regression which applied to 8 BUS from 2013 through 2017. The input variables are the receipt of zakat funds and the charity funds, while the output variables are the use of zakat funds and the charity funds. The results of this study found that Islamic banking has increased productivity in managing social funds by 33.2% where BJB Syariah became the most productive and BRI Syariah is the lowest.Furthermore, the productivity of Islamic Banks in managing social funds is positivelyinfluenced by Return on Assets (ROA) and negatively influenced by the ownership ofindependent LAZ and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), while Financing to Deposit Ratio(FDR) and bank size have no real effect on the social productivity of Islamic Banks inIndonesia.
