Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis dalam menganalisis Nasabah agar tidak terjadi kredit macet; mengetahui kualitas kredit yang sering terjadi di Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis; mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kredit macet pada koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis; mengetahui sistem penanganan kredit macet di Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis; dan mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi/ditemui koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis dalam menangani kredit macet. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kemudian dianalisis kembali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis menganalisis nasabah agar tidak terjadi kredit macet adalah dengan cara menganalisis persyaratan permohonan pinjaman, menganalisis/melakukan survey usaha nasabah, menganalisis/melakukan survey jaminan, menganalisis kondisi rumah nasabah, Bank Indonesia Checking, dan melakukan tahap pencairan dana. Kualitas kredit yang terjadi pada Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis adalah Coll 1, yaitu nasabah dikategorikan pada kualitas lancar Coll 2, nasabah dikategorikan pada kualitas kurang lancar Coll 3, yaitu nasabah dikategorikan pada kualitas dalam perrhatian kusus Coll 4, yaitu nasabah dikategorikan pada kualitas diragukan dan W/O nasabah yang dikategorikan dalam kualitas macet. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kredit macet di koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis adalah memburuknya kondisi bisnis debitur; fasilitas yang digunakan tidak sesuai rencana kredit; dan adanya itikad tidak baik dari nasabah. Sistem penanganan kredit macet di Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis adalah dengan cara pemberitahuan melalui telepon oleh petugas; penagihan langsung oleh petugas; diberikan surat peringatan; memperpanjang jangka waktu kredit (rescheduling); mengubah berbagai persyaratan yaitu nasabah hanya membayar OS full, bunga dan sebagian denda (Reconditioning). Kendala yang dihadapi koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis dalam menangani kredit macet berupa kendala yang berasal dari nasabah dan berasal dari Koperasi Swamitra. Kendala yang berasal dari nasabah yaitu nasabah melarikan diri; nasabah tidak memiliki itikad baik untuk membayar kredit; nasabah meninggal dunia; dan kendala yang berasal dari Koperasi Swamitra adalah Kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia dan jarak tempuh yang jauh.

Abstract:The Effect of Quality of Productive Assets to Return on Assets (a stu- dy in Commercial Banking that Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period2006-2010). This research aims to analyze the effect of the variable KAP to- ward ROA. The samples used were 24 commercial banks listed in the Indo- nesia Stock Exchange in the period 2006-2010 were taken by purposive sam- pling. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression with small qua- dratic equations and test hypotheses using t-statistics for testing the partial re- gression coefficients with a significance level of 5%. Analysis of the test results indicate the magnitude of the effect on ROA is KAP 47%, while 53% is influen- ced by other factors not included in our model. From thet-test results can be concluded, that the Quality of Productive Assets (KAP) has a significant nega- tive impact to Return on Assets. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas PMW, minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, dan besarnya pengaruh efektivitas PMW terhadap minat berwirausaha pada Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling, yaitu Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan studi literatur. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Polbeng yang masih aktif yang berjumlah 1.825 mahasiswa sehingga mendapatkan sampel 100 responden. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas PMW Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis dinyatakan telah berhasil meningkatkan softskill mahasiswa, adanya keterlibatan dalam kegiatan bisnis, dan menumbuhkan jiwa bisnis. Sedangkan minat berwirausaha mendapatkan persepsi sangat tinggi sebesar 4.64 adalah yaitu bangga jika dengan berwirausaha dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel efektivitas PMW terhadap variabel minat berwirausaha mahasiswa adalah sebesar 27,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dapat dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.

Abstract :The purposes of this research are to analyze the work load of employees at Secretariat Division of Health Department of Bengkalis Regency and also to counts the need of employees accordance with recent work load. This type of research is a descriptive research. The result of this research discusses about work load happen at The Secretariat Division of Health Department of Bengkalis Regency that consisting of General Administration of Sub. Administration Division, Sub. Planning And Programing Division, And Sub. Accounting and Equipment Division. With conclusion that was become work load that significan on sectioned secretariat which is General Administration of Sub. Administration Division needs 10 employees, Sub. Planning and Programing needs 8 employees. But, on Sub. Accounting and Equipment exceeds requirement for from amount 14 current employees just be needed 13 employees. This study aims to determine how the students' interest in entrepreneurship, the most dominant interest in entrepreneurship among students, and the lowest interest in entrepreneurship among students of Bengkalis State Polytechnic. The population in this study were active students of Bengkalis State Polytechnic in 2019, with a sample size of 100 students, and the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that of the four indicators of entrepreneurial interest, namely feeling motivated, feeling interested, feeling happy, and having a desire to be entrepreneurial, the overall criteria are very high, the most dominant is feeling happy to be entrepreneurial with an average response of 4.64 , while the lowest was feeling motivated to become entrepreneurial with an average response rate of 4.21.

