Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop Thematic Problem Based Learning (PBL) based Thematic design planning in sub-theme 3, theme 7 class V SD / MI, (2) testing Problem Based Learning (PBL) thematic teaching material on sub-theme 3 , theme 7 class V SD / MI is valid, (3) testing Problem Based Learning (PBL) thematic teaching materials on sub-theme 3, theme 7 class V SD / MI is practical, and (4) testing Problem based Learning (PBL) thematic teaching materials on sub-theme 3, theme 7 class V SD / MI is effective. The research method used is a research and development method with a model developed by Tessmer named formative evaluation which consists of 5 stages: self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field test. Data collection used was documentation, questionnaire and test. Data validity test uses a questionnaire at the expert review and one- to-one stage, the practicality of the data uses a questionnaire at the small group stage while the effectiveness test uses a test at the field test stage. The subjects of this study were students of class V 4 MI Adabiyah 2 Palembang with a total of 34 people. The results showed that: (1) design planning thematic based learning problem based learning (PBL) can be used to test its validity which is carried out at the expert review and one to one stage. This can be seen from the evaluation at the self evaluation stage in the form of comments and suggestions used to revise teaching materials to be used as prototype I so that their validity can be tested at a later stage, (2) assessment of the validation questionnaire results conducted at the expert review stage and one to one in the form of scores with an average of 80 so that it is categorized valid, (3) the assessment of the results of the practicality questionnaire carried out on the Small Group in the form of a score of 83 so that it is categorized as very practical, and (4) the assessment of the results of the effectiveness test conducted on the Field Test in the form of a score with an average of 86 so it can be said to be very effective.

Abstract

The research method used is a research and development method with a model developed by Tessmer named formative evaluation which consists of 5 stages: self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field test. This study aims to: (1) produce teaching materials based on local wisdom theme 5 sub-themes 4 class II SD / MI, (2) test the teaching materials based on local wisdom themes 5 sub-theme 4 class II SD / MI in the form of validation, (3) testing the teaching material based on local wisdom theme 5 subtheme 4 grade II SD / MI in the form of practicality, and (4) testing the teaching material based on local wisdom theme 5 subtema 4 grade II SD / MI in the form of effectiveness. Data collection used is documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The data validation test uses a questionnaire at the expert review and one-to-one evaluation stages. The practicality test of the data uses a questionnaire at the small group evaluation stage, while the effectiveness test uses tests and field tests. The subjects of this study were students of class II 143 primary school Palembang with a total of 31 students. The results showed that teaching materials based on local wisdom on the theme of 5 subtheme 4 class II were categorized as valid, practical, and effective. This can be seen from (1) evaluation of the results of the validation questionnaire at the stage of expert review and one-to-one evaluation with an average score of 92 so that it is categorized as very valid, (2) assessment of practicality questionnaire at the small group evaluation stage with an average score 94 so that it is categorized as very practical, and (3) an assessment of the effectiveness of the test results at the field test stage with an average score of 87 so that it is categorized as very effective.

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to find out and describe error analysis of student writing. This research was conducted using qualitative method with content analysis. The population of this research was the students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Kutapandan Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten OKI Sumsel in the academic year 2015/2017. The data were obtained by the means of writing task. The result of the data analyses showed that eror analysis of student writings are (1) misordering, (2) misformating (3) additioni, and (3) omision.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan desain pembelajaran dengan melibatkan teori logika dan respons pembaca dalam bentuk analisis penalaran (reasoning analysis) dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas bernalar mahasiswa pada Mata Kuliah Metodologi Bahasa Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Sementara itu, instrumen pengembangan model mencakup Focus Group Discussion dan angket uji lapangan. Melalui penerapan teori logika dan respons pembaca dengan prosedur penelitian pengembangan (RnD), diperoleh model desain pembelajaran berupa silabus dan RPS dengan fokus arahan pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, meliputi metode pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia MI, media pembelajaran MI, dan pengembangan materi MI secara terorganisasi dengan memanfaatkan kolaborasi teori logika dan respons pembaca. Berdasarkan data angket yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 97,0% responden menyampaikan pernyataan positif terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 3% menyampaikan pernyataan negatif. Rata-rata pernyataan negatif tersebut disebabkan oleh kekurangpahaman dan kekurangpercayadirian responden dari materi yang telah disampaikan dimana materi tersebut nantinya akan mereka sampaikan ketika mengajar pada kegiatan magang III atau sebagai guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan program remedial; (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program remedial; dan (3) mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan program remedial mata pelajaran matematika di SD Patra Mandiri 2 Plaju Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan sebagai berikut: (1) Pelaksanaan program remedial mata pelajaran matematika di SD Patra Mandiri 2 Plaju Palembang dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur pelaksanaan program remedial. (2) Faktor pendukung terlaksananya program remedial yaitu adanya sarana dan prasarana yang mencukupi, perhatian orangtua, serta waktu yang sudah dijadwalkan oleh sekolah, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan waktu karena dilaksanakan setelah jam pelajaran reguler berakhir, adapun faktor penghambat lainnya ialah siswa yang malas belajar. (3) Solusi yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi hambatan yaitu dengan melakukan bimbingan di luar jam yang sudah terprogram, sedangkan siswa yang malas dapat diatasi dengan melakukan identifikasi terhadap permasalah atau kesulitan belajar yang dialami oleh siswa melalui bimbingan secara personal sehingga guru dapat menemukan batas kemampuan dan gaya belajar yang sesuai dengan siswa tersebut.

Abstract

This research investigates about the use of  TPRC strategy to improve reading achievement in descriptive text of the eleventh graders of MTS Nurul Falah Kutapandan . The research is conducted based on the main problems: (1) Is there any significant difference in reading achievement using descriptive text between students who are taught by using TPRC strategy and those who are not? (2) Does TPRC strategy give contribution to the students’ better achievement in reading and listening skills or not? To answer the questions, the researcher collect data from 64 students as a sample in two classes, one class as experimental research method. The researcher chosen two classes as a sample while class eight graders is experiment method, the data is gathered through pre-test and post-test.  The result data were analyzed by calculated by using SPSS 21 version. Based on the result paired sample t-test in reading there were found: first, the mean score of pretest in the experimental group was 58.37 and posttest was 79.78. Second, mean score of pretest in control group was 57.15 and posttest was 71.46.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) membuat perancangan atau pendesainan bahan ajar materi bahasa berbasis pendekatan struktural; (2) melaksanakan  prosedur operasional bahan ajar materi bahasa berbasis pendekatan struktural; (3) menganalisis efektifitas penerapan bahan ajar materi bahasa berbasis pendekatan struktural. Pengumpulan data penelitian meliputi observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Instrumen pengembangan model adalah dengan one two one dan angket uji lapangan. Dengan pendekatan struktural bahasa dengan prosedur penelitian pengembangan (RnD), diperoleh bahan ajar materi bahasa Indonesia MI berbasis pendekatan struktural bahasa untuk tingkat dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester II yang mengikuti MK Materi  Bahasa Indonesia MI di Program Studi PGMI FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Dari uji lapangan diperoleh hasil bahwa Bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan struktural pada materi ajar mata pelajaran bahasa di PGMI FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang yang dikembangkan efektif pada hasil belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai rata-rata hasil tes atau evaluasi akhir pada saat field test.
