This research intended to understand the factors affecting the acceptance of Bitcoin technology in Indonesia. It adopted the model of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), which took into account four influencing factors. Those were performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The factors of gender and age were assumed to moderate the relations between those four factors and use and behavioral intention. The empirical data for those factors were collected by questionnaires from 49 respondents. The statistical significance of the relationships was evaluated by multivariate regression analysis. The result is a model that matches the data with R2 = 0,678. It demonstrates a high level of fitness. The analysis suggests that the performance expectancy factor and the social influence factor greatly affect the behavioral intention to use Bitcoin with the values of t-statistic of 3,835 (p-value = 0,000) for the former factor and 1,948 (0,059) for the latter factor. However, the social influence factor has less profound effect on the behavioral intention.

Applying information system technology to business processes is one of the strategies to overcome about problems in data accuration, sales, purchases and making report transactions. By implementing the system, information has resulted at decreased in time transaction and accuracy of the sales, purchase and report making processes. The application of information system technology starts in analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance according to the waterfall method. Each stage has a different resolution and function, but is interrelated between one and the other generated by computer applications that can be used in the business of the company CV. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah proses pembelajaran guru- guru Bahasa Inggris yang teacher center dan strategy pembelajaran yang monoton. Proses pembelajaran pada sekolah mitra menggunakan teks book. Selain itu masih minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka memanfaatkan kecanggihan tekhnologi yang ada saat ini, dirasa tepat kiranya menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis IT. Adapun media yang dapat dijadikan alat dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran adalah permainan berbasis Internet atau game online. Salah satu game online yang dapat dijadikan media dalam membantu memperbaiki kualitas proses pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah mitra adalah Scrabble game online. Sosialisasi yang di adakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini di harapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Dengan pengoptimalisasi kecanggihan tekhnologi, di rasa tepat sebagai hal yang bermanfaat dan memberikan kontribusi kepada sekolah mitra khususnya SD IT Al- Biru. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman baru yang berorientasi kepada pemahaman tentang media pembelajaran scrabble online berbasis android khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Media pembelajaran ini dirasa tepat karena adanya keterkaitan antara game online berbasis android yaitu vocabulary karena games ini merupakan games yang mengasah kemampuan berpikir dalam menyusun vocaulary dalam Bahasa Inggris.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran atau kondisi dari proses bisnis administrasi skripsi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lancang Kuning. Penulis melakukan analisis pada proses bisnis dengan bantuan metode BPI dengan alat streamliningnya penyederhanaan proses, pengukuran dan kontrol dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Perbaikan tersebut dibuat dalam bentuk UML diagram (Unified Modelling langguage) usecase dan activity diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan rekomendasi proses bisnis yang telah melaui tahapan streamlining BPI dalam bentuk UML (Unified Modelling Language)

This study discusses the acceptance of PT Didimax's metatrader technology. To carry out the analysis in this study using the UTAUT method. The UTAUT method has four independent variables and two dependent variables. It is through these variables that the level of technology acceptance is explained. The results of this study from 121 respondents showed that the Performance Expectancy variable had a positive and significant impact on behavior intention, the condition t counted 3.184> t table 2015 Sig 0.002 <0.05 and facilitating condition t count 4.224> t table 2015 Sig 0.000 <0.05. also has a positive and significant impact on use behavior

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh bank dan tingkat kepuasan nasabah terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan menggunakan 5 dimensi pengukuran, yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, , dan empathy. Metode yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang diolah dengan Microsoft Excel untuk Windows dan SPSS untuk windows. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 93. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian antara kepuasan dan kepentingan adalah 80,37%. Untuk prioritas utama yang harus dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan diagram kartesius kuadran I adalah meyediakan display dan informasi yang cukup mengenai produk dan jasa bank, mempercepat dan mempermudah proses transaksi, melakukan pembaharuan pada aplikasi untuk meningkatkan kecepatan jaringan/situs layanan mobile banking, memastikan nasabah merasa aman melakukan transaksi menggunakan layanan mobile banking, meningkatkan kepekaan petugas untuk menerima keluhan dan pengaduan nasabah terkait layanan mobile banking KB Bukopin.

Dapodik is an education data system with a national scale in which there are various kinds of information regarding educational data units. The problem that occurs is that the operator has difficulty if the input data is invalid, so to correct the invalid input data, it is done in the operator's account, while to synchronize the data the operator must first login to the principal's account. In addition, for filling the infrastructure (facilities and infrastructure) operators have difficulty measuring the percentage of damage that occurs to school facilities because they are not in their expertise or field. Therefore, this dapodik application needs to be measured user satisfaction with the quality of its services using the servqual method. This study aims to measure user satisfaction in using the dapodik application on the quality of its services using the servqual method. The results of the measurement can be concluded that the empathy dimension, H5 (-1.03) should be further improved because the value of user dissatisfaction is higher. In addition, based on tangible values, reliability, responsiveness and assurance are still not good, so it is necessary to improve the quality of dapodik application services.

A tracer study is a survey of graduates tracks alumni activities after graduating from an educational institution, Lancang Kuning University is one of the educational institutions that have a tracer study system. A system can be said to be good if it has good usability. So the purpose of this research is to find out whether the tracer study system of Universitas Lancang Kuning has good usability. The heuristic evaluation method will be used to measure usability using 10 aspects of usability heuristics with a questionnaire media in collecting data. Before distributing the questionnaires, an instrument test such as the Gregory test will be carried out by involving system experts and linguists. Then a validity test will be carried out, a reliability test will be carried out after that a heuristic test is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Based on the calculation results that the lowest percentage is owned by the visibility of the system status variable by 75% and the highest percentage results in the match between the system and the real world and consistency and standard with the same calculation results obtained by 81%. The results of the analysis show that the tracer system of Universitas Lancang Kuning has high usability with an average percentage of 78%.
