Abstract

Accounting information systems play an important role in recording a company's transactions. Because it can assist companies in working on their financial reports, so that the resulting data is well organized and can speed up the data processing process. CV. RR Wasilah Teknik is a company engaged in welding and lathe services. The main problem that occurs in this company is that it is still recording transactions manually and using Microsoft excel. This results in the system not running effectively and efficiently. So, it is necessary to make a computerized application. The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the information system of cash receipts and disbursements and to produce a web-based application program for cash receipts and cash disbursements using PHP at PT. Gunung Samarinda.This research method is using case studies with interviews, documentation and direct observation. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data types. In this study it was found that all records of cash receipts and disbursements were still using Microsoft Excel. Therefore, the authors suggest using a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program design in order to help PT. Gunung Samarinda so that the current system is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mensimulasikan perhitungan PPN wajib pajak UMKM terhadap kegiatan komersialnya dan membuat aplikasi web penghitungan PPN wajib pajak UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Data sekunder yang digunakan berupa data tarif PPN UMKM, tata cara pemotongan PPN UMKM, dan jumlah yang disetorkan atas Pajak Masukan (PM) dan Pajak Keluaran (PK). Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis data, dan pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi kalkulator pajak untuk membantu dan memudahkan para UMKM dalam melakukan perhitungan PPN nya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the right Cash Management Accounting Information System for Rezeky sources and to produce a Cash Flow Information System, namely Web-Based Cash Receipts and Cash Disbursements. The theoretical framework is to analyze the Cash Management Accounting Information System by analyzing the information needed by management, related functions, a network of procedures, accounting documents and records used, flowcharts, and the current internal control system. The developed application program is the first step, which is carried out by designing relationships between tables, interfaces, and outputs. This study found that all daily cash records at Sumber Rezeky still use financial report books and notes. The author suggests using a web-based cash receipt and cash disbursement application to help Sumber Rezeky record customer data, record cash management transactions, and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursement transactions.

Abstract

Abstract−The purpose of this study is to determine the correct calculation of the cost of inventory, as well as to produce an application program for merchandise inventory using the perpetual moving average method using PHP at Ocean Fishing Store. This research is in the form of a case study at the Ocean Fishing Store using a sample of sales and purchase transaction data in March-May 2022. This application program was created using PHP as the front-end and MySQL server as the back-end. From this study it was found that the Ocean Fishing Store does not determine the cost of inventory for merchandise and does not record merchandise inventory so that it is difficult to know the remaining inventory of merchandise. Therefore, with the application program created in this study, it is hoped that it can help Ocean Fishing Store in making merchandise inventory cards to make it easier to find out stock.Keywords: Goods Inventory, Moving Average Cost Method, Goods Inventory Card

Abstract

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

Abstract

This research is software development aimed at engineering an expert system to diagnose diseases transmitted by mosquito bites based on the web. This system can provide an initial diagnosis of diseases transmitted by mosquito bites to patients based on symptoms they experience, without needing to directly consult an expert. The system development follows the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. SDLC itself in software engineering is a process for creating and developing systems, as well as models and methodologies used to develop systems. The method used in this expert system is forward chaining, where the tracking starts with a set of facts and then moves toward a conclusion. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL as the software to store the data. The results show that the expert system provides consistent results and answers. Expert validation looked at two key aspects, resulting in scores of 91.50% and 90.95%. Both are categorized as "highly valid," which shows that the system is reliable and ready to be used in practice.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dialami mitra yaitu kurangnya pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan, sehingga menimbulkan kerugian pada usahanya. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan secara sederhana dan mudah dipahami oleh mitra melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk membekali pengusaha ternak ayam di Desa Gandaria, Kabupaten Barito Kuala dengan keterampilan dasar dalam mengelola keuangan usaha. Target luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu meningkatnya wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usahanya. Metode yang akan digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu dalam bentuk pelatihan. Secara keseluruhan, hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra mengenai pentingnya pencatatan keuangan, terlihat dari kemampuan mereka membuat catatan sederhana atas pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Mitra juga mulai menyadari bahwa pencatatan keuangan dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan usaha. Adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan para peternak dapat lebih mandiri dalam mengelola keuangan, sehingga usaha ternak ayam di Desa Gandaria memiliki daya saing lebih baik dan berkelanjutan. Kedepannya diharapkan dapat diadakan pelatihan dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran.
