Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style on employeeperformance and to examine organizational culture as the influence betweenleadership style and employee performance. This study used a descriptivequantitative method by taking a sample of 55 employees who were collected usinga questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis used was a structuralequation model with the partial least square (PLS-SEM) method using the smartPLSapplication. The results showed that the Leadership Style was able to improveemployee performance directly or indirectly, namely through enhancingorganizational culture and having an impact on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CR, DER, ROA and TATO on Earning per Share of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2017-2019. The phenomenon that occurs is an increase in CR, DER, ROA and TATO is not followed by an increase in Earnings Per Share manufacturing companies on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period are the background for this research. The sample technique used is the method purpose sampling. Samples were taken totaling 198 analyzes. The results showed that CR, DER and TATO partially had no effect on the Earnings Per Share of manufacturing companies on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. ROA partially affected the Earnings Per Share of manufacturing companies on the IDX for the period 2017 - 2019. CR, DER, ROA and TATO simultaneously influences the Earnings Per Share of manufacturing companies on the IDX for the period 2017 - 2019.

Abstract

Creative spaces have become important places that encourage innovation, collaboration, and imagination in various fields. This study investigates the complex dynamics of creative spaces by studying physical, social, and psychological aspects. We do this from the perspective of different disciplines and designs and see how special characteristics and creative processes interact with each other. We investigate the influence of spatial confirmation, atmosphere, and accessibility on individual creativity and productivity in this setting using mixed methods, including qualitative case studies and quantitative analysis. Our results show that design components such as layout flexibility, natural lighting, and aesthetic appeal influence how people think and interact with others. All this forms a broad creative experience. In addition, this research investigates how organizational culture, leaders and community dynamics play a role in building and maintaining creative ecosystems in these places. By explaining the complex relationship between the physical environment and human behaviour our research offers insights for practitioners, policy makers, and educators who want to create better creative spaces for collaboration and innovation. Using the Visualization of Similarities (Vos Viewers) tool, this research uses qualitative and bibliometric techniques. Using Vos Viewers you can search 992 articles by entering keywords such as; creative space; digital space; customer experience; and metaverse reduction. The results of the analysis show scientific mapping and potential for future research regarding creative spaces as a new marketing world. These results can be used as recommendation variables for researchers conducting further research.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah merevolusi sistem transaksi dan hubungan hukum di Indonesia, terutama dalam praktik perjanjian yang kini banyak dilakukan secara elektronik melalui berbagai platform digital. Perubahan ini menuntut adaptasi hukum perjanjian yang semula berbasis konsep konvensional menjadi lebih responsif terhadap dinamika teknologi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan hukum perjanjian di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi dengan fokus pada kesesuaian norma KUHPerdata, Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE), serta regulasi turunannya terhadap praktik kontrak elektronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kontrak elektronik telah diakui sah secara hukum, masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya seperti perlindungan konsumen, keabsahan tanda tangan digital, serta penyelesaian sengketa lintas yurisdiksi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya reformasi hukum perjanjian agar lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan mampu memberikan perlindungan hukum yang komprehensif, sehingga menciptakan ekosistem transaksi digital yang adil, pasti, dan berkelanjutan
