Skin cancer is a very common form of cancer that can be found in the United States with annual treatment costs exceeding $ 8 billion. New innovations in the classification and detection of skin cancer using artificial neural networks continue to develop to help the medical and medical world in analyzing images accurately and accurately. Researchers propose to classify skin cancer pigments by focusing on two classes, namely non-melanocytic malignant and benign, where the skin cancer category which is classified into the non-melanocytic class is Actinic keratoses, Basal cell carcinoma. While skin cancers that are classified into Benign are Benign keratosis like lesions, dermatofibrama, vascular lessions. The method used in this study is Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with a model architecture using 8 Convolutional 2D layers which have filters (16, 16, 32, 32, 64, 64, 128, 128). The first input layers are (20,20). and the following layers (5,5 and 3,3), the types of pooling used in this study are MaxPooling and AveragePooling. The Fully Connected Layer used is (256, 128) and uses a Dropout (0.2). The dataset is obtained from the International Skin Imaging Collaboration (ISIC) 2018 with a total of 10015 images. Based on the results of the test and evaluation reports, an accuracy of 75% is obtained. with the highest precision and recall values found in the Benign class, namely 0.80 and 0.82 respectively and the f1_score value of 0.81.

Management information system of assets, or MISA, broadly refers to a system that provides to a principal of vocational high school with the tools to organize, evaluate and efficiently manage assets within a school. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of MISA in vocational high school.The data have collected through primary and secondary data. This study used a descriptive analysis method. The selected the object of this study are 3 (three) public vocational high school. The author obtained information about the MISA functions by analyzing written documents and a brief interview with the principal and MISA officer.The discussion of the paper includes: (a) the profile and structure of the organization, (b) MISA, (c) the IT structure and its effectiveness.The results showed the MISA at the vocational high school implementation has not done well. MISA should be carrying out an asset effectively on any particular subsystem on the maintenance concerning the technical guidelines asset management area.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan ketrampilan bagi anggota Posdaya Edelweis Gajayana dan Teratai Putih Gajayana melalui pemanfaatan limbah kertas untuk dijadikan Topeng Malangan dan Wayang Kulit sebagai salah satu upaya pendiversifikasian produk limbah kertas, sekaligus untuk menjaga lingkungan bersih dan pelestarian budaya lokal. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah mampu memproduksi Topeng Malangan dan Wayang Kulit limbah kertas, serta menggunakan media sosial sebagai salah satu cara pemasaran dan melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan memberikan bantuan peralatan yang berupa cetakan topeng dan pola wayang beserta peralatan pendukungnya. Luaran kegiatan ini berupa produk Topeng Malangan dan Wayang Kulit, modul/ panduan membuat topeng dan wayang, pemasaran online melalui media sosial, kewirausahaan, dan manajemen keuangan. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa anggota Posdaya telah mampu membuat Topeng Malangan dan Wayang Kulit, serta dapat memanfaatkan media sosial (facebook dan weblog) sebagai sarana pemasaran online. Peserta pelatihan juga termotivasi untuk menjalankan usaha Topeng dan Wayang Kulit limbah kertas berdasarkan pesanan.

The phenomenon of the Islamic economy recently is a principal part of the global economy. The brands and services with halal/sharia concept in many products have become increasingly trending in the global economy, including in the tourism industry.Â Opportunities for the development of halal tourism are widely open as the rapidly growing Muslim population in the world.Â ThisÂ studyÂ aims toÂ analyse theÂ potential of halal tourismÂ from the educational aspect and the number of tourist visits to Bromo Tengger National Park.Â Primary data were collected through distributing questionnaires to Muslim tourists, in which the judgment sampling method was used for the selection of respondents. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 250 people. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the exploratory multivariate method. Tourist education and the number of tourist visits to Bromo Tengger act as aspects that can influence tourist perceptions in providing an assessment of the potential of halal tourist destinations. The results showed that the tourists gave a pretty good perception for every aspect of measuring halal tourist destination. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Bromo Tengger destination has the potential as a halal tourist destination.Keywords: halal tourism, potential, tourists.

