Abstract

On investing in the capital market one thing that must be considered is the stock price. The price of shares offered on a stock exchange is related to the achievements of the company. The share price can be purchased by earnings per share (EPS) and sales growth. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of earnings per share (EPS) and sales growth on the stock prices of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX). The population in this study were 11 pharmaceutical companies that were accepted on the Stock Exchange and sampled through purposive sampling techniques as many as 9 companies in the 2015-2019 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. EPS partial research results positive and significant EPS on EPS stock prices EPS has tcount (54,435)> ttable (2,02439), on the other hand, partial sales growth, positive and significant effect on stock prices, economic growth, thitung sales value ( -3,525) table (-2.02439). Simultaneous EPS and positive and significant growth in stock prices due to the results obtained Fcount (1560,773)> Ftable (3.25).

Abstract

Kanker merupakan salah satu penyakit yang mematikan nomor dua setelah kardiovaskuler yang menyebabkan kematian terbanyak di dunia. Kanker menyebabkan pertumbuhan sel abnormal yang cederung meyerang sekitarnya dan menyebar ke organ lain yang letaknya jauh. Salah satu gejala penderita kanker adalah nyeri. Salah satu pemberian terapi non farmakologi adalah aromaterapi yang dapat menurunkan nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian aromaterapi chamomile terhadap nyeri kanker di RS Stella Maris Makassar. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desian quasi experiment dengan two group pretest-posttest. Adapun penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden, dengan 40 responden setiap kelompok, menggunakan instrumen kuesioner NRS untuk menilai intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah pemberian aromaterapi chamomile. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan April hingga Juni 2022. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan uji mann whitney dengan tingkat kemaknaan α= 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol, dengan nilai pada p= 0.000 pada kelompok intervensi dan nilai p= 0.079 pada kelompok kontrol. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian aromaterapi chamomile terhadap nyeri pada pasien kanker dengan nilai p= 0.015 (p<0.05) yang menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah aromaterapi chamomile merupakan aromaterapi yang berkhasiat menurunkan nyeri yang dirasakan oleh pasien kanker.

Abstract

Bicak Village is a village with promising economic potential, especially through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. However, challenges in marketing and branding local products are still a significant obstacle for MSMEs in this village. This article aims to optimize the use of social media and e-commerce as superior branding strategies to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Bicak Village. The method used in this article focuses more on a qualitative analysis approach, namely data collection, observation, and direct interviews with MSME actors. The results found are exploring how MSME actors can utilize digital platforms to increase product visibility, reach a wider market, and strengthen their image. brand. The research results show that implementing this digital strategy will not only increase sales, but will also have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Bicak Village.
