Abstract

This research is approved to know the effect of Dividend Per Share (DPS) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices at Go Public companies in the ExchangeIndonesia securities and based on samples (purposive sampling) in cankan 7 companies Manufacturing industries that report complete and published financial reports Dividend for five consecutive years ie from 2008 to 2012. DataUsed is secondary data. The results showed thatPartial DPS has no significant effect on the stock price of the company Manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008 period s.d. 2012. In terms of theory, The results of this study are in accordance with the first opinion in the irrelevance theory The influence of dividend policy on stock prices. This theory assumes that Dividend policy has no impact on the value of the company. While Partially EPS has a significant influence on the stock price of the company Manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008 period s.d.2012. EPS and DPS Simultaneous (together) have a significant effect on stock prices Manufacturing industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Sistem yang dipercaya dapat mengurangi praktik Pungli dan suap. Tilang online diberlakukan bersamaan launching serentak se Indonesia pada 6 Desember 2017. Sistem Tilang online akan menggantikan sistem tilang manual yang menggunakan blanko/surat tilang, dimana pengendara yang melanggar akan dicatat melalui aplikasi yang dimiliki personel kepolisian. Dengan adanya tilang online tersebut, diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk membayar denda melalui bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan penelitian yuridis sosiologis, data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian mempergunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif analisis untuk menganalisis permasalahan terkait implementasi penerapan sanksi denda tilang online bagi pelanggar lalu lintas dan hambatan yang terjadi dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Polres Malang dalam menerapkan sanksi denda tilang online bagi pelanggar lalu lintas berdasarkan peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 12/2016 Tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Perkara Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas terkait Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Polres Malang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Penyidik memberi tahukan kepada Pelanggar tentang waktu taitu hari, tanggal, jam dan tempat ia harus menghadap ke Sidang Pengadilan, hambatan implementasi tersebut adalah Pelanggar yang mendapat kemudahan dalam aspek waktu harus menitipkan denda maksimal ke bank yang ditunjuk, Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, pihak kepolisian akan bekerja sama dengan instansi terkait menerbitkan wacana penetapan nominal denda. Koneksi internet yang berbeda tiap wilayah. Selain itu, belum adanya ponsel yang digunakan khusus untuk penindakan juga menjadi hal yang menghambat penggunaan e-tilang.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Tilang Online, Tilang ABSTRACTSub-regional Police Department in Malang has implemented online traffic fine. This new system is believed to reduce illegal levy and bribery practices. Online traffic fine is simultaneously launched in Indonesia on 6 December 2017. This new system replaces the conventional form that usually uses traffic ticket, where the data of the traffic offenders is recorded in the application of the police. This online system is expected to give easier access to offenders to paying their fine in banks. This research was conducted based on normative juridical method and socio-juridical approach. The primary and secondary materials were analysed based on descriptive analysis to find out the issue of the implementation of the traffic fine charged online, the impeding factors of the implementation, and measures taken by the police to implement online traffic fine based on the regulation of Indonesian Supreme Court Number 12/2016 concerning Procedures to settle Traffic Violations related to Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transport in Sub-regional Police Department in Malang. The research result reveals that the enquirer notifies the offenders about the day, date, and the time when the offenders have to come to court over the traffic violation. The impeding factor of the implementation involves the maximum fine that the offenders have to pay in particular banks. To alleviate this issue, the police along with authorised organisations decide the amount of fine that needs to be paid. Another issue is that the Internet connection is not always reliable, and there is no special mobile phone utilised to process the electronic traffic fine.Keywords: implementation, online traffic fine, fine

Abstract

Efisiensi merupakan perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan atas suatu masalah sehingga didapat penyelesaian yang lebih baik. Proses perbaikan pada penelitian digunakan metode Lean dengan tools VSM (Value Stream Mapping), pada tahap ini diuraikan proses kerja dan waktu baku pengeluaran produk di gudang PT SKM sehingga diketahui penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman produk kepada konsumen. Untuk menyelesaikan kekurangan stok produk digunakan metode persediaan EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Proses penyelesaian permasalahan kondisi gudang tidak rapi digunakan metode Kaizen tools 5S  (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke). Selain itu diterapkan SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ketiga yaitu penitipan produk tanpa tanda bukti dan proses kerja staff terhadap pembatalan pengiriman produk tanpa adanya tanda bukti dan SOP. Waktu baku pengeluaran produk sebelum perbaikan sebesar 345.786 second dan setelah perbaikan sebesar 1478 second, persediaan sebelum perbaikan sebesar 230 pcs setelah perbaikan persediaan menjadi 377 pcs.

Abstract

The crude oil based transformer insulation has several issues i.e. non-environment friendly, non-biodegradable, non-reneweble, and rarely. Vegetable oil is an alternative transformer insulation which is Crude Palm Oil based RBDPO Olein. This paper proposes study to investigate characteristic the AC breakdown voltage referring to IEC 60156-95 standard to apply sphere electrode of RBDPO Olein prior water content reduction, post water content reduction, and converting fatty acids into Methyl Ester. Breakdown voltage also look into the effect of gap electrode and affectivity of sphere electrode scheme. The experiment has shown the breakdown voltage have increased significantly after various samples of RBDPO Olein being reduction the water content, has compered to IEC 156 standard with the value of (30 kV/2.5 mm). The gap of electrode has shown a significant value on breakdown voltage measurement result. In the mean time to measure the effectivity breakdown voltage of sphere electrode scheme, the Mineral Oil is deployed with complied to IEC 156 standard. The measurement result shows lower then IEC 60156-95 standard was 68,73 %. The experiment also shown the density measurement, the viscosity measurement, the dissolved gas analysis measurement, and dielectric dissipation factor measurement achieve RBDPO Olein less water concentration.Keywords: RBDPO Olein, Breakdown Voltage, Sphere Electrode, IEC 156 standard, and IEC 60156-95 standard.

