Abstract

University can’t be separated from the Tri Dharma namely in the fields of education, research and community service. Institute for Research and Community Services Lancang Kuning University has launched a strategic framework for research through the Research Master Plan (RIP) and the Roadmap Research to support research results and superior quality. One of them by building an Information Systems Research Activities Administration and Community Services seeks to streamline the work of the staff LPPM and also makes it easy for researchers in particular lecturers and reviewers in their duties. In this system, the researchers register their proposals online. Furthermore, staff LPPM recaps the number of proposals on all types of grants that is then distributed to the reviewer to assess. Administration Information System Research Activities and Community Service is used method of analysis Work System Framework. Methods of work system framework, expected later able to provide a description of the process or activity system that uses information technology or other resources. Abstract

Plagiarism is a significant problem in many areas, including universities. plagiarism is usually performed on digital content is to copy-paste of the original document. To anticipate, we need a way to analyze the technique of plagiarism. There are several approaches that can be taken, for example by using a search algorithm Rabin-Karp string because these algorithms can be used to detect plagiarism in a text document. In the testing phase, the test documents used were three documents with similarity level categories of low, medium and high. From some of the testing that has been done, this approach can find the longest quote the same between the two text documents and measure the similarity of text documents. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh bank dan tingkat kepuasan nasabah terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan menggunakan 5 dimensi pengukuran, yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, , dan empathy. Metode yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang diolah dengan Microsoft Excel untuk Windows dan SPSS untuk windows. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 93. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian antara kepuasan dan kepentingan adalah 80,37%. Untuk prioritas utama yang harus dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan diagram kartesius kuadran I adalah meyediakan display dan informasi yang cukup mengenai produk dan jasa bank, mempercepat dan mempermudah proses transaksi, melakukan pembaharuan pada aplikasi untuk meningkatkan kecepatan jaringan/situs layanan mobile banking, memastikan nasabah merasa aman melakukan transaksi menggunakan layanan mobile banking, meningkatkan kepekaan petugas untuk menerima keluhan dan pengaduan nasabah terkait layanan mobile banking KB Bukopin.
