Abstract

Background: COVID-19 is a public health problem and has been declared a pandemic by the WHO. In Indonesia, there were 1,682,004 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19, with a total of 1,535,491 (91.3%) recovering and 45,949 (2.7%) deaths. Behavior-reinforcing factors, namely support from community leaders and families, have an important role in preventing COVID-19 in Indonesia.Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the support of community leaders and family support on Covid-19 prevention behavior.Method: A quantitative method with a cross-sectional design and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with inclusion criteria being willing to become respondents by filling in informed consent, aged over 18 years, Indonesian residents could access the google form. Two thousand seven hundred samples meet the inclusion criteria.Results: The results showed that there was a strong and significant relationship between the variables of community leader support (p value = 0.001; r = 0.296) and family support (p value = 0.001; r = 0.402) on Covid-19 prevention behavior.Conclusion: We need to strengthen the capacity of community leaders and families to improve their behavior to prevent COVID-19 in Indonesia.

Abstract

The case of covid-19 that occurred in Indonesia spread widely throughout the community, WHO has declared covid-19 as a world pandemic. The government continues to urge all components of society to work together in dealing with COVID-19. This service activity is carried out to educate the community, especially at the level of the community unit, by conducting socialization and distributing questionnaires to 30 residents who are in RW 03 Barusari Village. The purpose of community activities is to increase community participation in overcoming COVID-19 and see the level of community understanding. The results of distributing questionnaires on community service found that aspects of knowledge, perceptions, attitudes, community readiness, family support, support from community leaders, and good community behavior. So seeing this condition, it is hoped that the residents of RT 03 can help the government in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Abstract

Latar belakang: Kader pos pelayanan terpadu (posyandu) balita berperan memantau tumbuh kembang balita. Kemampuan kader dalam melakukan pengukuran antropometri, yaitu: panjang/tinggi badan, berat badan, lingkar kepala dan lingkar lengan atas mempengaruhi deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang balita. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sertifikat ketrampilan antropometri pada kader posyandu balita. Metode: Peserta sejumlah 10 orang kader posyandu di Kelurahan Pendrikan Kidul, Kecamatan Semarang Tengah. Kegiatan sertifikasi melalui tahap pre-test dilanjutkan pelatihan dan diakhiri dengan posttest melalui observasi praktik dan studi kasus. Pelatihan dilakukan oleh dosen bersama mahasiswa untuk membantu memantau dan mendampingi kader saat praktik mandiri dari kasus yang diberikan. Penilaian Pre dan posttest antropometri diukur dalam 9 aktivitas dengan 37 indikator kemampuan. Hasil: Hasil Pretest menunjukkan bahwa semua kader telah terampil dalam dua aktivitas yaitu: mengukur panjang badan dan lingkar kepala bayi, sedangkan tujuh aktivitas lainnya belum semua indikator terpenuhi. Hasil posttest menunjukkan bahwa semua kader telah terampil di 9 aktivitas dan berhak mendapat sertifikat dari Forum Posyandu Kota Semarang. Kesimpulan: Semua kader telah terampil dalam melaksanakan 37 indikator ketrampilan antropometri. Sertifikasi ketrampilan antropometri ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menilai kemampuan kader dalam deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang balita. Kata kunci: antropometri, kader, posyandu __________________________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Cadres of Integrated service posts for toddlers (posyandu balita) play a role in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers. The ability of cadres to take anthropometric measurements, i.e.: length/height and weight, accurately affect the early detection of toddler growth and development problems. Objective: This activity aims to provide anthropometric competency certificates to cadres. Method: Participants were ten cadres in the Pendrikan Kidul Village, Central Semarang District. Certification activities go through the pretest stage, followed by training, and end with the post-test. The observation and case studies carried on to measure the pretest and post-test. Lecturers and students train to help monitor and accompany cadres when they practice independently of the cases given. Pre and post-test through observation of anthropometric abilities on nine activities with 37 competency indicators. Result: Pretest results showed that all cadres were skilled in two activities, namely: measuring the baby's body length and head circumference, while the other seven activities had yet to meet all the indicators. At the same time, the post-test results showed that all cadres were skilled in nine activities and entitled to receive a certificate from the Semarang City Posyandu Forum. Conclusion: The results of the activity illustrate that there is an increase in anthropometric skills in cadres after the training. This anthropometric skill certification can be one of the solutions to assess the competence of the cadres. Keywords: anthropometric, cadres, posyandu

Abstract

The PeduliLindungi application is the result of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology's collaboration with SOEs to stop the spread of COVID-19. This application will be combined with Satu Data Kesehatan for citizen health evaluation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the User Experience of the PeduliLindungi application in shopping centers in Semarang City. By using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approach to evaluate various characteristics of User Experience. User experience refers to individual perceptions and reactions resulting from the use of a product. The population of this study consisted of users of the PeduliLindungi application, and the sample used was in accordance with the established criteria with a total of 99 samples. This research took place for one month in March-April 2023 and using a cross sectional method. The data obtained was processed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. The results of this study found that the clarity aspect scored (1.62) with an average of Good category. The aspects of attractiveness, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty scored (1.08), (1.05), (0.91), and (0.57) respectively in the Below Average category. And the efficiency aspect scored (0.90) in the Above Average category. The findings of this study are anticipated to be taken into account when PeduliLindungi is improved in terms of aesthetics and usage.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan pengguna internet tertinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok usia lain yang memiliki pengetahuan terbatas mengenai teknologi Kesehatan. Pada situasi pandemi COVID-19 remaja sering dijumpai positif COVID-19 tanpa gejala yang dapat menularkan pada kelompok resiko tinggi lain. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pemakaian aplikasi COVID-19 dan hubungannya dengan praktik protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan COVID-19 pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada google form yang disebar secara online melalui sosial media. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara penggunaan aplikasi COVID-19 dengan praktik protokol kesehatan sebagai pencegahan COVID-19 pada remaja (Pv= 0,002; PR: 3,475; CI: 1,598-7,559). Pengguna aplikasi COVID-19 pada kelompok remaja masih sangat minim yaitu sebesar 22,1%. Diperlukannya upaya peningkatan sosialisasi terkait aplikasi COVID-19 dan telemedicine lain pada kelompok remaja sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu cara edukasi kesehatan pada kelompok remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di rumah sakit melalui kajian literatur sistematis. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi K3, mengukur efektivitas program yang ada, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan. Meskipun rumah sakit telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen K3 (SMK3), hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan oleh petugas kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan panduan Framework PICO untuk merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian yang spesifik dan terfokus. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk artikel jurnal dan publikasi terkait dari tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan rutin, pemeliharaan peralatan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan adalah faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan praktik K3 di rumah sakit. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi seperti sistem pelaporan berbasis web dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen K3. Kendala utama yang diidentifikasi dalam implementasi K3 meliputi kurangnya sumber daya, infrastruktur, dan pemahaman petugas kesehatan terhadap tindakan pencegahan standar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan frekuensi pelatihan, penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai, serta pengembangan modul pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur. Evaluasi rutin dan keterlibatan eksternal juga diperlukan untuk mengatasi hambatan dan memastikan keberhasilan program K3 di rumah sakit. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perencanaan yang matang dan evaluasi berkelanjutan dalam implementasi K3 di rumah sakit. Optimalisasi strategi perencanaan dan penggunaan teknologi adalah kunci untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan efektivitas manajemen K3, yang pada akhirnya akan mendukung kualitas layanan kesehatan dan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit
