Abstract

Salatiga Music Course is an institution that manages teaching and learning activities in terms of music and choir activities. So far, Salatiga Music Course institution in carrying out attendance and transaction activities is still done manually with a notebook so that problems occur such as frequent errors in the process of recording attendance and transactions caused by human error. Therefore, this study aims to provide a solution from problem that occurred with designing and building a website-based music course system. This music course system is designed using the waterfall method and built with the PHP programming language using the laravel framework and MySQL database. This music course system is expected can reduce human error so that it can increase effectiveness and efficiency in the attendance and transaction process and increase institutional performance.

Abstract

This research takes a case study at Oetete, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. The problems faced are archival documents which are susceptible to damage, being scattered or lost, as well as the time required to archive which takes approximately four days because there are seventeen document categories and data archiving is carried out using print or paper media. There are also other factors such as termites and inadequate archive storage. The output of this research is a web-based document archiving system created using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. With this web-based archiving system, it is hoped that it can help with data archiving problems in Oetete, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

The change of host in the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2023 has sparked controversy among various groups, as seen on the social media platform Twitter. This controversy arose due to Indonesia's rejection of hosting the U-20 World Cup, allegedly because Indonesia refused the participation of the Israel U-20 national team to play in Indonesia. This research aims to implement the Naive Bayes method to classify public sentiment on Twitter regarding this change, distinguishing between positive and negative sentiments. The testing was conducted using a confusion matrix, which resulted in accuracy, precision, and recall values of 96%, 94.83%, and 99.56% respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the Naive Bayes method in this research is quite good, and the performance of the system improves with an increased amount of training data.Keywords: World Cup; Naive Bayes; Sentiment Classification; Confusion Matrix AbstrakAdanya perubahan tuan rumah pada turnamen Piala dunia U-20 FIFA 2023 menimbulkan kontroversi dari berbagai golongan yang dapat dilihat dari media sosial Twitter, lantaran adanya penolakan Indonesia menjadi tuan rumah pada Piala Dunia U-20 yang diduga karena Indonesia menolak keikutsertaan Timnas Israel U-20 untuk bermain di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Naive Bayes dalam melakukan klasifikasi sentimen masyarakat pada Twitter terkait adanya perubahan tersebut yang berupa sentimen positif dan negatif. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan confusion matrix yang diperoleh hasil nilai accuracy, precision, dan recall masing-masing adalah 96%, 94,83%, dan 99,56%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode Naive Bayes pada penelitian ini cukup baik, semakin banyak data training yang digunakan semakin baik hasil kinerja dari sistem.Keywords: Piala dunia; Naive Bayes; Klasifikasi Sentimen; Confusion Matrix

Abstract

Breast cancer is a malignant neoplasm that originates from the parenchyma and produces a frequency of death that is a major cause of concern in the world. Breast cancer has a very significant impact on sufferers, including physical changes, emotional stress, and even death. In general, this disease is divided into two types, namely benign and malignant, therefore this research aims to identify how benign and malignant breast cancer is. This research processes data related to comparing the performance of Neural Network, Naive Bayes, and Decision Tree algorithms. The parameters analyzed include accuracy, precision and recall values to evaluate the performance of the three algorithms in the context of the analysis carried out. The results of the comparison of these three algorithms are that the Naive Bayes algorithm is more accurate for use in classifying breast cancer compared to the Neural Network and Decision Tree algorithms. The Naive Bayes algorithm has a higher accuracy rate of 96.4%, 96.7%, 96.6%, and 96.6%.Keywords: Breast cancer; Neural Network; Naive Bayes; Decesion Tree; Comparison AbstrakKanker payudara adalah suatu penyakit neoplasma ganas yang berasal dari parenchyma dan menghasilkan frekuensi kematian yang menjadi penyebab utama kekhawatiran di dunia. Kanker payudara membawa dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap penderitanya termasuk perubahan fisik, stres emosional,sampai pada kematian. Secara umum Penyakit ini dibedakan menjadi dua macam yaitu jinak (benign) dan ganas (malignant), oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa jinak dan ganasnya kanker payudara. Penelitian ini memproses data terkait dengan perbandingan kinerja algoritma Neural Network, Naive Bayes, dan Decision Tree. Parameter-parameter yang dianalisis mencakup nilai keakuratan, presisi, dan recall untuk mengevaluasi performa ketiga algoritma dalam konteks analisis yang dilakukan. Adapun hasil perbandingan dari ketiga algoritma ini adalah Algoritma Naive Bayes lebih akurat untuk digunakan dalam melakukan klasifikasi kanker payudara dibandingkan dengan algoritma Neural Network dan Decision Tree. Algoritma Naive Bayes memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi sebanyak 96,4%, 96,7%, 96,6%, dan 96,6%. Kata Kunci : Kanker Payudara; Neural Network; Naive Bayes; Decesion Tree; Perbandingan

