Abstract

Souvenir industry is the supporting aspect of tourism industry. As the one of creative economy industries, souvenir shows the characteristics of a region or a tourism place. This industry needs expertise and creativity, but there is an issue in the development of product variations with high expenses and the improvement of skills to create a product. The method to conduct this program is by conducting empowerment with participative and bottom-up approach. The participants are given electroforming training for souvenir industry. From the implementation of this program, the souvenir industry is given assistance through the training of electroforming technology to improve their creativity and souvenir production.Souvenir industry is the supporting aspect of tourism industry. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to think logically through video media based on current issues regarding Diversity with the Problem Based Learning model for students in class X-8 SMA Negeri 7 Kota Kediri in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research is a Classroom Action Research, and each cycle consists of planning, implementing, acting, observing, and reflecting. Techniques for collecting data in this study are documentation, observation, and tests. The validity of the data used is content validity, namely content validation. The data analysis technique uses a comparative descriptive model analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that through the Problem Based Learning model with video media based on current issues can improve the ability to think logically for students in class X-8 SMA Negeri 7 Kediri in Civics learning, based on the results of this class action research there is an increase in the average value in diversity material is 85 and 90 for the first and second cycles.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of students' mathematical connections and student learning outcomes in learning mathematics in grade IV of elementary school. Based on these problems, this study aims to improve mathematical connection skills and student learning outcomes through problem-based learning models in class IV mathematics learning whole numbers. The research subjects were fourth-grade students at SDN Mojorejo 1 Kota Batu. Data collection is done by testing and documentation. This research uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis with the type of PTK research (classroom action research) by adapting the Kemmis and Taggart models which consist of four stages of planning namely, action, observation, and reflection carried out in two cycles. The results showed that the minimum mixed value of students in the pre-cycle obtained a result of 10%, then increased by 40% in cycle I, students' mathematical connection ability was 50% then increased by 39% to 89% in cycle II. In addition, the results of the average score, namely in the pre-cycle of students' mathematical connection ability, namely 45% then increased by 24% to 69% in cycle I then increased again by 19% to 80%. This shows that there is an increase in the ability of mathematical connections and student learning outcomes after learning using the problem-based learning (PBL) model.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and embody Digital Citizenship Education that makes Pancasila a source of digital ethics in educational institutions. Using descriptive qualitative research methods makes this research up to date with the latest conditions and situations. The informants in this research were Pancasila and Citizenship Education Teachers of Senior High Schools, Principals, and Heads of National Unity and Political Bodies in Malang City. The selection of informants is based on the responsibility and mandate carried out in their expertise. The results of the research Pancasila as an ideology, worldview, and source of all sources in various aspects of the life of society, nation, and state have consequences for digital ethics in today's disruption era. Efforts to embody Pancasila in maintaining its existence must continue to be pursued. So that Pancasila as the philosophy of the nation can continue to answer the challenges of the times. This flexibility dimension is the space to be able to maintain the existence of Pancasila so that it can continue to be grounded, so that the Idealism Dimension and Reality Dimension can continue to be in harmony in accordance with the purpose of the establishment of Independent Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak pada usia dini memerlukan kreativitas pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi. Proses pembelajaran harus dilakukan dengan cara yang kreatif dan menyenangkan bagi anak karena pada masa ini, pendidikan ditanamkan melalui pengalaman anak. Dari pengalaman, mereka bisa mendapatkan pengetahuan yang bermakna. Anak-anak cenderung senang belajar melalui pengamatan, eksplorasi, dan berimajinasi untuk memenuhi rasa ingin tahunya. Peningkatan pengalaman belajar di usia ini bisa dilakukan dengan mengenalkan konsep-konsep ilmu baru pada anak agar mereka bisa mengenal lingkungan dan alam sekitarnya. Peran guru dalam menyampaikan pengalaman belajar dalam proses pembelajaran ini sangat penting karena guru berperan sebagai pemimpin belajar, fasilitator, moderator, motivator dan evaluator. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang tepat diharapkan bisa membantu peserta didik belajar sesuai dengan minat dan karakteristik mereka dan membantu guru untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan media pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan oleh guru sebagai wujud kreativitasnya dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran juga bisa membantu siswa untuk mengenal konsep baru ilmu pengetahuan yang dikenalkan oleh guru di dalam kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian pada pemanfaatan lensa dan cermin sebagai pengenalan konsep IPA pembiasan cahaya dan pantulan cermin ini mencakup implementasi media pembelajaran untuk anak Taman 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 18 Dau di Desa Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Dau Malang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar pada siswa dengan memanfaatkan benda-benda yang ada di sekitarnya

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin ketat, menuntut manusia melakukan serangkaian perbaikan-perbaikan agar tetap mampu bersaing dan survive dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman. Hal ini lah yang membuat tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan inisiasi untuk melaksanakan pendampingan dalam pengembangan menejemen produk kuliner pada siswa Lembaga Pelatihan Sosial Rinjani Skill Development Center Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan seminar dan workshop menejemen bisnis, workshop mandiri, dan focus group discussion.
