Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the advantages and disadvantages of whatsapp media-assisted drill methods, and (2) find out the implementation of learning to write Arabic with whatsapp media-assisted drill methods and (3) find out the changing conditions after using whatsapp-assisted drill methods. . This research is descriptive. Data obtained through observation and examinations. Researchers process these data as did Lexy Meleong. The researcher focused on this research on the learning process and learning to write Arabic sentences using whatsapp's media-assisted drill method. This study shows the results that (1) learning to write Arabic sentences using whatsapp media-assisted drill methods in the psychology faculty of UIN Malang has advantages in terms of increasing student grades. Even so, the eligibility requirements to use the whatsapp-assisted drill method are the drawbacks. (2) Implementation in learning consists of preparation, steps and evaluation. (3) psychology students at PKPBA have good abilities after using whatsapp-assisted drill methods. يهدف هذا البحث إلى: (1) وصف المزايا والعيوب من طريقة تدريبية بوسيلة واتسأب و(2) معرفة إجراء تعليم كتابة الجمل العربية بطريقة تدريبية بوسيلة واتسأب و (3) معرفة الأحوال المتغيرة بعد استخدام طريقة تدريبية بوسيلة واتسأب. هذه الدراسة دراسة وصفية. ومصادر البيانات في هذا البحث الملاحظة والاختبار. وحللت الباحثة البينات كاستخدامه Lexy Meleong. ركزت الباحثة هذا البحث في عملية تعليم كتابة الجمل العربية بطريقة تدريبية بوسيلة واتسأب. ونتائج هذا البحث هي: (1) تعليم كتابة الجمل العربية بطريقة تدريبية بوسيلة واتسأب لطلبة كلية علم النفس في جامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج له المزايا من ناحية نتيجة الطلبة المحصولة. مع أن وجد الشروط اللازمة في استخدام طريقة تدريبية بوسيلة واتسأب وهذه هي من العيوب. و(2) إجراء التعليم يتكون من الإعداد، والخطوات، والتقويم. و(3) إن طلبة كلية علم النفس في برنامج المكثف لتعليم اللغة العربية له كفاءة جيدة بعد استخدام طريقة تدريبية بوسيلة واتسأب.

Abstract

Arabic learning is carried out online including speaking skills. This condition causes the absence of offline meetings between students and makes it awkward for them to have dialogue in Arabic with their friends. For that, lecturers must be creative so that the target of learning speaking skills can still be achieved. One of them is by using the Whatsapp small groups. This research is descriptive qualitative type.This study aims to describe the Whatsapp small group as a learning media for speaking skills. Respondents in this study were 39 students in the PKPBA (Special Arabic Language Learning Program) class PS7. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that learning speaking skills online using the Whatsapp small group media can foster comfortable interactions for students so that there is no feeling of awkwardness, shame, or fear of being wrong if they have to dialogue with other students. Also, learning speaking skills is helped using voice note and video call features on the Whatsapp small group media.

Abstract

This research study is focused on how efforts to foster self-confidence speak Arabic through Whatsapp groups in PKPBA UIN Maliki Malang? The purpose of the study is to describe efforts to foster self-confidence in PKPBA UIN Maliki Malang students in speaking Arabic through Whatsapp groups. The positive results that contributed to this research are positive things that can be used by educators in the use of WhatsApp group as an effort to foster confidence for students to speak Arabic, train students to dare to speak Arabic, and become one of the source of thought for speaking skills learning strategies in PKPBA UIN Maliki Malang. Based on the above objectives, this research is a qualitative type with data collection techniques: observation, and documentation. While the data is descriptive and analyzed inductively. From this research, a finding was found that self-confidence in students to speak Arabic can be grown with the use of Whatsapp groups.

Abstract

Kedungwangi Village is a village in Lamongan Regency that has small and home business potential with snack products. The condition is supported by the presence of HR (housewives) who are not ashamed to work in the sector. Small and home businesses are important to be developed and adjusted towards market needs to provide economic improvement and resilience for the community. An effort to achieve this can be done through training. Training can increase economic knowledge and improvement. This has also encouraged snack innovation training for housewives in Kedungwangi Village. The training was conducted at TPQ Roudlotus Shibyan through lectures, discussion, and practice methods. It is hoped that the use of this method will be able to add insight and skills of the Kedungwangi villagers in innovating the snacks (onion sticks) produced. The results of this training show that public knowledge has increased by 75% from before attending the training. This data was obtained from the comparison of the pre-test and trainees' post-test values. In addition, after participating in training, people can make crispy snacks (onion) with varied flavors, make interesting packaging for snack products (onion sticks) and create Instagram accounts for marketing snacks (onion sticks) online. --- Desa Kedungwangi adalah desa di Kabupaten Lamongan yang memiliki potensi usaha kecil dan rumahan dengan produk snack. Kondisi itu didukung dengan adanya SDM (ibu-ibu) yang tidak malu untuk bekerja di sector tersebut. Usaha kecil dan rumahan penting untuk dikembangkan dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar agar dapat memberikan peningkatan dan ketahanan ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Salah satu upaya untuk mencapainya dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan. Dengan pelatihan, dapat menambah pengetahuan dan perbaikan ekonomi. Hal itu pula yang mendorong dilakukannya pelatihan inovasi snack (stik bawang) bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Kedungwangi. Pelatihan dilakukan di TPQ Roudlotus Shibyan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Diharapkan dengan penggunaan metode ini mampu menambah wawasan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu warga Desa Kedungwangi dalam berinovasi terhadap snack (stik bawang) yang diproduksi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan sebesar 75% dari sebelum mengikuti pelatihan. Data ini diperoleh dari perbandingan nilai pre-test dan pos-test peserta pelatihan. Selain itu, pasca mengikuti pelatihan, masyarakat memiliki kemampuan membuat snack (stik bawang) renyah, rasa yang variatif, membuat kemasan yang menarik untuk produk snack (stik bawang) dan membuat akun instagram untuk pemasaran snack (stik bawang) secara online.

