Abstract

Besides getas and kemplang, one snack which most people like in Bangka Island isa a snack with the form of a palm tree roots. The craftsmen who manufacture these sticks derived from Pangkalpinang. The results of the survey on the Small Industries (IKM) in the District Gerunggang show that the production process sticks using manual equipment/manpower. To overcome the problems of IKM, hence the researcher designed to facilitate the molding machine in the production process and speed up production so as to produce a better capacity of production by using the manual method. The method used in this research is to design and calculation by using computing devices Solidwork. This stick molding machine uses a mechanism that rotates a threaded shaft, then an emphasis on the dough so that these products can be pushed toward the output. From the experimental results the output of this machine is the root of the stick-shaped palm with a size 100x5 mm, output 500 gram / 5 minutes by the number of ± 80-100 grains stick.

Abstract

(Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal 2019, Palembang  4-5 September 2019. pp. 236-245. Palembang: Unsri Press.Edamame soybean (Glycine max L) growth and development on post tin mining land can be improves by adding some ameliorant. The aim of this research is to determine the ameliorant effects on edamame growth and generative development in post tin mining land. This research used experimental method with randomized block design (RBD). The treatment consisted of ameliorant factor, there were without ameliorant as control (A0), palm oil solid (A1), cow manure (A2), rice straw (A3) and goat manure (A4).  The research conducted on Desember 2018 until March 2019, located on 17th years post tin mining land at Dwi Makmur Village, Merawang Sub-District, Bangka Induk District, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province. The result showed that ameliorant can improved post tin mining land pH. As a vegetative phase, palm oil solid showed the best effect on plant height and leaf number. Adding ameliorant can caused early flowering compared with control treatment. Goat manure had best effect on edamame yield, can be seen on pods number and pods weight. Goat manure addition as ameliorant on post tin mining land can improved edamame growth and generative development.                                                          Keywords: Bangka Belitung Province, cow manure, goat manure, palm oil solid

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the school principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang is going quite well. The results of the researchers looked at the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang, showing indicators of the role of the principal, namely instilling, habituating, supervising, reward and punishment, guidance and motivation. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

Abstract

This article discusses the evaluation of student learning outcomes in educational institutions. This type of research is a literature study with the characteristics that the research deals directly with text/scripts or numbers, the data is ready-to-use, library data is generally a secondary source and the process is not limited by space and time. The results obtained show that the evaluation of student learning outcomes in educational institutions is an important matter to be carried out and regulated in order to achieve the objectives of existing education. Implementation of the 2013 curriculum, must refer to the process and evaluation of learning outcomes according to existing guidelines. The problem that arises is that teachers feel that the new regulations regarding the assessment system are very complex, because they use a variety of different assessment tools to evaluate learning outcomes. Teacher competence must be increased and must be able to adjust to the implementation rules of the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Artikel ini berjudul Perencanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Sistem Zonasi di SMA Negeri 1 Betung. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru sistem zonasi di SMA Negeri 1 Betung dan mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru sistem zonasi di SMA Negeri 1 Betung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik, triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru sistem zonasi di SMA Negeri 1 Betung berjalan cukup baik mulai dari menetapkan target dan tujuan yang objektif, akuntabel, transparan dan tanpa diskriminasi, merumuskan keadaan saat ini yang objektif, akuntabel, transparan dan tanpa diskriminasi, mengidentifikasi segala kemudahan dan hambatan yang objektif, akuntabel, transparan dan tanpa diskriminasi, serta mengembangkan rencana yang objektif, akuntabel, transparan dan tanpa diskriminasi. Adapun faktor pendukungnya yaitu sumber daya manusia dan komunikasi. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu data yang tidak memadai dan masih ada peserta didik dan orang tua yang belum paham internet.
