Abstract

This study aims to formulate a model for assisting in writing articles and scientific publications for students in the field of religion. This study uses a qualitative approach withdescriptiveanalytical methods. The results of this study indicate that the model of mentoring students in the field of religion in article writing was effective, resulting in 279 scientific publications throughout 2020-2021. The discussion of the research results reveals that strategic planning by applying a logical framework thatis operatedproperly has played a role in forming an effective mentoring model for developing student skills in the field of religion in writing articles toachievingpublication in scientific journals. The conclusion of this study is that the model of mentoring students in the field of religion works effectively in achieving article writing and scientific publications. This study recommends the application of the mentoring model with continuous testing through developmentof Islamicreligious higher education institutions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of Muslim personal spiritual intelligence in overcoming the quarter life crisis problem in the research subject. The method used is a qualitative approach with data sources derived from observations and interviews with five subjects with the criteria of being Muslim, aged 18-29 years and having experienced a quarter life crisis as well as from other literature related to the research theme. The results of the study illustrate that all subjects have experienced a quarter life crisis, especially in matters of work and love. This is caused by various factors including education and skills that are not relevant to the desired job, the criteria for prospective partners are set, and future concerns are not in line with family expectations. However, the spiritual intelligence possessed turned out to play a role in helping to overcome the felt indecision. This intelligence also adds confidence to the subject that there is wisdom behind all the difficulties faced. From this research, it can be concluded that spiritual intelligence plays a role in overcoming the quarter life crisis for a Muslim, so it is necessary to increase spiritual intelligence from an early age in individuals.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas peran kecerdasan spiritual pribadi muslim dalam mengatasi permasalahan quarter life crisis pada subjek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data berasal dari observasi dan wawancara terhadap lima orang subjek dengan kriteria beragama Islam, berusia 18-29 tahun dan pernah mengalami quarter life crisis serta dari literatur lain yang terkait dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa semua subjek pernah mengalami quarter life crisis terutama dalam masalah pekerjaan dan asmara. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor diantaranya pendidikan dan skill yang tidak relevan dengan pekerjaan yang diinginkan, kriteria calon pasangan yang ditetapkan, dan kekhawatiran masa depan tidak sesuai dengan harapan keluarga. Namun kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki ternyata berperan dalam membantu mengatasi kebimbangan yang dirasakan. Kecerdasan tersebut juga menambah keyakinan pada subjek bahwa ada hikmah dibalik semua kesulitan yang dihadapi. Dari penelitian tersebut, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berperan dalam mengatasi quarter life crisis bagi seorang muslim sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual sejak dini pada individu.

Abstract

The study of Islam in Indonesia are seen to be very diverse, both in terms of thoughts and procedures for carrying out worship. The term moderate Islam is now starting to be reinvigorated as a step to unite the religious understanding of the community. Differences in people's understanding are considered to be able to trigger the emergence of divisions that can damage the integrity of the Indonesia. This study aims to analyze moderate Islamic discourse in the study of oral interpretation of KH. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim broadcast via social media Youtube. This study used a qualitative approach through the descriptive-analytical method of Teun Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK). The results indicated that moderate Islam in the study of oral interpretation from the perspective of KH. Ahmad Bahauddin Nursalim was different from Islamic view in the Middle East, although it has the same theological understanding. This understanding actually emphasizes that Islam is not a religion that carries hard currents, takes extreme actions by disbelievers or heretical. On the other hand, moderate Islam as Islam that is rahmatan lil 'alamin is in line with the teachings of Islam inherited by the Prophet Muhammad. This study concluded that moderate Islam is appropriate to use in this country of Indonesia which has a diversity of ethnicities, nations and religions.

Abstract

Social media in this digital era has become a source of concentration in information. Not a few uses of social media as a source of knowledge in religious values (Islam). This study aims to discuss the practice of Islam in the global media era of social media convergence as a source of Islamic religious knowledge. The research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the facts that we can see today, there are a lot of misleading, gossiping and immoral actions that originate from various content available on social media, of course, it becomes homework for all, especially parents, teachers and preachers so that they can help. educate the younger generation so that they become wiser and smarter in using social media. This study concludes that in a religious context, the convergence of social media as a source of knowledge has both positive and negative impacts. This study recommends all social media users to continue to adopt sciences whose sources of references and learning narrations are clear, especially on religious issues (Islam).

