Abstract

One of how a bank's financial performance is healthy can be seen through the bank's financial statements. Information regarding the condition of the bank can be used by the bank itself or from outside the bank such as creditors, investors, and customers. The factors that can affect the profitability of Islamic banking are capital adequacy and liquidity. So that Islamic banking, is required to be able to increase profitability every year to attract internal and external parties. This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy and liquidity on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks. This research uses descriptive analysis method and verification. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks registered in Statistik Perbankan Syariah (SPS). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 11 Islamic banks with a total of 33 sample data. This research uses classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study indicate that capital adequacy has a significant effect on profitability and liquidity has no significant effect on profitability

Abstract

Madu Citayeum UKM has the potential to develop its business. Therefore, there is a need for assistance to support this, especially regarding digital marketing which is currently very much needed in the business world in various fields. This Digital Marketing assistance is expected to be able to contribute in the process of maximizing sales. Given the advancement of technology today, Madu Citeyeum SMEs are required to follow technological developments, namely by following the digital market in order to increase sales. Assistance on Digital Marketing was held in 2 (two) meetings. After the mentoring, the PKM team continued to monitor the impact of the changes that had occurred in relation to Digital Marketing that had been conveyed. Every month 2 times monitoring the development of online sales by visiting the business place of UKM Madu Citayeum, Cibodas Village.

Abstract

Koperasi dipandang sebagai lambang untuk menjalankan suatu kegiatan usaha yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Kegiatan usaha tersebut dapat berupa pelayanan kebutuhan keuangan atau perkreditan, kegiatan pemasaran atau kegiatan lainnya. Faktor yang dapat mendorong koperasi menjadi lebih baik yaitu dengan kualitas laporan keuangan yang baik. Kualitas laporan keuangan adalah sejauh mana laporan keuangan yang disajikan menunjukan informasi yang benar dan jujur. Kualitas laporan keuangan berguna sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan ekonomi bagi pihak yang berkepentingan. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti, kurangnya sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi dalam membuat laporan keuangan yang berkualitas disebabkan ketidaksesuaian jenjang pendidikan. Sumberdaya manusia yang dilibatkan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan harus yang memiliki keahlian dalam bidang akuntansi sehingga dapat menyajikan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah koperasi yang ada di Kabupaten Majalengka. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan koperasi yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 60 koperasi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 orang responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan uji F melalui program SPSS Versi 21.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi, pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Struktur modal merupakan salah satu tolak ukur untuk menilai bagaimana baik buruknya suatu perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memberikan bukti empiris tentang bagaimana pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari laporan tahunan perusahaan kosmetik yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2014-2018. Teknik analisis deskritip dan verifikatif. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan 6 perusahaan dari 30 data laporan keuangan perusahaan kosmetik tahun 2014–2018. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan kosmetik yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2014-2018 baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the midst of intense competition for cosmetic products, the company tries to fulfill the need for cosmetics with various product innovations. This method is done by the company in addition to adding new customers, it also retains existing customers or known as consumer loyalty. This study aims to determine Experiential Marketing, Brand Trust and Customer Loyalty on consumers of Wardah products in Talaga district. In addition, the purpose of this paper is to find out how much influence Experiential Marketing and Brand Trust have on Customer Loyalty. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population used is consumers of wardah products in the district of talaga, while the sample used is 100 samples. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with incidental sampling technique, the analysis used in this study is classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. For the t test using a partial hypothesis test and for the F test using a model feasibility test. The results show that Experiential Marketing has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Brand Trust has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information has caused investment to experience changes to adapt to the conditions and circumstances that occur, the growing and advancing economy of a country is usually the investment alternatives offered are increasing and varied, which is one indicator in viewing and measuring the economy of a country in order to improve welfare people. This study aims to determine how the influence of investment and motivation on investment interest in Majalengka University students. This research is a type of quantitative research using a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were all students of Majalengka University with a total sample of 150 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with incidental sampling. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis, starting with the classical assumption test and the coefficient of determination and then testing the hypothesis. The results showed that investment knowledge, investment motivation and interest in investing were in the high category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that investment knowledge and investment motivation have a positive and significant effect on investment interest, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently very rapidly affecting the community in supporting various business activities. Cibodas Village, one of the areas in Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency, West Java, has high regional potential in improving community welfare through home-based businesses made by the community itself. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the effectiveness of digital marketing in an effort to increase sales volume in order to get maximum profit. The method used is descriptive verification in which researchers describe the state of digital marketing in increasing sales volume. Correlation analysis is the analysis used in this study, partially testing the hypothesis to determine the effect. The conclusion in this study is that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, meaning that the benefits of digital marketing on sales volume are needed because it will increase or decrease sales volume.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of strengthening village financial management and optimizing the role of BUMDes on village independence (studies in villages in Maja district). This study uses quantitative data and the source of data collection is primary data. Saturated sample becomes a sampling method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. The population and sample of this study are village heads, village secretaries, and village treasurers in Maja District. In order to obtain 54 processed data. The hypothesis testing method is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study partially and simultaneously show that Strengthening Village Financial Management and Optimizing the Role of BUMDes have an effect on Village Independence.

Abstract

The Honey UKM in Cibodas Village, Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency which is used as a partner in this PKM has problems that are of special concern to find solutions. The problems that exist include partners who are still low in entrepreneurial spirit, do not have permanent employees who can maintain product quality, so that the honey produced is still not optimal, partners do not have extensive knowledge of recording and bookkeeping, so that the financial statements produced are not in accordance with accounting standards, partners do not yet have a brand for the product or the name of the partner itself. The production equipment used is not adequate, only uses 2 boards for honey-producing beekeeping, does not yet have a PIRT and business license, both SIUP and SIUPL, Marketing is carried out only based on direct orders and has not touched the local or online market. The product does not yet have a halal label and nutritional value information so that the product cannot enter the minimarket. Based on the findings regarding the problem, the priority is to find solutions to problems in improving various aspects. Among them are managerial aspects related to finance and human resources in an effort to increase the capacity of managers. Furthermore, the technological aspects in an effort to improve product quality. Changes in marketing aspects towards digitalization and broader marketing aspects by obtaining halal labels and information on nutritional values. The specific goals and targets in this community service are to assist Madu UKM in improving product quality and competitiveness through the use of technology and managerial management to be able to compete in the new normal era. The method used in an effort to implement the solution above is holding training for strengthening SME managers, partner bookkeeping every 2 weeks, training on beekeeping in producing quality honey, creating a management information system, creating social media, joining various e-commerce sites, making product information website, participating in culinary exhibitions and bazaars, facilitating the inclusion of halal logos and information on nutritional values ​​in packaging. The output produced is in the form of publications in the form of service journals and intellectual property rights.

Abstract

UMKM Desa Kudangwangi memiliki satu hambatan untuk melangkah ke pasar yang lebih luas dan maju, yaitu kurangnya kemampuan para pelaku untuk melakukan pendekatan dan promosi produk kepada konsumen secara digital. Dengan adanya himbauian mengenai digital marketing, diharapkan UMKM Desa Kudangwangi mampu meraih pasar yang lebih luas. Penghimbauan digital marketing Desa Kudangwangi diselenggarakan dalam bentuk workshop guna menyampaikan wawasan tentang pasar digital serta pentingnya kualitas packaging dan brand. Setelah workshop, tim KKN-T membantu promosi dan pemasaran produk UMKM sebagai contoh untuk pelaksanaan digital marketing yang para pelaku akan lakukan sendiri kedepannya
