Abstract

The Community Service Program for the home industry of Sambal pecel Naza (Delicious and Delicious) in East Gili Village, Kamal District, Bangkalan Regency, is an effort to improve community welfare by processing peanuts into pecel sauce. The implementation process is in collaboration with partners engaged in the home industry business of making pecel sauce. The plan that will be carried out has three stages, namely training, mentoring, and evaluation. The training that will be carried out is in the form of training on efforts to educate and train partners to be able to develop their business. In this session, the proposing team provided training to partners and practiced developing flavor variants of pecel sauce products (sweetness, spicy taste, very spicy taste). Assistance in the use of peanut roasting machines, pecel sauce raw material grinding machines, vacuum sealer machines, and labels for the identity of the manufacturer. In addition, training in terms of marketing, attracting partners and online marketing. Furthermore, financial bookkeeping management training is simple. After the training activities, the assistance and evaluation carried out during the PKM activities continued until the partners succeeded well in developing their business

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of influencer marketing strategies, the utilization of social media, and product variations in increasing customer numbers at Bakso Pelakor and Bakso Bengkong in Klampis District, Bangkalan Regency. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that Bakso Pelakor relies on influencers to expand market reach and enhance credibility, while Bakso Bengkong focuses on organic content and product authenticity. Although Bakso Pelakor successfully attracts attention with menu innovations and aggressive promotions on social media, Bakso Bengkong maintains loyal customers through taste quality and service. These findings indicate that both businesses have different approaches in their marketing strategies, which affect consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions. This research is expected to provide insights for SMEs in developing more effective marketing strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

The market as it is known is the location for buying and selling transactions, whether it be in the form of daily basic needs, clothing, and other goods. Markets that are well known to the wider community are the Traditional Market and the Modern Market. Housewives can be classified as one of the consumers, tend to have large consumptive behavior and are included in the consumer group who pays attention to various aspects of shopping, especially for shopping. The purpose of this study is that researchers have a goal to find out whether there are significant differences in the consumptive behavior of housewives towards shopping interest in traditional markets and modern markets during the COVID-19 pandemic in Klampis Timur Village. The variable of consumptive behavior has more influence on the variable of shopping interest in the modern market compared to the traditional market.

Abstract

With the expansion of the Pizza Hut business in big cities, it tries to expand its business network. One way is to open a branch in Pamekasan City with district scope, which targets the middle to lower economic community. The purpose of this study was to see and analyze the effect of price, service quality, and atmosphere simultaneously influencing consumer loyalty with the intervening variable of customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut, Pamekasan City. The results showed that there was a significant influence of price, service quality, and atmosphere variables on loyalty through customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the results of the F test on the variables of price, service quality, and atmosphere on loyalty through customer satisfaction, it is obtained an F table of 4.18 < F count of 12.947, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In particular, the price also adjusts to the purchasing power of the people belonging to the district level. The quality of service provided by Pizza Hut in Pamekasan City can be said to be good, but it must also pay attention to local wisdom and be sustainable (recruiting local human resources in Pamekasan Regency).

Abstract

Promoting halal tourism destinations is one of the most important things to do, one of which is a tourist attraction in Labuhan Jung Koneng Village. Purpose This activity provides training on the use and creation of websites, accounts, and Instagram content to serve as media for promoting halal tourist destinations in Labuhan Jung Koneng Village, Bangkalan Regency. The event was attended by 20 people from the community around Labuhan village and managers of tourist sites. The method of implementing community service activities (PkM) uses lecture and discussion methods. The activity took place over three days, from February 24 to February 26, 2023. As a result of the PkM activities, training was carried out on the use and creation of websites and Instagram account content, which became a means of promoting halal tourist destinations in Labuhan Jung Koneng Village, Bangkalan Regency. It is hoped that it will become an effective and efficient means of promotion to display the tourist attraction of Labuhan Jung Koneng Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah penurunan jumlah pendapatan dan penurunan jumlah kunjungan pada Rumah Makan Bebek Sinjay Bancaran di Kecamatan Bangkalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan, harga, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Rumah Makan Bebek Sinjay Bancaran di Kecamatan Bangkalan. Kualitas pelayanan, harga, fasilitas dan lokasi merupakan variabel bebas dan Kepuasan konsumen merupakan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang sedang mengunjungi rumah makan bebek sinjay bancaran di Kecamatan Bangkalan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 41 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Snow Ball Sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. 0,294. Dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. -0,308. Fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. -0,375. Serta lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. 0,867. Sedangkan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, harga, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. 0,002.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) Terhadap Return Saham (Studi pada Sub Sektor Pulp dan Kertas yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode Tahun 2017-2019). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 7 perusahaan dalam tiga periode berturut- turut. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA, ROE, EPS, dan DER secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Untuk hasil secara parsial ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, ROE berpengaruh terhadap return saham, EPS berpengaruh terhadap return saham, dan DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.
