Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of adolescent inmates each year. Various types of juvenile crime. One of the criminal acts that is held by inmates in LPKA Sungai Raya is the crime of theft. There is no counseling assistance for theft inmates at LPKA Sui. Raya The purpose of this study was to determine the background of adolescent inmates committing theft and counseling assistance provided for adolescent inmates. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and action research in guidance and counseling. This study concludes that the background of convicted persons committing theft is 1) lifestyle; 2) friend invitation; 3) the influence of drugs and alcoholic drinks; and 4) looking for parents' attention. REBT group counseling for juvenile inmates is carried out in 3 sessions with stages per session: 1) Establishment; 2) Transition; 3) Activities; 4) Enlightenment; 5) Closing; 6) Evaluation. The implementation of REBT group counseling can help prisoners slowly change their way of thinking and behavior. Each prisoner is asked to be free to share his problem, and asked to play a role as his role when they are later in the community. Appear enthusiastic and proactive from group counseling members. They are all determined to rearrange their lives for the better. Key words: Prisoners, teenager, theft Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pada jumlah narapidana remaja yang tiap tahun meningkat. Tindakan kriminal remaja yang berneka ragam. Salah satu tindakan kriminal yang ada pada narapidana di LPKA Sungai Raya adalah tindak pidana pencurian. Belum adanya bantuan konseling bagi narapidana tindak pencurian di LPKA Sui. Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang narapidana remaja melakukan tindakan pencurian dan bantuan konseling yang diberikan untuk narapidana remaja. Metode peneltian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan penelitian tindakan dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa latar belakang narapidana melakukan tindak pencurian adalah 1) gaya hidup; 2) ajakan teman; 3) pengaruh narkoba dan minuman berakohol; dan 4) mencari perhatian orang tua. Konseling kelompok REBT pada narapidana remaja dilakukan pada 3 sesi dengan tahapan per sesi:1) Pembentukan; 2) Peralihan; 3) Kegiatan; 4) Pencerahan; 5) Penutup; 6) Evaluasi. Pelaksanaan konseling kelompok REBT dapat membantu secara perlahan narapidana mengubah cara pikir dan tingkah laku. Tiap narapidana diminta bebas menyampaikan permasalahannya, dan diminta bermain peran sebagai perannya ketika mereka nanti berada di masyarakat. Tampak antusias dan proaktif dari anggota konseling kelompok. Mereka semua bertekad untuk menata ulang hidup mereka menjadi lebih baik. Kata kunci: Narapidana_remaja, Tindakan_pencurian

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada beragamnya latar belakang pendidikan guru; kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam memberikan bimbingan psikologis dan fisik untuk mengembangkan potensi dan perkembangan anak usia dini; kemampuan guru dalam mengelola dan melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran (hasil pra penelitian). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen pre and post test desain, alat pegumpulan data berupa angket penilaian diri kompetensi guru PAUD. subyek penelitian guru PAUD yang terhimpun dalam HIMPAUDI Kota Pontianak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan non signifikant dengan kategori bervariasi pada masing-masing sub aspek kompetensi pedagogik; bentuk layanan informasi bimbingan dan konseling yang diberikan pada guru PAUD yaitu: a. Perencanaan;  b. Pelaksanaan;  c. Evaluasi; d. Analisis hasil evaluasi ; e. Tindak lanjut ; f. Pelaporan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the guidance of Islamic counseling on the behavior of students who tend to be narcissistic. This study uses action research methods. The process of conducting research was carried out with the following stages: planning, action, reflection (observation) and evaluation. The results of the study showed: (1) The right Islamic Counseling Guidance Service in dealing with students behaving students was by using the type of group guidance and counseling; (2) The results of the application of this model appear in the data that: based on the data obtained when viewed from the meeting before the action until after the 6th and 7th meetings, there was a decrease in the percentage of narcissistic behavior by 39.22%. The percentage of narcissistic behavior of 72.12% decreased to 32.90%. (Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bimbingan konseling Islam terhadap perilaku siswa yang cenderung narsis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan. Proses pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: perencanaan, tindakan, refleksi (pengamatan) dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Layanan Bimbingan Konseling Islam yang tepat dalam menangani siswa berperilaku siswa adalah dengan menggunakan jenis bimbingan dan konseling kelompok; (2) Hasil dari penerapan model ini tampak pada data bahwa: berdasarkan data yang diperoleh jika dilihat dari pertemuan sebelum tindakan sampai kepada setelah pertemuan ke 6 dan 7, terjadi penurunan persentase perilaku narsis sebesar 39,22%. Persentase perilaku narsis sebesar 72,12% menurun menjadi 32,90%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang rata-rata di bawah standar (Data LPMP 2012), dan hasil observasi awal peneliti menunjukkan bahwa mereka belum profesional dalam menyelenggarakan program BK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru BK. Alat pengumpul data: observasi, wawancara, inventory dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) sebagian besar guru BK memiliki kompetensi profesional; (2) sebagian besar guru BK telah melakukan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional, namun masih belum ada yang melanjutkan pendidikan (S2 BK) dan belum ada yang melakukan penelitian dalam BK;(3) sebagian besar guru BK telah menyelenggarakan kegiatanBK mulai darimerancang, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi dan sebagian kecil menguasai penggunaan alat tes/instrumen dalam BK.Rekomendasi penelitian ini disampaikan kepada guru BK, kepala sekolah, pengurus MGBK-SMK, peneliti selanjutnya, dan pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling to overcome interpersonal communication in the Islamic perspective of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Sepauk, Sintang Regency. The approach and method used in this research are quantitative approach with the PTBK method. Subjects and locations in research this is a class XI IPS student at SMA Negeri 1 Sepauk, Sintang District have low interpersonal communication in Islamic perspective. Technique data collection used was a questionnaire technique, interview technique, observation technique. The conclusion of this study: 1) gained an overview of communication interpersonal in the Islamic perspective demonstrated by student at the calss XI IPS Negeri Sepauk of Sintang District before the implementation of counseling group. Data results show that group counseling services on students the Ccass XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Sepauk of Sintang District is very good, running smoothly so that it can overcome interpersonal communication in an Islamic perspective this can be seen from the results of a post-test cycle I score 86,40% and a cycle II score of 96,93%, from these results indicates that students are experiencing an improvement based on post-test results I and II can thus be said “Ho” rejected and “Ha” accepted.

