Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a web-based reporting system with a case study on Class 4A at SD YPPK Santo Petrus Nabire. The system is designed to improve efficiency in the creation and management of academic reports and to facilitate access for teachers, students, and parents. In this research, the system development method uses a waterfall approach that includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of this study indicate that the web-based reporting system can provide ease in the academic reporting process and enhance parental involvement in monitoring students' academic progress.

Abstract

The bouquet ordering system at Anastha_Craft, a small business located in Nabire, faces several main issues. These include limited customer reach due to the store's physical location being far from the city, restricted operating hours, and a manual ordering system that does not provide complete and real-time product information. To address these problems, the research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to develop a website-based ordering application. RAD was chosen for its flexibility in adapting to changing requirements during the development process. This ordering system is built using PHP programming language and a MySQL database, with three main stages: Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation. The developed application allows customers to place orders online, extends the store's service reach, and facilitates product data management. The results of the study show that the implementation of this website-based system successfully improved operational efficiency, made product information more accessible to customers in real-time, and supported the business growth of Anastha_Craft

Abstract

Saat ini, proses pendaftaran siswa baru di SMP Kristen Anak Panah Nabire belum terlaksana dengan optimal karena masih mengandalkan pendaftaran secara konvensional atau offline. Oleh karena itu, sekolah ini kalah bersaing dengan sekolah lain yang telah menerapkan sistem pendaftaran siswa baru secara online. Dengan tersedianya sistem penerimaan siswa baru secara online, layanan pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal penyediaan informasi penerimaan siswa baru kepada masyarakat. Sistem ini juga dapat memungkinkan seleksi penerimaan siswa dilakukan secara adil dan transparan, sementara bagi SMP Kristen Anak Panah Nabire, tujuan sistem ini adalah agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengolahan data penerimaan siswa baru dengan lebih baik. Dalam pengembangan sistem penerimaan siswa baru secara online ini, digunakan metode pengembangan model waterfall, dengan perancangan menggunakan UML dan metode blackbox digunakan untuk pengujian aplikasi . Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun telah sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

This Internship (PKL) was conducted at the Office of the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Intan Jaya Regency, focusing on the effectiveness of implementing a web-based Quick Count in the Intan Jaya regional elections. This report discusses the challenges and solutions in achieving accurate Quick Count results in Intan Jaya. The research was carried out using observation, interviews, and literature studies, and the obtained data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results indicate several challenges in implementing Quick Count in Intan Jaya, namely limited telecommunication infrastructure, lack of skilled human resources, difficulties in data verification, and security disturbances. Based on these findings, several solutions were proposed to address these challenges, including building adequate telecommunication infrastructure, enhancing human resource capacity through training and technical guidance, strengthening the data verification system, and improving coordination with security forces. These findings are expected to help improve the effectiveness of Quick Count in the Intan Jaya regional elections.

Abstract

Inventory management is a critical aspect of retail operations, including at Sinar Kudus Nabire Building Materials Store. The current manual system is prone to recording errors, data loss, and slow stock updates, leading to operational inefficiency and risks of overstock or stock shortages. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory management application using the Agile method to improve efficiency and accuracy in stock management. The application is designed with features for real-time stock recording, searching, and updating, as well as a login system for security. The results show that the application accelerates the process of searching and updating stock data, reduces the risk of overstock and stock shortages, and facilitates decision-making related to inventory management. Academically, this research contributes to the literature on the development of web-based inventory management applications, particularly for building material stores. Practically, the application helps improve operational efficiency and stock data accuracy at Sinar Kudus Nabire Building Materials Store. This study is limited to developing a basic inventory management application and does not cover other operational aspects such as finance or marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research, "Designing a Database System for Senior High Schools/Vocational Schools in Nabire Regency," is to build an information system that will make the process of data processing and management for schools in Nabire Regency easier. In this era of rapid technological advancement, effective and open information systems are becoming increasingly important, especially for educational purposes. It is hoped that the Ministry of National Education (Kemendiknas) will develop an information system with school profile data across Indonesia. This will assist data-driven decision-making for various parties, including the government and the education department. With this system, it is hoped that the administrative process will become more effective and transparent, and policy-making will become easier. In addition, this research emphasizes the importance of ensuring that all stakeholders can access data in order to improve the quality of education in the area. This study shows that the application created not only makes data management easier, but also enhances clarity and integrity in public education services. Therefore, it is hoped that this system will become a useful tool to promote education and assist in better decision-making processes in Nabire Regency. This research significantly contributes to the development of educational information systems in Indonesia, particularly in terms of school data management.

