Abstract

The Madrasah Nasyril Islamiyah Foundation (YAMNI) is an educational foundation that includes Madrasah Ibtidaiah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah. The problem that occurs in YAMNI is that top management does not have a system that provides specific information such as student or student data, teacher or teacher data, infrastructure data to speed up decision making. From the problems found, it is determined that the purpose of this research is to build a website-based Executive Information System for YAMNI, which can be used as a provider of information needed by YAMNI leaders. The method that researchers use to create the system is the EIS Lifecycle method. That is, there are six phases: justification, design, business analysis, system design, system construction, and deployment and release phases. The results of this study are an Executive Information System that can manage student or student data, teacher or teacher data, infrastructure data from YAMNI and provide actual information to the head of the foundation to support decision making to quickly determine planning strategies and policies in various related fields. with the progress of YAMNI

Abstract

The meeting agenda is an effort made by many parties in managing their activities, both individually and in groups. However, in terms of administration for staff and speed of information for leaders regarding the meeting agenda, there are still obstacles, including meeting files that accumulate so that it is difficult to find minutes quickly, leaders have difficulty seeing meeting agenda information because it is conveyed through the blackboard in the workspace. The purpose of this research is to build an information system on the village meeting agenda using the prototyping method with a case study at the Tulung Selapan sub-district office which includes the stages of listen to customer, build/revise mock-up, and customer tes-drives mock-up. The conclusion from the research results where the system development with a prototype description shows that the system owner has a clear picture of the system being built. The Regional Meeting Agenda Information System (SIARKE) can help sub-districts improve the effectiveness and performance of employees in managing meeting agenda data quickly.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology in the world of sports, especially in basketball, especially in selecting effective players to match the desired characters and criteria is still not optimal because it still does not have a comprehensive computerized system that can provide information, which is able to provide alternatives. options for coaches for decision making. In (Dwi Sasongko, Aries, 2014) Many basketball clubs have not used information technology in decision support, one of which is the Koba Utama Basketball Club. Koba Utama Basketball Club is the only basketball team in Koba City, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Province. In the process of selecting 5 players as the core team in a Basketball match at the Club, it is still done based on the observations and assessments of the coach in the field. Where the players must have the value of the abilities possessed by each player and 5 players will be selected who will become Start Five in a certain period of time. So the problem is that it will be difficult to choose the right players where there are many players who have relatively the same ability. This study describes the process of designing a decision support system to determine the Starting Five of Club Koba Utama basketball players using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to assist the Chair/Coach of the Koba Utama Basketball Club in determining five basketball players, in order to get players who fit the required criteria more efficiently than the usual/manual method. The player information in the system is the information provided by the Chairman/Coach of the Main Koba Club. The final results in this study support decisions that are built in accordance with the purpose of helping especially the Chairman/Coach of the Koba Utama Club in the process of Starting Five basketball players. RUP (Rational Unified Process) is a process framework that provides industrial system simulation for systems, software, implementation, and effective project management and is also a software development approach with an iterative approach and use-case driven modeling. Decision Support System Starting Five-Based Web With the existence of the Start Five basketball decision support system at Club Koba Utama, it can help the chairman/coach of the Koba Utama Basketball Club to determine the Starting Five core players. As a tool that can help the business process at the Koba Utama Basketball Club to activate Lima to be more effective and efficient. Abstract

Oranjee Petshop is a shop in the city of Palembang that sells pet care products and provides open adoptions for various types of pets. Currently, Oranjee Petshop is not well known to the wider community, the majority of customers are people who live not far from the shop location. This resulted in the store's sales turnover not increasing. The E-Pet Solution Information System is a solution developed to improve operational efficiency and customer service in the pet shop business. Website-based, this system provides easy access for customers to shop, as well as making it easier for employees and owners to manage the business. This research aims to identify the problems faced by pet shops, evaluate the performance of existing systems, and develop better solutions. The method used is the Prototype Method, the aim of this research is to produce a sales website that is more efficient, competitive and customer-oriented.
