Abstract

Spread manifold cafe coffee shop making cafe owners competing to promote their cafe. Advertising is one of the efforts that can be done to increase the sale value, attracting consumers as well as to promote a cafe. As the development of technology, advertising began to be developed through mobile technology. Advertising is done through mobile technology is called Mobile Advertising. However, the ads that appear on the application it can annoy users. Therefore, mobile advertising application is made by the ads that appear when there is a request from the user. The application also uses location technology based services that can provide location information of a cafe. Based on the test results through questionnaires obtained an average of 88.8% of users said that the mobile application advertising-based location based service for a cafe in Pekanbaru can provide advertising and information of a cafe as well as provide information about the location of the cafe accurate than the user's position making it easier for users to perform search. Android-based application is built using Eclipse with Java programming language.Keywords: android,coffee shop, location based services, mobile advertising.

Abstract

One of the initial approaches to make learning more enjoyable is to know the patterns of social interaction and types of student communication. There are 3 types of social interaction patterns presented in this training, namely interactions between individuals who wish to achieve achievement (Achievement), desire to socialize with their social environment (Affiliation), and desire to power (Power). Teachers can communicate effectively with students if the teacher knows the type of communication used by students. There are 4 types of individual communication types with their environment. Some communicate concretely, spontaneously, intellectually, and sensitively. Community Service activities carried out are training for teachers to recognize the types of student social interactions and types of student communication. The training was carried out by introducing the two instruments that had been made. The training was held for 1 day offline at SMK Taruna Persada Dumai. Based on the feedback provided by the participants, the teacher felt the benefits of the training and was willing to apply the results of the training to students in the classroom.

Abstract

In the development of an information system, a design or analysis stage is needed to identify system requirements to suit user needs. One of the design approaches in software development methodology is to use Unified Model Language (UML) modeling. UML modeling is a visual system design model that uses an object-oriented approach to make it easier for developers to design the system to be created. The analysis stage is the initial stage in identifying and designing the software requirements to be built. Making geographic information systems requires a reference in the design process so that it is easily translated by programmers in application development. One application of geographic information systems in the environmental field is mapping the distribution of legal waste disposal sites (TPS) in Pekanbaru City. Determination of legal TPS in the city of Pekanbaru is carried out by conducting surveys and measuring the area directly to the field. This of course takes time for officers to be able to recommend the area as a place to be used as a new TPS. The lack of information regarding the mapping of legal polling stations has also led to the emergence of illegal polling stations that can damage the environment. So it is necessary to build a geographic information system that can assist the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service (DLHK) in determining recommendations for legal TPS-TPS locations based on spatial analysis and displaying a map of the distribution of existing TPS-TPS locations in Pekanbaru City. The development of this geographic information system was built with an object-oriented approach, so that in the process of analysis and design it uses UML Diagrams. UML diagrams made in this study are in the form of Use Case Diagrams, Usecase Descriptions, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The result of the research is that all the functionality designed in the use case diagram has been implemented in the application program 100%.

Abstract

Permasalahan tumpukan sampah illegal sangat meresahkan warga. Tumpukan sampah illegal merusak pemandangan, menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap, dan menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan bahkan bisa menimbulkan wabah/penyakit. Banyaknya tumpukan sampah yang dibuang di tempat-tempat illegal dan masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah dalam pengelolaan sampah menyebabkan permasalahan pembuangan sampah menjadi hal yang perlu di tangani dan dikelola dengan baik oleh pemerintah. Perlunya teknologi yag dapat membantu pemerintah dalam hal ini adalah Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan kebersihan (DLHK) memerlukan aplikasi yang terintegrasi dalam menampung pengaduan masyarakat terkait pengelolaan sampah. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka perlu dibangun sebuah aplikasi pengaduan lokasi pembuangan sampah illegal berbasis Android. Masayarakat Kota Pekanbaru dapat melakukan pengaduan melalui aplikasi dengan menginputkan koordinat titik lokasi pembungan sampah illegal berdasarkan map, dan selanjutnya pihak admin DLHK dapat melihat data pengaduan dan mengubah status pelaporan untuk segera di jemput berdasarkan titik lokasi tersebut. Aplikasi telah berhasil dibangun dan diujikan kepada masyarakat kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan metode usability testing. Usability testing dilakukan terhadap empat indikator penilaian, yaitu usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning dan user satisfaction. hasil pengujian adalah 90,82% menyatakan bahwa aplikasi usefullness, 90,99% ease of use, 87,77% ease of learning, dan 89,3% user satisfaction

Abstract

The classification method is one of the methods of supervised learning and predictive learning. This method can be used to detect an object in the image presented, whether it is in accordance with the existing object in the training phase. There are several classification methods used, including Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) and Decision Tree. To determine the accuracy in detecting these objects, it is necessary to measure the accuracy of each classification method used. The object that becomes simulation in this research is the object image of Guava and Pear fruit. Testing using confusion matrix. The results showed that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method was able to detect with an accuracy of 98.09%. Then the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) method with an accuracy of 98.06%, then the Decision Tree method with an accuracy of 97.57%. From the results of the accuracy test, it can be concluded that basically these three classification methods have good accuracy with a difference of 0.49% and the overall average accuracy of the classification of the three methods is 97.89%

Abstract

Wholesale PA1000 RAJA is a wholesaler with its address at Batang Kumu II, Rokan Hulu, Riau and has been around for about 9 years. This PA1000 RAJA wholesaler is still recording sales and inventory manually with a book, so that there is often a shortage of goods when ordered by customers or too many goods in the warehouse. Based on the existing problems, a website-based information system was created to manage the existing inventory at the wholesaler. In making this information system applies the ROP method as a form if the inventory is below the minimum limit, then there is a warning so that the wholesaler reorders goods that have been exhausted. After knowing the amount of stock, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is needed to find out how much the economic quantity of goods that must be ordered. Based on the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) which was carried out 3 times, it was stated that all user needs had been met as a whole.