Abstract: The global economic crisis has led various global financial ins- titutions suffered losses. Banking ratio measurement is useful to assess the risk base bank rating and growth of banking. This study aims to determine whether there are significant differences between risk base bank rating of foreign banks and joint venture banks before the global crisis until after the global crisis. The risk base bank rating is measured using the ratio of CAMEL. Total population consisted of 23 banks; 15 joint venture banks and 8 foreign banks. In hypothesis testing, different test of Mann Whitney was used. The research proved that the risk base bank rating of foreign banks and joint venture banks before and during the global crisis, during and after the global crisis, and before and after the glo- bal crisis did not have a significant difference. Proyek tugas akhir ini berjudul “Perencanaan dan Pembuatan Bisnis Rainbow Pane Rotolato (Tinjauan Aspek Pemasaran)”. Tujuan umum dari proyek akhir ini adalah untuk merencanakan dan memasarkan produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato. Tujuan khusus dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan dalam produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato, untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemasaran pada produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato dan untuk mengetahui solusi dalam kendala pelaksanaan pemasaran pada produk Rainbow Pane Rotolato. Proyek akhir ini dilaksanakan menggunakan empat metode, yaitu rencana persiapan proyek, rencana pelaksanaan proyek, rencana penyelesaian proyek dan rencana pelaporan proyek. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan terbagi menjadi empat bagian, yaitu segmenting, targeting, positioning, dan strategi bauran pemasaran. Hasil dari pelaksanaan proyek akhir ini yaitu produk yang dipasarkan adalah Rainbow Pane Rotolato yang memiliki bentuk roti bulat pipih, dihiasi dengan topping dan dikemas dengan kemasan menggunakan cup container yang telah ditempel label. Harga yang ditetapkan menggunakan metode Mark-Up Pricing dan keuntugan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp1.634.000,-. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu salah satunya adanya kesulitan mencari alamat kosumen saat melakukan delivery order sehingga cukup lama mencari rumah konsumen tersebut

The global crisis has resulted non performing loan (NPL) increased. The measurement of the banks non performing loan ratio is applicable to assess the composite rating of a bank, as the impact of the global crisis toward non performing loan of foreign exchange banks. This study aimed to determine whether there was significant difference between foreign exchange banks non-performing loan before and after the global crisis. The Bank’s non performing loans was measured by comparing the Non-Performing Loan to the total credit. The population of this study was 35 foreign exchange banks. The Hypothesis was tested by using Mann Whitney different test and Independent Sample T Test. The research of this study showed that non performing loan of foreign exchange banks before, during, and after global crisis did not have significant difference.

This research investigates the marketing communication approach of Dpoer Bintan MSME which is one of the small and medium scale enterprises promoted by PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan, and assesses the degree to which these programmes have contributed to improving the competitiveness of the MSME. The role of the mixed-method design means the use of qualitative data collected from the interviews, observations, and documents together with the quantitative data from the customer satisfaction, sales, and the web analytics. The research shows that quality is the defining characteristic underpinned by quality assurance and constant product development that underlay the MSME’s competitive approach in the marketplace and very strong customer satisfaction & brand association. The study also also highlights the significance of digital marketing and the two activities including social media interaction and conversation rate optismisation-in the broadening of the market base and boosting of sales volume. Besides, the increasing strategic partnerships with PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan and local suppliers have been established to play important roles of enhancing operational efficiency as well as market access thus the research recognize the impacts of relying on supply chain. SWOT analysis offers a broad vision of the MSME scenario in the market and list of strengths and weaknesses such as quality product that the firm offers or lack of capital for marketing, and opportunity and threat like digital marketing that the firm taken or has to face respectively.

This research aims to determine the effect of online marketing on increasing sales and brand awareness of MSME products assisted by PT. PHR in Duri, Mandau District. This type of research is Associative Descriptive. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in the study used purposive random sampling technique, with 1,000 consumers who had purchased PT. PHR's MSME products online. Data testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this research are : Online Marketing has no partial influence on Brand Awareness. Increased Sales has a partial and negative influence on Brand Awareness. Online Marketing and Increased Sales have a sig- nificant effect on Brand Awareness simultaneously.Keywords: Online Merketing, increasing sales, brand awareness
