Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between Work Discipline and Organizational Culture for Job Satisfaction. The variables used are Work Discipline and Organizational Culture as independent variables and Job Satisfaction variables as the dependent variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of madrasah principal’s leadership, development, work culture, and self learning on competence of pedagogic teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Negeri at The Northern Coast of Jakarta. This research tried to answer problems about competence of pedagogic teacher performance with evidence increasing of learning quality. The research was conducted on competence of pedagogic teacher performance involving samples of 70 teacher had been selected from the target population of 85 teacher by using quantitative approach with path analysis methodes. The research of the hypothesis testing show: (1) leadership had a direct effect positive on competence of pedagogic; (2) development had a direct effect positive on competence of pedagogic; (3) self learning had a direct effect positive on competence of pedagogic; (4) leadership had a direct effect positive on self-learning; (5) development had a direct effect positive on self-learning; (6) work culture had a direct effect positive on self learning; (7) leadership had a direct effect positive on work culture; (8) development had a direct effect positive on work culture. Therefore to improve the competence of pedagogic teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Negeri, need to increase leadership, development, work culture and self learning.  Keywords: Leadership, Development, Work Culture, Self Learning, and Pedagogic Competence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh langsung kompetensi administratif kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) Pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, (3) Pengaruh langsung motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (4) Pengaruh langsung kompetensi administratif kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi guru, (5) Pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi guru, (6) Pengaruh langsung kompetensi administratif kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta, SMK Negeri 39 Jakarta, SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta dan SMK Negeri 54 Jakarta, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 147 guru yang diambil secara acak (random sampling). Teknik analisis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa: (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Administratif Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil thitung < ttabel (0,103 < 1,9767) dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,007, (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil thitung < ttabel (1,663<1,9767) dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,137, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil thitung > ttabel (8,285>1,9767) dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,676, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Administratif Kepala Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Guru. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dari hasil thitung > ttabel (3,088>1,9767) dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,201, (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Guru. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dari hasil thitung > ttabel (9,840>1,9767) dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,640, dan (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Administratif Kepala Sekolah terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dari hasil thitung > ttabel (8,794>1,9767) dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,590. Dengan demikian kompetensi administratif kepala sekolah, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi guru yang tinggi berimplikasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK.

Abstract

Coffee cultivation in fertile regions such as Ciniru District, Kuningan Regency, is still predominantly carried out manually, lacking adequate technological support. However, coffee plants require intensive monitoring of environmental conditions to ensure optimal productivity and quality. The absence of technology adoption in farming practices results in inefficiencies and makes the cultivation process vulnerable to pests and climate-related disruptions. This study aims to develop a smart monitoring system for coffee plantations in Gunung Manik Village, utilizing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Coffee model. The system is designed to assist coffee farmers in Kuningan in improving yields and providing guidance for crop management through real-time monitoring of soil moisture, environmental temperature, and pest activity. An experimental method was employed in this research, where data is transmitted via radio frequency to a gateway and subsequently forwarded to middleware for further processing. The processed data is then visualized through a dashboard and a mobile-based application. Currently, the system is focused on a single variety of coffee plants. The results demonstrate that the system provides accurate data for irrigation and fertilization scheduling, as well as notifications regarding plant conditions, growth stages, and cultivation status. In conclusion, the coffee plant monitoring system offers a practical digital solution for farmers and is expected to enhance agricultural productivity through the integration of information technology.