This community service activity is packaged in the form of training and assistance in implementing a learning management system (LMS) for lecturers at Gajayana University, Malang. In the training session, the participants practiced directly how to implement an LMS from start to finish. Then continued mentoring and independent consultation by the companion team of the Information Technology Center (PTI). After the mentoring period is over, the LMS of the lecturers has been successfully filled and implemented in lectures. The end result of this community service activity is an increase in understanding and skills in the implementation of the learning management system (LMS) for lecturers and the achievement of learning content in the LMS that is ready to be used for the next semester's lectures.

The covid 19 pandemic has changed people's behavior. Social and physical distancing policies are government policies that have changed employees' work environment from the office to the home environment. Meanwhile, human resource management is needed to maintain and improve the performance of employee (State civil apparatus or ASN). Therefore, this study examines the influence of work motivation and work discipline moderated by the work.environment.on.the performance of the employee (ASN). The research site was Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Pemerintah Kota Batu. This research used a quantitative method with explanatory research. The population in.this.study.was all State civil apparatus (ASN) of the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Pemerintah Kota Batu as many as 61 respondents. This study found that work motivation influences the performance of the employee (ASN), and work discipline also affects on ASN performance. In addition, the work environment is a variable that moderates dependent variables towards the performance of the ASN. This research implies that the work environment is critical to be considered as a strategy to maintain ASN motivation and work discipline.

Kecamatan Poncokusumo merupakan salah satu wilayah diantara 33 Kecamatan yang saat ini terdapat di Kabupaten Malang,yang secara geografis merupakan kawasan dengan kondisi lahan berupa hamparan lahan yang cenderung berbukit-bukit karena berada di sebelah barat lereng gunung semeru yang sebagian besar merupakan lahan produktif berada pada ketinggian antara 600 sampai dengan 1200 meter diatas permukaan laut dengan curah hujan rata-rata antara 2300 mm sampai dengan 2500 mm per tahun dan suhu rata-rata 19,7 derajat celcius. Di dusun Sukosari masih menggunakan kayu bakar sebagai bahan bakar untuk memasak, fasilitas pengolahan limbah hewan ternak sapi belum ada, biasanya kotoran sapi langsung dibuang ke selokan-selokan. Solusi permasalahan adalah Memberikan penyuluhan dan penjelasan tentang penerapan serta pemanfaatan teknologi reaktor biogas dengan memanfaatkan kotoran hewan ternak. Memberikan wawasan energi terbarukan kepada mitra dalam pemanfaatan kotoran hewan ternak sehingga diharapkan kebutuhan dan ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar minyak dapat terkurangi. Bertambahnya pengetahuan mitra tentang potensi kotoran hewan ternak yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai energi terbarukan guna menunjang perekonomian warga. In Indonesia, there are various platforms that provide functions to carry out buying and selling transactions or called e-commerce. One of the e-commerce that is widely used in Indonesia is Shopee. Shopee is one of the e-commerce that is included in the B2C category that is widely used by people in various countries, especially in Indonesia. Shopee was officially launched for the first time in 2015 in Singapore and has expanded its business to other countries, such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan. The service provided by Shopee for sellers, namely Shopee Seller, is a reference for sellers and buyers when they are going to make buying and selling transactions using the Shopee application. There are several factors that must be owned by the Shopee Seller application which are benchmarks so that good and safe services are created when sellers make transactions. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a behavioral analysis of sellers using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method so that it can be known how users (sellers) behave towards accepting the e-commerce application used, namely Shopee Seller. This study was conducted on the THAIJAJAN seller community who use the Shopee Seller application using a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the use and acceptance of the Shopee Seller application in the THAIJAJAN community are in the high category and have positive values. Thus, it is hoped that Shopee will always pay attention to the services and features provided so that they can satisfy the needs of Shopee users, especially for sellers.
