Abstract

Professional behavior in midwifery students is one of the competencies that must be possessed, because later midwifery students when they enter the field of work will face patients. Assessment of professional behavior can be assessed by Peers/fellow friends not only by lecturers or Clinical Instructor (CI). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the implementation of Peer Assessment on the professional behavior of midwifery students in learning skills in the laboratory. The results showed that the indicators for assessing professional behavior obtained results including: responsibility indicators 93.69%, discipline indicators 81.71%, teamwork indicators 97.84%, indicators 97.84%, and indicators 97.77%, while the average percentage of all indicators 1-5 is 93.77%, this value is considered high because it exceeds 90% of 100%. The conclusion of this study is that the assessment of student professional behavior can be carried out by friends using the Peer Assessment method, Peer Assessment can also make students to be more responsible and take it as self-reflection material to see the weaknesses and strengths of the students.

Abstract

According to WHO data from 2016, marriage by a partner or one of the partners still belongs under the definition of a child or teenager under the age of 19 years. According to research done by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bapenas during this pandemic, some 400,500 females between the ages of 1,017 and 1,017 were at risk of getting married early because of the Covid-19 pandemic. More than 64,000 requests for marriage tax exemptions for children in 2020. This study aims to determine the correlation between teenagers' knowledge of early marriage and the occurrence of early marriage during the COVID 19 pandemic. An observational analytic analysis with a cross-sectional approach was the methodology used in this study. In this study, a total of 3855 male and female teenagers in the Kedungbanteng Sub District, aged 16 to 19, were used as the population. Purposive sampling is used to choose the 97 adolescents as the sample. The findings of this study based on the Gamma test, revealed a -value of 0.020 (0.05), indicating a significant correlation between teenagers' understanding of marriage during teenage and the frequency of early marriage in Kedungbanteng Sub District, Banyumas Regency. It is hoped that young people will avoid getting married and is also expected to provide advice or guidance to teenagers about getting married at teenage in this village.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition, a period of searching for identity, with the flow of globalization and information that is getting out of control, youth can be called a transition season which is very rapid, both physically, psychologically and socially. With the inclusion of various information that is free, not through a filter that is correct according to ethics and normality, it can cause adolescents to be very vulnerable to harmful influences. This situation is exacerbated by the lack of concern for the family and society, and the community even considers it taboo to talk about reproductive issues. The consequences of this change are often associated with stereotypes (prejudice) regarding irregularities and irregularities. This type of research uses a quantitative correlation method using a cross-sectional approach with a total of 47 young female and male respondents. Retrieval of data using random sampling with analysis of the chi-squer test The results of this study show that the characteristics of adolescents (age and sex) are 48.9% female and 51.1% male, the level of knowledge is mostly included in the category of having sufficient knowledge 76.6%, less is 12.8%, most of the attitudes of the respondents negative 76.6%, most of which are included in the KRR triad are not good 66.0%. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent reproductive health and the RH Triad with a p-value = 0.004 and there is a relationship between adolescent reproductive health attitudes and the KRR triad with a p-value = 0.001.

Abstract

Anemia is problem health serious global society one of them attack teenager princess and woman who are menstruation. WHO estimates teenager It is estimated that 30% of women worldwide suffer from anemia in 2024. Prevalence Anemia in adolescents worldwide in 2019 was 15%, namely in developing countries by 27% and in developed countries by 6%. Prevalence anemia in adolescents daughter based on Basic Health Research 2018 shows that prevalence anemia in adolescents by 32%, meaning 3-4 out of 10 teenagers suffer anemia or lack cell blood red Percentage teenager daughter grades 7 and 10 in Indonesia who were screened for Hb in 2023 were 85.39%, with results 30.45% experienced anemia while in the Regency Cilacap teenager the princess who did screening in 2024 it will reach 92.2% with results 39.05% experienced anemia. Activity physique can to smoothen system metabolism substance nutrition in body. Research objectives for know connection habit breakfast and activities physique with incident anemia in adolescents daughter class X at State Senior High School 3 Cilacap. Research Design cross-sectional accidental sampling 93 respondents students of State Senior High School 3 Cilacap. Data analyzed in a way univariate and bivariate using the Spearman rank test. The results of the study show habit breakfast category good 90.3%, activity physique part big category moderate 58.1%, many no experience anemia 48.4%. There are two, namely, the relationship significant and enough between habit breakfast with incident anemia in adolescents daughter class X at State Senior High School 3 Cilacap in 2025 (pv = 0.001 < 0.05) and the relationship significant and enough between activity physique with incident anemia in adolescents daughter class X at State Senior High School 3 Cilacap 2025 (pv = 0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

Background: Appropriate complementary feeding practices are crucial factors in determining nutritional status of infants. Inappropriate complementary feeding patterns can cause nutritional problems in infants aged 6-12 months, thus evaluation of complementary feeding practices and their relationship with infant nutritional status is necessary. Objective: To determine the relationship between complementary feeding patterns and nutritional status in infants aged 6-12 months in the working area of Pataruman 1 Primary Health Center, Banjar City. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a population of toddlers receiving complementary feeding at Pataruman I Primary Health Center, Banjar City based on January-February 2025 data totaling 300 people. The research sample was determined using the sample size formula for ordinal-nominal correlative analytics with a sample size of 60 infants aged 6-12 months. Results: Most complementary feeding patterns were in the appropriate category, namely 35 infants (58.3%). Most infant nutritional status was in the good nutrition category, namely 37 infants (61.7%). The analysis results showed a significant relationship between complementary feeding patterns and nutritional status with the percentage of good nutritional status reaching 85.7%. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between complementary feeding patterns and nutritional status in infants aged 6-12 months in the working area of Pataruman 1 Primary Health Center, Banjar City.

Abstract

Introduction: Dysmenorrhoea results from excessive amounts of prostaglandins. The chemical content of gingerol in red ginger can block prostaglandins so that it can reduce pain at the time of menstruation. Objective: Analyze the effectiveness of giving red ginger water against lowering the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain in young women. Methods: Quantitative research- pre-experiment design, Group Pretest, Posttest Design. The sample uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The instrument uses a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. Results: Research shows an effectiveness between red ginger water and dysmenorrhoea where p value = 0.0001. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the Wilcoxon test with a confidence level of α = 0.05. Conclusion: There is an effectiveness between red ginger water and dysmenorrhoea. It is suggested that the findings of this study can be a solution to overcoming dysmenorrhoea by using a type of non-pharmacological therapy, namely the administration of red ginger water.