Abstract

Membaca menjadi bagian penting untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Tetapi, ketertarikan masyarakat untuk membaca masih rendah. Berdasarkan Data UNESCO (januari 2020) disebutkan bahwa literasi dan minat baca masyarakat Indonesia hanya mencapai 0,001 persen. Banyak factor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya minimnya minat membaca. Salah satunya adalah fasilitas yang kurang representatif digunakan untuk membaca. Problem tersebut juga terjadi di Dusun Sukoyuwono Desa Palaan Kecamatan Ngajum Kabupaten Malang. Di dusun tersebut terdapat ruang baca yang tidak tertata rapi, desain ruang yang kurang tepat dan terkesan berantakan serta sempit. Oleh karena itu, dalam pengabdian ini mengupayakan redesain ruang baca Desa di Dusun Sukoyuwono agar masyarakat tertarik untuk berkunjung dan mendapatkan kenyamanan ketika membaca buku di ruang baca tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah kualitatif melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya rancangan desain interior taman baca dengan empat konsep, yaitu Scandinavian, simple, ekologi dan ergonomis. Desain yang dibuat menyesuaikan dengan bentuk ruang baca dan pemberian kenyamanan pada kegiatan membaca di ruang tersebut.

Abstract

Sometimes, it is easy for students to feel bored during the learning process. The saturation experienced by students can be caused by the large amount of material that must be mastered, one of which is Three-Dimensional material. In elementary school, mathematics is generally a less desirable subject. Therefore, elementary school teachers need to package it using learning media that are in accordance with students' character. This community services seeks to trace the effective learning media applied in 5th grade of SDN 2 Palaan through a descriptive approach and inductively analysis. The result is that the SALAM learning media "Snake & Ladder Math" is an appropriate learning media for Three-Dimensional material.

Abstract

This research is related to the application of interactive quizzes through the Quizzz media in the learning of Maharah Al-Qiroah or reading skill. The purpose of this study is to increase students' understanding of Arabic texts in Al-Qiroah's Maharah learning through the application of interactive quizs with the media quizizz. This study includes classroom action research with two cycles and each cycle is applied to the preliminary stage, planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of this study was 41 students of PS 2 at PKPBA (Special Program for Development of Arabic Language) UIN Maliki Malang in 2021. The data was obtained from the observation of the Al-Qiroah Maharah Learning Process, Documentation and Test in the Learning of Al-Qiroah Maharah. The results of this study indicate: (1) Increasing the average value and percentage of student learning completeness in the learning of Al-Qiroah Maharah, there is an increase from cycle I to cycle II, (2) Students have given a positive response to the use of the quiz Interactive Helper Media Quizizz in Learning Al-Qiroah Maharah. Thus, the application of an interactive quiz to the Quizizz media can increase students' understanding of Arabic texts in learning Al-Qiroah Maharah for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the MBKM curriculum development strategy for Arabic learning and its implementation at PTKIN in East Java. The approach used a qualitative approach with a multi-site study in the Arabic language education study program at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and IAIN Kediri which already organized MBKM for learning Arabic. The data obtained in this study are in the form of views of stakeholders or heads of study programs and curriculum documents regarding the implementation of the MBKM program either through guidelines or through websites. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and a study through documents on the implementation of learning Arabic. The results of this study concluded that the curriculum development strategy is carried out through the stages of determining graduate achievements, mapping courses, marketing courses based on specialization in teaching assistance and apprenticeships designed with an internship within 6 months at school institutions and apprenticeship institutions, as well as the preparation of lesson plans, and conversion of assistance, internship, and Certificate of Substitute for Diploma for students’ competencies.

Abstract

Al-`Arabiyah lil Hayah textbook of volume I contains the values of Pancasila which are in accordance with the five principles of Pancasila, namely Belief in the one and only God, just and civilized humanity, The Unity of Indonesia, Democracy guided by the inner wisdom in the unanimity arising out of deliberations amongst representatives, Social justice for the whole of the people of Indonesia. This article aims to find out the Pancasila values contained in the book al-`Arabiyah lil Hayah volume I which was written by the language development center team of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The book and the material are the main teaching materials for learning Arabic for new students in the Special Program for Arabic Class UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This research includes descriptive qualitative research. The data were obtained through documents in the form of writing and as research sources, namely the book al-`Arabiyah lil Hayah Volume I. The findings from this study are the values of the five principle of Pancasila contained in the book al-`Arabiyah lil Hayah Volume I and only wahdah (chapter) 3 (three) entitled as-sakan (home) does not contain Pancasila values likely because it focuses on Arabic language learning and may not be intended to address broader sociopolitical principles.
