Abstract

This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to formulate alternative strategies that can be applied to Semasa Coffee. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and quetionnaires. Data analysis using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM Matrices showed the results ofe the IFE weighted score of 2.924, EFE weighted score of 3.103 which means the company is in a fairly strong internal and external position in controlling strengths and weaknesses to face opportunities and threats. The results of the IE Matrix analysis show that the company's position is in cell II, namely "Grow and Build", so that appropriate strategies are intensive strategies and integration strategies. Based on SWOT analysis, 10 alternative strategies were developed for the company. Then using QSPM, the priority alternative strategy for Semasa Coffee is to continue to maintain product quality and flavour consistency, and innovate through cooperation with suppliers with a TAS value of 6.381.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Semarang. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Semarang. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, questionnaire, and observation. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the principles of Transparency, Independency, Accountability, and Fairness have no effect on employee performance. While the principle of Responsibility affects employee performance. Based on the test results simultaneously the five principles of Good Corporate Governance affect employee performance.

Abstract

After experiencing the Covid-19 Pandemic starting in 2023, the Indonesian economy began to rise but has not fully reached normal conditions. The same condition is also experienced by the MSME sector, especially the culinary / food sector. The impact of the economic recovery after the covid pandemic also has an impact on the increasing amount of waste. According to the Semarang City Environmental Agency (DLH), during the pandemic waste production started at 900 tons, even down to 650 tons, but now in 2022 after the covid pandemic began to end the amount of waste began to rise to 1200 tons of waste per day. This study aims to determine and analyze whether or not there is a relationship between the green economy perception variable which consists of: Green Perceived Risk Green Packaging and Green Product on Green Purchase Intention among students in Semarang city related to the implementation of Semarang mayor regulation no.27 of 2019 concerning plastic waste control in Semarang city. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method and observation. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) algorithm approach. Based on the results of this study, it will be concluded that the effect value of Green Perceived Risk (X1) on Green Purchase Intention (Y) is a negative and insignificant effect on the attitude of desire to buy green products, thus H1 is rejected. The effect value of Green Packaging (X2) on Green Purchase Intention (Y) is a positive and insignificant effect on the interest in buying green products, thus H2 is rejected. The value of the influence of Green Product (X3) on Green Purchase Intention (Y) is a positive and significant effect on the interest in buying green products, thus H3 is accepted.

Abstract

The most pronounced impact of the COVID-19 pandemic for Milkfish, Culinary, and Batik MSME entrepreneurs are experiencing a decline in sales turnover. After the pandemic subsided, consumer demand began to increase so MSME sales turnover increased. This research uses analysis of each variable using a questionnaire. The results of the survey that has been carried out show that batik MSMEs have the main obstacles in the form of capital and low consumer demand for batik. For milkfish and culinary MSMEs, the problem is low demand from consumers, some milkfish and culinary MSMEs do not yet sell online. The obstacle after the pandemic subsides is the still high price of raw materials. During the COVID-19 pandemic, sales of batik, milkfish, and culinary MSMEs generally experienced a decline in sales turnover of around 40-80%. The employment rate for batik, milkfish, and culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 period was 15%. MSMEs experienced a reduction in the number of workers and also a reduction in the number of working hours. Milkfish and culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the COVID-19 period experienced problems in the raw material supply chain and price increases

Abstract

Meningkatnya wisatawan di Kota Semarang menjadi persaingan industri hotel juga meningkat, maka dari itu dibutuhkan strategi guna keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menentukan alternatif strategi bersaing yang tepat pada Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Memanfaatkan Matriks IFE, EFE, CPM, IE, dan SPACE untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut analisis Matriks IE, perusahaan berada pada kuadran V menunjukkan posisi “ditahan dan dijaga” dengan strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk, sedangkan hasil analisis Matriks SPACE menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berlokasi di kuadran A, menunjukkan strategi penetrasi pasar, diversifikasi, integrasi di bawah, dan integrasi di atas.. Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention berada pada posisi ketiga atau terakhir dari kedua kompetitor melalui analisis Matriks Profil Kompetitif. Alternatif strategi bersaing yang tepat pada Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention adalah penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, diversifikasi, integrasi ke depan, dan integrasi ke belakang.