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the role of the local scholars in the spread of Islam in Borneo. The only famous cleric in Borneo is Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari from South Kalimantan. Each region in Kalimantan has its scholars, the local cleric of West Kalimantan who will be discussed in this paper is Ismail Mundu to-panrita (a scholar, religious leader, and knowledgeable person, who has worked for the benefit of the community), as a cleric and mufti of the Kubu Kingdom. The research method used in this study was the historical method by taking the following steps, namely: heuristics, criticism, auffassung, and desterliung. The results of the study found that Ismail Mundu as a scholar had practiced his knowledge in educating the community and creating a religious and peaceful society. He was appointed to be the Mufti of the Kubu Kingdom due to his success in eradicating ignorance in the community. After the Kubu Kingdom ended and merged with the Republic of Indonesia, Ismail Mundu was elected to be a judge of the Kubu Court. Ismail Mundu as mufti gave fatwas and explanations to the public regarding religious issues, which can be seen in his various works, including interpretations of the holy book Al-Quran in Bugis translation, collections of Isra' mi'raj stories, collections of sermons, collections of wirid, Remembrance of Tauhidiyah, Mukhtasar al-Mannan 'ala al-'Aqidat al-Rahman, Book of Mukhtasar Aqaid, Faidah Istighfar Rajab, Schedule of Al-Nikah, Majmu' al-Mirats fi hukmi al-Faraid. The classification of Ismail Mundu's works includes interpretation, monotheism, tasawuf, fiqh, and history.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high divorce rate and the implementation of the mediation process in Religious Court Class I-A Pontianak in 2020-2021. The objectives of this research are to find out the factors causing the high divorce rate and how the mediation process is implemented. This research applied qualitative research methods. The research techniques used were documentation and interviews. This research reveals that: 1. The factors causing the high divorce rate in the Religious Court Class I-A Pontianak in 2020-2021 are: disputes and quarrels; economic problems; leaving their spouses; gambling; and domestic violence (KDRT), and 2. The mediation process carried out by the mediator is based on the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 Year of 2016, namely (a) submit a resume of the case to the mediator, the mediation process is not more than 30 days from the determination; (b) the material will be completed based on the problems experienced; (c) the mediator can invite the experts or community figures who can help resolve the problem with an agreement between the two parties and the mediator, and  (d) if the mediation process is successful, the mediator is obliged to issue a peace treaty or agreement. This research provides recommendations: (a) academically, the opportunity to become a non-judge mediator can be fulfilled by alumni of the Islamic Guidance and Counselling Study Program who have taken mediator training; and (b) the mediator's ability and skills in the mediation process and the intense desire of the married couple to unite can reduce the rate of divorce.

Abstract

Research Objectives:The purpose of this study was to increase the understanding of Islamic guidance and counseling students about the importance of sexual education as a preventive measure for sexual violence in the community through group guidance services using symbolic modeling techniques.Research Methods:This research uses the type of Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) conducted on 10 students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKI) study program. The data analysis processed is qualitative data analysis Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, namely condensing data, then presenting data, and drawing conclusions. In addition, researchers also used quantitative data analysis to obtain comparative data for cycle 1 and cycle 2. The analysis used a percentage formula by looking at the comparison of the results from cycle 1 and cycle 2 to see an increase in students' understanding of sexual education.Research Results:The lack of sexual education to students causes a lack of knowledge and awareness of cases of sexual violence that occur in the surrounding environment. Increased understanding of sexual education can be a preventive solution in reducing cases of sexual violence and creating a pioneer model for preventing sexual violence in the community.Conclusion:Increasing understanding of sexual education by providing group guidance services using symbolic modeling techniques that aim to prevent sexual violence also provides positive benefits for the development of student potential. So that Islamic guidance and counseling students can become good models and examples for the community.Implications:This article is expected to provide additional insight to guidance and counseling practitioners regarding group guidance services using symbolic modeling techniques in increasing understanding of sexual education in the community. This article is also expected to be a reference for socialization programs to prevent cases of sexual violence.