Abstract

The importance of studying computer programming for students is that students will gain the ability to think computationally systematically, which includes a more robust way of thinking (robust) in looking at a problem. However, learning computer programming is often considered complicated and requires regular practice. The current condition of the partner, namely SMKN 1 Dumai, is the lack of student interest in learning, curiosity, and the joy of learning coding. This is caused by many factors, one of which is the assumption that students learn coding is something that is complicated and boring. In addition, it is also caused by the learning strategies and methods applied by the teacher are not sufficiently capable of arousing students' curiosity about the lesson. The learning process which is not conducive and the low interest in student learning can be handled by the teacher by providing material in a fun way (fun learning). One way to learn basic coding in a fun way is to learn with hours of code in the game Minecraft. This community service activity was carried out on September 6, 2022, with a total of 22 participants. The results of this activity were in the form of an evaluation of activities through a questionnaire and the result was that 89,90% of the training participants understood the material and were able to practice the Minecraft game project themselves. In addition, the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity because it was presented with fun activities, such as playing games. Based on the results of the questionnaire, training recommendations were also obtained for the next activity in the form of training in implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) project.

Abstract

Quoted from the official Pekanbaru Government portal, Pekanbaru City is one of the Metropolitan Cities in Indonesia, which has a higher accident potential, based on data obtained from the Pekanbaru City Traffic Unit which is summarized from 2016-2019. However, people in Pekanbaru City have not realized it because of the lack of information about the high number of accidents in Pekanbaru City. In addition, the information prepared by the police agency is only in the form of a few warning signs. Geographic Information System is a data management system that has spatial information or the ability to build, store, manage and display geographic references in a database. With the Spatial Analysis of the Location of Accident-Prone Areas Web-Based, it can help the police and the public in finding out information on locations that are prone and not prone to using spatial analysis, so that people can be more careful in driving and know the points of locations that are prone and not prone to accidents in Pekanbaru City. This system uses theframework CodeIgniter, in mapping using leaflet js and using thefeatures Overlay and Buffer. Based on the results oftesting blackbox testing and user acceptance test that the system functions as expected and usability testing with 20 people stating that 93% of the people agree with this system.

Abstract

One of the areas of facilities and infrastructure that needs to be considered in an area is the field of cleanliness. Waste Disposal Sites (TPS) are facilities that must be owned by every region in Indonesia. A good waste disposal site (TPS) must be fulfilled if the local government wants to tackle the waste problem in its area, therefore the waste disposal site must be established with established procedures and criteria such as distances between settlements, rivers, and roads, as well as no TPS. may interfere with existing facilities in accordance with what was said by Mr. Nofan as section of the TPA and TPS Management Section of the Pekanbaru City DLHK Office. Therefore, the Spatial Analysis of the Location of the Web-Based Disposal Site can assist the DLHK in finding new TPS locations as well as providing geographic information on existing TPS locations. This system is designed using framework CodeIgniter, PHP and MySQL programming languages as the DBMS, and ArcGIS as tools for analysis. After testing by the black box and user acceptance test, it can be concluded that the functionality of the system has succeeded as expected. With this system, the DLHK found it very helpful in determining the new TPS location, this system made their work more effective and efficient. For usability testing carried out with 65 people, the results obtained are 87.5% of users strongly agree. An easy-to-use system, an attractive appearance, and quick information that helps the community determine the location of a new TPS in their place, has made the community agree with this system.

Abstract

Antrian adalah suatu keadaan di mana seseorang harus menunggu gilirannya untuk mendapatkan pelayanan, yang terjadi akibat oleh sekelompok orang yang membutuhkan jasa pelayanan pada waktu yang bersamaan. Salah satu aktivitas mengantri terjadi pada saat melakukan pendaftaran pasien pada suatu Puskesmas. Di masa setelah pandemi, kita sebagai masyarakat di anjurkan untuk tetap melaksanakan protokol kesehatan, salah satunya adalah menjaga jarak (physical distancing) atau menghindari kerumunan. Namun, di beberapa tempat yang harus didatangi oleh masyarakat, seperti klinik atau puskesmas, kerumunan tidak bisa dihindari karena banyak masyarakat yang sakit dan harus mengantri untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Disamping itu pelayanan yang cepat dan baik juga merupakan salah satu target layanan dari setiap tempat pelayanan publik termasuk puskesmas. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Pekanbaru, Puskesmas Rumbai merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah Pekanbaru yang menangani 6 Kelurahan dengan jumlah penduduk kurang lebih 83 ribu jiwa. Setiap harinya rata-rata kunjungan ke puskesmas Rumbai adalah 35 - 60 pasien. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat maka dibangun sistem antrian online berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan My SQL sebagai databasenya. Aplikasi ini dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) yang berfungsi sebagai pendaftaran online sehingga setiap pasien untuk mendapatkan informasi nomor antrian dan perkiraan waktu pelayanan sehingga tidak perlu menunggu langsung di Puskesmas dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Aplikasi antrian yang dibuat dilengkapi dengan fitur monitoring laju antrian yang sedang berjalan yang dapat diakses secara real-time. Informasi nomor antrian diimplementasikan menggunakan SMS Gateway sebagai notifikasi setelah pengambilan antrian berhasil dilakukan. Hasil pengujian dari aplikasi ini berhasil dilakukan dengan 100% fitur berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Seluruh fungsi dalam aplikasi memiliki respond time yang baik, dengan pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap 10 user dengan masing-masing request sebanyak 10 dalam waktu 1 detik.