Abstract

Resesi ekonomi merupakan kondisi dimana suatu negara mengalami kemerosotan aktivitas ekonomi. Isu mengenai resesi 2023 di Indonesia mulai hangat diperbincangkan semenjak terjadinya perang antara Rusia dan Ukraina, pandemi Covid-19 dan inflasi yang tak terkendali. Munculnya isu tersebut menimbulkan berbagai tanggapan dari masyarakat dan beberapa diantaranya menyampaikan pendapatnya melalui media sosial salah satunya Twitter. Dari permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan analisa mengenai sentimen masyarakat terhadap tweet untuk melihat respon mengenai Isu Resesi Ekonomi 2023 di Indonesia dari masyarakat yang aktif. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Naive Bayes dalam melakukan pengklasifikasian data dan tahapannya dimulai dengan pengumpulan data tweet dengan teknik scraping, lalu pembersihan data, pembagian data latih dan data uji, pelabelan data, pra-pemrosesan data, klasifikasi kemudian diakhiri dengan evaluasi model menggunakan confusion matrix. Jumlah data yang dikumpulkan setelah melewati proses pembersihan data sebanyak 3301 tweet. Akurasi model yang diperoleh mencapai 93,46% dengan prediksi label sentimen positif 1302 tweet, sentimen negatif 1236 tweet dan sentimen netral sejumlah 764 tweet.

Abstract

Twitter has become a social media for spreading and viewing the amount of information, such as information recently related to the data theft committed by Bjorka and has become quite a lively conversation on Twitter. The purpose of this research is to find out the most influential accounts related to Bjorka's popularity on social media. This study uses statistical methods of degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality. Based on the research conducted, there is an account that has the highest influence, @conversewhteold  with a degree centrality value of 122, betweenness centrality 0.000067, and a Closeness Centrality 1.0 also from the top 8 accounts, 7 of them tweets revealed that Bjorka had made false publications related to the theft what was done was even falsifying and selling data, then there was 1 account stating that the application made by the government for the public did not have data security guarantees.

Abstract

Twitter is a popular social media platform that is used to communicate through exchanging messages and one of them can use hashtag #G20Indonesia. #G20Indonesia is a hashtag originating from the G20 Indonesia event which was held in Bali from 15 to 16 November 2022. It aims to analyze data on research containing "#G20Indonesia". This analysis uses social network analysis and sentiment analysis methods. Analysis of social networks to find the most influential account in the network that is formed, analysis of social networks can use the degree of centrality in the maintenance of the most influential account. Sentiment Analysis to categorize Twitter tweets using AWS Comprehend with 10,001 nodes and 6,839 edges of data taken. The results of research conducted based on the method used are the account @wishnutama which is an influential account based on the communication network formed with #G20Indonesia on Twitter and the sentiment formed is 63.8% for neutral sentiment, 35.4% for positive sentiment and 0.8% for negative sentiment.

Abstract

The Corona Virus pandemic has limited activities outside the community, including worship. This is related to government regulations regarding restrictions on community activities. The church was asked to limit attendance so that a system was needed that helped church administrators manage attendance. The worship registration web site is a platform created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which limited capacity and required the implementation of health protocols in churches. The purpose of this study is to apply a registration website that is useful for ensuring regular and safe attendance of congregations in physical worship. By registering through the website platform, churches can monitor attendance numbers, arrange congregation placement in accordance with social distancing, and ensure that all necessary health protocols can be followed properly. The study method is the Waterfall model, by using the Waterfall method in designing the registration system, the system is made much easier and more directed. The results showed that worship registration web sites became important during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safe and regular attendance. By using the website platform, churches can limit church capacity in accordance with health protocols, organize congregation attendance, and provide a sense of security to the congregation present. Abstract

Kota Salatiga merupakan kota yang memiliki jumlah penduduk yang cukup tinggi. Terlihat pada tahun 2019, Kota Salatiga memiliki sejumlah ±194.084 jiwa penduduk[1]. Disamping itu, kemajuan teknologi semakin pesat seiring perkembangan zaman, hal tersebut memudahkan masyarakat Kota Salatiga untuk mencari informasi melalui internet. Dengan banyaknya penduduk Salatiga, bagian hukum kota Salatiga sudah pasti harus memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi hukum kepada masyarakat supaya penduduk Kota Salatiga dapat lebih paham akan peraturan-peraturan yang ada di Kota Salatiga. Namun Kota Salatiga masih belum memiliki media untuk mempublikasikan informasi dan peraturan-peraturan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Berbasis Web dengan Menggunakan Framework Laravel. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adalah sebuah website jaringan dokumentasi dan informasi hukum yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat Kota Salatiga untuk mengakses peraturan serta informasi yang ada pada Kota Salatiga.