Abstract

In some cases, if the engine performance descended, it could not be mantained as the standard perfomance requirements. According to CFM's engine manual, this case might be solved by down grading the engine configuration (TR) so that the engine still could be operated however it's performance was lower than earlier configuration. In this Final Assignment, the author discussed about comparison Take-Off performance of CFM56-7B engine between Thrust Rating configuration 26300 lbs. The performance calculation could be known by processing Test Cell Result data by the formula of Engine Shop Manual - 003. The purposes are to find the verification of both thrust rating configuration. The calculation of the take-off performance of the CFM56-7B engine with a 26300 lb thrust rating configuration based on the formula from the Engine Shop Manual-003 Engine Acceptance Test is a 26300 lb thrust rating configuration producing a thrust of 26920 lb. The SFC value obtained for the thrust rating is 0.3885 with an SFC margin of -5.3% and 0.382. The EGT generated by the engine is 905.9 C with an EGT margin of 17.1

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of Pedagogic Competence, Professional Competence and commitment to the performance of the teacher in the Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang. The type of research used is Experimental . The data used are the primary data and secondary data, obtained from the now, that is by collecting data from master Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang.Population and Sample which became the object of this research is the whole teacher Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang, i.e. as many as 32 teachers. Technique of data analysis in this study uses the test validity, reliability test, test, test the normality assumption of classical, linear multiple regression test and test hypotheses.The results of the analysis of the data shows that: (1) the competence of Pedagogic effect significantly to Teacher Performance Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang, (2) the professional competence of the influential Teacher Performance significantly to Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi, Malang While (3) commitment to a significant effect on performance Guru Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi MalangKeywords: Pedagogic Competencies, Professional Competence, Commitment and Performance of the Teacher

Abstract

Delivery service is the distribution of goods from the manufacturer to the customer, but the service has a number of risks that may occur at the time of the delivery process, such as delayed delivery and damaged goods. For this, it is necessary to make the selection of the best delivery services by business operators so that customer satisfaction remains awake until the ordered product reaches the customer’s hands. To support this decision-making process, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used by determining the weight value on each attribute and is continued with the best alternative weighing process that aims to help the public determine the choice of delivery services well and according to the desired criteria, the study uses 5 criteria namely tariffs, delivery speed, goods security, customer service and branch office distribution. There are 3 alternative goods delivery services assessed using the SAW method by 30 respondents who come from UMKM Tajurhalang with the highest ranking results available on JNE services.

Abstract

Ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) merupakan jenis ikan air tawar yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat dan bernilai ekonomis tinggi, serta memiliki keunggulan lainnya yaitu mudah dibudidayakan dan dapat diolah menjadi makanan yang bernilai tinggi. Kendala utama dalam pengembangan budidaya ikan nila adalah ketersediaan benih yang terbatas, baik jumlah maupun kualitasnya. Kualitas benih ditentukan oleh ukuran panjang maupun bobotnya, tahan terhadap serangan hama dan penyakit serta ketersediaan benih secara berkesinambungan. Praktek Kerja Lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pendederan ikan nila di PT Mina Prima Sejahtera Desa Kota Pari Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Metode dalam teknik pengumpulan data dalam Praktek Kerja Lapangan bersifat deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung dan mengikuti semua kegiatan dilapangan secara langsung. Adapun data sekunder dengan melakukan wawancara mengenai teknik pendederan benih ikan nila. Berdasarkan Praktek Kerja Lapangan di PT Mina Prima Sejahtera Desa Kota Pari Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, teknik pendederan benih ikan nila dimulai dari persiapan kolam pendederan, penebaran benih, manajemen pakan, sampling berat ikan, sortir, manajemen kualitas air yang terdiri dari pengukuran suhu, pH, DO (oksigen terlarut), dan salinitas, sanitasi, pemanenan, dan pengendalian hama penyakit.

Abstract

Wind Turbine Blades are one of the renewable energy sources that are the main solution to reduce excessive use of conventional fuels. Wind Turbine Blades absorb kinetic energy into mechanical energy which is then converted into electrical energy by the generator. This study uses the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA) 1.2 horizontal axis wind turbine blade design with a taper type (having a wide base and a small tip). The initial wind turbine blade data was obtained rotating at a wind speed of 3.5 m/s with a voltage of 5.1 Volts. This blade design was carried out using maximum wind speed data of 9.5 m/s and minimum wind speed data of 3.6 m/s, then current and voltage data were obtained. The results of this study confirm that the design of this wind turbine blade affects the efficiency of converting wind energy into electricity. This taper type wind turbine blade is designed to produce optimal performance in a certain wind speed range.
