Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven transformation in the financial sector, especially in non-cash payment systems such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, benefits, and risks on satisfaction with QRIS use on MSME partners of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Citeureup3, Bogor Regency. The background of this study is based on the increasing use of digital financial services in Indonesia, but several problems are still encountered, such as the low position of BSI QRIS in terms of usage and user concerns about system security and reliability. The research method used is quantitative, with respondents being MSME actors who use QRIS from BSI as a payment method. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of literature, implementation of Islamic banking policies, and be a reference for BSI in improving QRIS services to MSME partners. This study also provides an overview of how perceptions of convenience, benefits, and risks affect the level of user satisfaction in utilizing digital payment services.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology into digital today makes technology in the banking sector utilized in the marketing process, promotions, to technology-based transaction aids. In the midst of rapid advances in information and communication technology, banks are competing to improve digital services, especially for Islamic banks, One of the electronic banking products that is currently being widely used is mobile banking. Fulfilling customer needs for excellent banking services and being able to generate loyal customers can increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction of Islamic mobile banking users among generation Z in Bogor Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents who are generation Z sharia mobile banking users in Bogor Regency and then further analyzed using SMART PLS 4.0 with the PLS-SEM method. The factors analyzed in this study include ease of use, perceived benefits, security, price value, and hedonic motivation. The results of the analysis show that ease of use and benefits have no significant effect on the satisfaction of Islamic mobile banking users while security, price value, and hedonic motivation have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Islamic mobile banking users.

Abstract

Islam teaches us to empathize with one another. One of the things that can be expected to boost student empathy is the activity of infaking. The objective of this study is to: 1) To find out how the implementation of the infak program on Friday in the SMAN 7 city of Bogor, 2) To know how the role of the program infak in improving the empathy of the students of the 12th grade in the S.M. 7 city Bogor. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection using interviewing techniques by interviewing 3 teachers and verifying data is triagulated by interviews with 5 students and the data obtained is analyzed using data reduction. The results of data analysis found 7 themes, namely: (1). Friday (2). IRMA (3). Volunteering (4). Social funds (5). Increasing sensitivity to others (6). Understanding others (7). Increase awareness of others. This infak program is judged to enhance empathy among students of the 12th grade in the 7th grade school of Bogor and needs to be re-optimized by the school to build a culture of empathism and teach students about social values such as caring and sharing, both in terms of equality, guidance and learning activities teaching and applying empathic attitudes in everyday life consistently