Abstract

This exploration focuses on the development of a web- grounded operation designed to assist BMKG Nabire in managinng earthquake data more efficiently. The main thing is to streamline the process of recording and distributing earthquake information instantly and directly. Employing the Waterfall system as the development frame, the operation is erected to automatically present earthquake records and their corresponding chart visualizations. also, the system offers colorful data import options, including PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, and PNG formats. The final product is anticipated to significantly enhance the workflow of BMKG labor force in handling seismic information.

Abstract

Technological advancements in the digital era have transformed personal financial management, yet many individuals still struggle to track their income and expenses regularly. For instance, students at PTKIN in East Java often face financial leakage due to consumptive lifestyles and lack of control. While mobile applications could offer an effective solution in this digital age, most people still rely on conventional spreadsheets, as depicted in the film Home Sweet Loan. Therefore, this study aims to develop M-Cyber, a Flutter-based application designed to help users record transactions, monitor finances, and plan savings. Leveraging Flutter, the app can operate efficiently across multiple platforms (Android/iOS), supported by Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and the Dart programming language, which ensures consistent and functional interface development. Using a qualitative case-study approach, this research is expected to provide a solution for uncontrolled financial management while promoting users' financial stability.

Abstract

The need for decent and affordable housing in Indonesia, particularly in Papua, continues to increase along with rapid population growth and urbanization. However, property marketing in this region still relies heavily on conventional methods such as printed brochures and face-to-face communication, which limits the effectiveness of information distribution and slows down the sales process. This research develops a web-based information system that integrates three main features: a house catalog, a mortgage simulation, and a reservation service. This system is designed using a systematic waterfall method, starting from needs analysis, system design with UML modeling, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and testing with black-box testing. The catalog feature displays a complete list of houses with specifications and prices, while the mortgage simulation feature allows users to calculate estimated installments based on the house price, tenor, and interest rate interactively and in real-time. The reservation service makes it easier for prospective buyers to book units online without having to visit the location in person. Test results show that all features run according to specifications and are easy to use by users. This system not only improves ease of access to information and transparency for prospective buyers, but also helps property developers expand their marketing reach, reduce conventional promotion costs, and accelerate the process of converting prospective buyers into active buyers. This research makes a significant contribution to the literature on digital transformation in the property sector, particularly in Papua, where technological innovation is still minimal. It also encourages increased access to housing finance in a more efficient and practical manner.

Abstract

Ekspansi perkebunan kelapa sawit di Papua menimbulkan beragam respons publik di media sosial, khususnya pada platform X (Twitter). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen dan emosi publik terhadap isu tersebut menggunakan pendekatan machine learning melalui aplikasi Orange Data Mining. Sebanyak 1.355 tweet dikumpulkan menggunakan Twitter API v2 dan Google Colab yang terintegrasi dengan pustaka snscrape guna mengatasi batasan pengambilan data. Analisis dilakukan dengan model Multilingual Sentiment untuk klasifikasi polaritas (positif, negatif, netral) dan model Ekman Emotion untuk identifikasi enam emosi dasar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sentimen netral mendominasi (39,78%), diikuti negatif (32,16%) dan positif (28,05%). Namun, sentimen netral tidak selalu bersifat informatif, melainkan dapat muncul akibat ambiguitas linguistik atau keterbatasan model dalam memahami konteks lokal bahasa Indonesia. Emosi Joy (sukacita) merupakan emosi paling dominan, tetapi juga muncul dalam kategori sentimen negatif, yang mengindikasikan adanya ekspresi sarkasme dan ironi terhadap isu sawit. Hal ini mencerminkan keterbatasan model otomatis dalam mendeteksi makna tersirat dan gaya bahasa satir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun model Multilingual Sentiment efektif untuk mendeteksi pola umum opini publik, pendekatan ini memerlukan penyesuaian kontekstual agar lebih sensitif terhadap nuansa budaya dan semantik bahasa Indonesia
