Abstract

Di Indonesia penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD dan lain-lain 1,11%, Peserta Aktif (PA) atau angka prevalensi kontrasepsi (CPR) di Jawa Barat mencapai 73,74%. Kabupaten Ciamis didapatkan hasil Puskesmas Gardujaya diperingkat ke dua terakhir yang memiliki capaian kontrasepsi IUD terendah dengan capai kumulatif hanya 5 orang akseptor (0,3%) sedangkan data tahun 2020 adalah sasaran jumlah 1128 orang dengan penggunaan KB IUD sebanyak 11 orang (0,97%) penurunan penggunaan IUD sebesar (0,4%).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor predisposisi rendahnya penggunaan alat kontrasepsi Intra Uterine Device (IUD) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gardujaya Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif Sempel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak terhadap wanita usia subur yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 50 orang (50%). Sebagian besar dari responden tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami sebanyak 58 orang (58%). Sebagian besar dari responden memiliki pendapatan tidak sesuai UMR sebanyak 62 orang (62%). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan Sebagian besar dari responden tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami, Sebagian besar dari responden memiliki pendapatan kurang. Saran: Diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan atau mengikuti penyuluhan tentang tentang KB untuk mengsukseskan program pemerintah melalui program KB.

Abstract

Anemia is a concerning condition for pregnant women. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women is around 35-37%, and this increases with the progression of pregnancy. Nutritional iron deficiency anemia tends to be more prevalent in developing countries than in developed ones. The incidence rate of anemia in Ciamis Regency, based on the health profile of the regency, is 20.05%. This study aims to depict the compliance of pregnant mothers in consuming iron (Fe) tablets concerning the occurrence of anemia in the working area of Sadananya Community Health Center in 2020. The research design employed in this study is descriptive research. The population consists of all pregnant mothers with anemia during pregnancy in the working area of Sadananya Community Health Center, Ciamis Regency, amounting to 723 individuals in the year 2020. Cluster Sampling technique was used for sample selection. The analysis conducted in this study is univariate. The research results revealed that almost all respondents, totaling 67 individuals (84.4%), were non-compliant in consuming Fe tablets, whereas a small portion of respondents, totaling 12 individuals (15.2%), exhibited compliance in consuming Fe tablets. In conclusion, the majority of respondents, 67 individuals (84.8%), were non-compliant in consuming Fe tablets. It is recommended that relevant institutions, particularly Sadananya Community Health Center, become more proactive in providing education to pregnant women about pregnancy-related anemia and the importance of consuming Fe tablets.

Abstract

Data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia shows that as many as 7.1% or 18 million Indonesians are infected with Hepatitis B-0. Of these, 50% are at risk of becoming chronic and 900,000 can become liver cancer. Even Hepatitis B-0 is the top 4 cause of death in Indonesia, with an estimated annual death of 51,100 deaths. HB-0 immunization coverage at TPMB "L" in May 2023 is 35% of the target of 100%. The purpose of this study: To determine the picture of maternal knowledge about HB-0 immunization in newborns in TPMB "L". This research method is a descriptive study, sampling using the Accidental sampling method, with a total of 25 respondents of 3rd-trimester pregnant women in TPMB "L" using questionnaires. The results of the study: Pregnant women with quite a lot of knowledge categories are 20 people (80%) and pregnant women with knowledge of approximately 5 people (20%). Conclusion: The level of knowledge about HB-0 immunization in TPMB "L" with sufficient category is 20 respondents (80%). It is expected that health workers, especially midwives, will further increase knowledge of 3rd-trimester pregnant women about HB-0 immunization by providing education through counselling about HB-0 immunization or distributing brochures about the HB-0 immunization program.