Abstract

Students interested in Islamic scholarship face tremendous challenges in achieving scientific publications. Based on these backgrounds and problems, this study aims to discuss the success of the management of scientific publications of students interested in Islamic scholarship in Islamic higher education in Indonesia. This research applies a qualitative type with a participatory method and a SOAR analysis approach. The results and discussion of this study indicate that students who are interested in Islamic scholarship experience effectiveness in publication in scientific journals through strategic planning, governance, and strengthening the capacity of writing scientific articles. This study concludes that good management includes participation based on stakeholder aspirations, strengthening of writing trainer resources, professionalism, curriculum objectives, and support systems, so that good achievements are produced as shown by students interested in Islamic scholarship in facing the challenges of publishing articles in scientific journals. This study recommends the urgency of managing scientific publications more adequately for students interested in Islamic scholarship by administrators of Islamic higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mahabah which is the peak of sufism becomes a proper study considering that contemporary life today often makes sense more than the real God. The purpose of this study is to explore how the reflection of the mahabah when viewed from the perspective of a contemporary sufi, Buya Nursamad Kamba. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative with a library research approach. The results showed that the point of view taken by Buya Nursamad Kamba in perceiving mahabah is by focusing on the concept of Muhammad’s personality by elaborating and integrating the value of love for Allah in every aspect of life. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is Buya Nursamad Kamba's view of the concept of mahabah is very unique and adapts to the development of the times in this contemporary era.

Abstract

Meski disiplin ilmu tasawuf dan ilmu psikologi merupakan dua disiplin ilmu yang berbeda, namun keduanya memiliki persamaan dari segi fokus atau objek kajian, yaitu jiwa manusia. Jiwa yang sifatnya abstrak tentu hanya dapat dilihat atau tercermin dari perilaku manusia. Dalam hal ini, kedua disiplin ilmu ini dapat berkontribusi dalam menjadi suatu bentuk yang konvergen dalam memandang permasalahan kemerosotan akhlak remaja yang terjadi hari ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka sebagai metode dalam mengkaji topik penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rekonstruksi akhlak remaja dapat menggunakan social learning theory yang telah dicetuskan Albert Bandura dan dipadukan dengan konsep tazkiyatunnafs dari Imam Al-Ghazali yang menjadi inti dari tasawuf. Keempat fase tersebut yaitu attention (memberikan perhatian kepada model), retention (menyimpan informasi yang diperoleh dalam bentuk kode dalam memori/ingatan); production (mewujudkan perubahan perilaku), dan motivation (pemberian penguatan terhadap perubahan perilaku). Adapun aspek takhalli dan tahalli disisipkan dalam fase production dalam upaya mengubah perilaku agar menjadi lebih baik

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of training and assistance in writing scientific articles for students across Islamic Religious College throughout Indonesia. This research uses Participatory Action Research combined with the Asset Based Community Development method. The results and discussion of this research show that the implementation of training and mentoring resulted in successful scientific publications for students, even though various obstacles were encountered. First, pre-implementation aspects, such as the lack of motivation for some participants, lack of focus in understanding the writing module, and busy course assignments. Second, aspects of writing practice, such as difficulties in determining research topics, writing research backgrounds, writing problem formulations, writing previous research results, and writing frameworks. Third, post-activity aspects that require the formulation of a scientific publication strategy. This research concludes that the performance of training and assistance in writing scientific articles for students across Islamic Religious College throughout Indonesia with the various obstacles they face is considered quite adequate. This research recommends that administrators of Islamic Religious College prepare plans for effective training and mentoring models as a comprehensive system from upstream to downstream that can ensure the success of scientific publications for students of Islamic Religious College throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to propose a solution to the problem of applying a scientific article writing module with a peer group model in the case of training in compiling research formulas. This study uses a qualitative approach by implementing field studies. The results of the study and discussion show that there are best practices for applying peer groups in the form of providing collaborative feedback to improve scientific article writing skills according to the module reference. This study concludes that the peer group model can overcome the problem of applying modules in cases of scientific article writing practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the success of implementing a module in scientific article writing exercises in a student environment. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying a field study method. The results of the study and discussion show that 50 participants have carried out 38 exercises with varying progress and 1 person has successfully completed the exercise within three days. These results confirm that the implementation of the module still faces major challenges regarding the need for effective learning strategies that can encourage the creation of independence in the student environment. This study concludes that the implementation of the module has brought success, especially when supported by effective learning strategies for student independence in improving scientific article writing skills.
