Abstract

Community welfare is one of the goals expected by each region including in Padangsidimpuan city. Based on data obtained the amount of poverty in Padangsidimpuan city experienced fluctuations from 2008 to 2015. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the effectiveness of village fund management on improving the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan city. Does the manager’s religiosity behavior moderate the influence of village fund management by increasing the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City? This type of research is causality research using quantitative data. The population of this study is the village community in the city of Padangsidimpuan with a total of 41 villages. Given the limitations of the author, the sample in this study was taken by 5 people from each village, namely 5 x 41 villages = 205 villagers. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and data analysis conducted with Smart PLS. Based on the results, it was found the value of the village fund management pathway affected the welfare of the village community of 5.875 with a probability value of 0.024. Because the t-count value (5.875) is greater than critical t (1.96) at the 5% error rate, it can be concluded there is an effect of the effectiveness of village fund management on improving the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City. And the t-count value of the manager's religiosity behavior trends moderates the relationship of village fund management to rural community welfare of 0.458 with a probability value of 0.031. Because the t-count (0.458) is greater than the critical t (1.96) at the 5% error rate, it can be concluded that the manager's religiosity behavior can moderate the relationship between village fund management and the improvement of the welfare of rural communities in Padangsidimpuan City.

Abstract

The current condition is seen where there are still many students who have the mindset that after completing their higher education they hope to get a job in an office or company as an employee. This means that a student is said to be successful in his studies if he succeeds in working as an employee or employee. If such a mindset is still reflected in students, higher education will give birth to new unemployed people. This study aims to analyze the effect of income expectations and family environment on the interest of students of the Islamic economics study program at IAIN Padangsidimpuan to become entrepreneurs. The population of this study was students of the Islamic economics study program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Padangsidimpuan State Islamic Institute for 2018 and 2019 which amounted to 546 students. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, so that 85 students were obtained consisting of 38 students from the 2018 class and 47 students from the 2019 class. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS (Software Statistical Product Service Solution) application version 22. The research findings are that income expectations and family environment have a positive and significant influence on the interest of students of Islamic economics study program to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Organizational climate is an important factor that determines the life of an organization. As argued by Gibson, et al that organizational climate is the nature of the work environment or psychological environment in which the organization is perceived by the workers or members of the organization and is considered to influence the attitudes and behavior of workers against job. Organizational climate reflects the internal state of an organization because the climate can only be perceived by members of the organization, and the climate can be a means to find the cause of the negative behaviors that appear on the employee. Job satisfaction and quality of work life of one individual with another individual may be different. The difference is one of them can be due to differences in perceiving the organizational climate where she worked. For those who perceive positively, then by itself will create a sense of comfort and pleasure in work. These feelings will eventually lead to a sense of satisfaction in work and in the end will produce a good quality of working life.

Abstract

The level of employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Afdeling V Marpinggan, there are still employees who cannot achieve the targets of what the company has mandated to them both in terms of discipline, efficiency and encouragement of the employees themselves in carrying out their work. In supporting this research problem, the researcher raised the theory of work productivity, employee motivation, age and level of education of employees. This type of research is associative with quantitative data that is primary data. The respondents of this study were employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Afdeling V Marpinggan, totaling 30 employees. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS application and then analyzed for validity, reliability, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The study found that employee motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity while age and education level had no effect on employee productivity at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Mega Syariah uses a liquidity ratio proxied by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). This type of research is descriptive quantitative by analyzing then describing the results to describe the bank's financial performance. This research uses secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT. Bank Mega Syariah from the 2013-2021 period. The results found that in terms of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) it was found that PT. Bank Mega Syariah experienced fluctuations, but in 2015 in the second and third quarters with a ratio of 104.19% and 102.89%. Analysis of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) obtained that PT. Bank Mega Syariah has a very good CAR. In the ROA analysis, there are several unhealthy conditions in accordance with the provisions issued by Bank Indonesia, namely in 2016.

Abstract

Peran wanita sebagai ibu rumah tangga juga sebagai pekerja di berbagai bidang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu pengaruh wanita bekerja, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah anggota rumah tangga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh wanita bekerja, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah anggota rumah tangga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga.Jenis penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh rumah tangga di kelurahan Ujung Padang Kota Padangsidimpuan sebanyak 690 rumah tangga. Sampel sebanyak 88 ibu rumah tangga. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji multikolinearitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefesien determinasi, uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian secara parsial, tidak adanya pengaruh wanita bekerja dan tingkat pendidikan tetapi ada pengaruh jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Sedangkan secara simultan ada pengaruh wanita bekerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga.Kata kunci: Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, Wanita Bekerja, Tingkat Pendidikan, Jumlah anggota Keluarga

Abstract

Abstract Conducive working environment allows employees to work more excited so that their work is more satisfying. The work environment is able to provide and improve employee motivation for the work environment has an influence on employees who carry out the work. External factors that affect employee motivation, namely : working conditions, adequate compensation, good supervision, with employment security, status and responsibilities, and flexible rules. Good working environment and clean, get enough light, the exchange of air and a good layout is a work environment that is conducive to creating and improving employee motivation so that organizational goals can be achieved optimally. Create a conducive working environment is very important in the workplace in order to generate productive and innovative performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse and describe the effect of Non-Performing Financial, Capital Adeuacy Ratio and bank size on the operational efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2017-2022. This research approach is quantitative with the source of data used is secondary, namely quarterly reports from Islamic Commercial Banks. In determining the sample used with purposive sampling technique, so that the data that met the criteria were 8 banks with 20 quarters from 2017-2022. Data analysis was carried out through statistical methods, namely descriptive analysis, classical assumptions hypothesis testing with the help of the Eviews application. The results showed that Non-Performing Financial affects the level of operational efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks while Capital Adequacy Ratio and bank size cannot affect the operational efficiency of banks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tentang pengaruh gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pada keluarga muda di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling yaitu keluarga muda yang sudah berumur satu s.d dua tahun yang berada di Kota Padangsidimpuan dengan jumlah 100 responden. Pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS yang selanjutnya dianalisis melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian dimana gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan keluarga muda yang ada di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan variabel gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan sebesar 41,3 %.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide an overview of financial performance proxied by Return On Assets, corporate governance mechanisms proxied by the audit committee and ownership structure proxied by managerial ownership in influencing the possibility of financial distress at PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk for the observation period 2015-2022. Financial distress in this study is measured using the Altman Z-Score method. The research population is the company's secondary data consisting of financial performance, corporate governance, ownership structure and financial distress from 2015-2022 which are taken quarterly, totaling 32 quarters. Sample withdrawal is used with purposive sampling technique with the criteria of published and accessible financial reports so that the number of samples obtained is 31 quarterly reports. This study found that financial performance proxied by Return on Assets can have a significant effect on the possibility of financial distress at PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk for the 2015-2022 observation period, corporate governance mechanisms proxied by the audit committee have no effect on financial distress, and ownership structure proxied by managerial ownership has no effect on the financial distress condition of PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk for the 2015-2022 observation period. Future reseachers can add observation periods to several companies such as using panel data and adding independent variables such as individual ownership and institutional ownership
