Abstract

Suatu organisasi pemerintahan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan perlu adanya unsur-unsur yang mendukung jalannya operasional organisasi, salah satunya adalah motivasi. Dengan  demikian motivasi  sebagai   pendorong,  menggerakkan  suatu   organisasi   dalam   merencanakan,  merumuskan, menetapkan dan melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sumedang merupakan rumah Sakit milik pemerintah yang salah satu tujuanya adalah memberikan layanan kesehatan  kepada masyarakat  Sesuai dengan visi dan misi tersebut maka RSUD  dituntut untuk bisa meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya, melalui kemampuan pegawai dan motivasi pegawai. Pegawai dituntut untuk mempunyai kemampuan yang tinggi dan diberikan motivasi secara terus menerus.Hasil penelitian bahwa kemampuan karyawan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh tidak langsung kemampuan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan melihat keterkaitan dengan motivasi kerja. artinya bila kemampuan pegawai naik maka secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang paling dominan dipengaruhi oleh variabel kemampuan.Motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dan  pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan melihat keterkaitan dengan kemampuan. Kemampuan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kemampuan dan motivasi kerja para karyawannnya.

Abstract

Penurunan daya beli masyarakat akibat pandemi covid-19 berdampak ke penjualan UMKM. Untuk meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat di tengah pandemi covid-19 yaitu agar memaksimalkan penjualan online diharapkan agar UMKM dapat bertahan. Permasalahan yang muncul yaitu banyak UMKM khususnya di Kecamatan Kadipaten Kabupaten Majalengka yang belum memahami akan pentingnya digital marketing dan pembuatan toko online. Banyak UMKM yang masih melakukan pemasaran secara tradisional. Padahal saat ini pemasaran digital merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk kelangsungan usahanya. metode yang akan dilakukan atas dasar permasalahan yang muncul yaitu dengan cara memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada para pelaku UMKM terkait digital marketing dan pembuatan toko online. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu agar pelaku UMKM lebih memahami dampak yang terjadi saat ini dan kedepannya, sehingga pelaku UMKM diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan peluang baik ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Product Innovation and Brand Image on Buying Interest in Wild Original in Majalengka City. This research is a survey research research using descriptive and verification approaches. The population in this study were Wild Original consumers in Majalengka City with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was Nonprobability Sampling. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and partial hypothesis testing. The results showed that Product Innovation was in a good category and Brand Image was in a good category. Hypothesis test results show partially that Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract: The main problem in this research is the not optimal Parking Tax. Parking tax is a type of regional tax that is quite potential as a source of revenue for the City of Sumedang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer compliance on the realization of parking tax revenues in Sumedang Regency. This research method uses descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all parking taxpayers in Sumedang Regency by taking saturated sampling techniques. The data source is a type of primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument given to 73 respondents with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The statistical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. This study shows there is a strong correlation between taxpayer compliance with the realization of parking tax revenues by 76.1%. The coefficient of determination of the remaining 57.9% of 42.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The results of the regression analysis are expressed by the equation Y = 13,995 + 0,692x with a tcount of 9,884> a table of 1,66660 with the hypothesis of this study accepted.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify, analyze and explain the quality of services available at CV. Sumedang's Medal. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done by using observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive models. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by triangulating the source. From the research results show that the responses given by the CV. Medal Karya against complaints is served well even though it has to go through several processes where customer complaints must be reported to the Disturbance Office all of this is done so that customer comfort and satisfaction can be properly fulfilled. The service quality of a company is determined by the company's ability to meet the needs and desires of customers in accordance with customer expectations. So it can be seen from the dimension of service quality Reliability (Reliability) is the ability to provide the promised service immediately and satisfactorily, Responsiveness (Responsivenes) how the company responds in the service process to customers, Assurance where the company is able to instill a sense of confidence in customers, Empathy (Emphaty) sincere attention is given by the company by trying to understand customer desires, physical evidence (tangible) of ability that is seen directly in serving customers. The value of service quality depends on the ability of the company and its staff to consistently meet customer expectations.

Abstract

Before the internet appeared, consumers usually talked about various kinds of productsand services directly or face to face. This can be considered as word of mouth (WOM)communication. However, along with the internet, there has been a shift related to wordof mouth (WOM) to electronic word of mouth (e-WOM). e-WOM is carried out based onexperiences related to feelings after using a product or service. Usually consumerfeelings will lead to a sense of satisfaction or not after using a product or service. Incarrying out e-WOM activities, everyone must have different goals which are inaccordance with the motivation of each individual. One thing that is consideredimportant when doing e-WOM is altruism motivation.This study aims to determine the effect of altruism on consumer behavior to share eWOM. This type of research is classified as associative research. The population in thisstudy are all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Majalengka Universitywho use Tokopedia e-commerce. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people whowere taken using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method usedmultiple linear regression analysis which first tested the research instrument and theclassical assumption test, then tested the hypothesis of the SPSS 21 program.Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that altruism motivation has a positive andsignificant effect on e-WOM behavior. That is, the higher the altruism possessed byconsumers, the higher the willingness of consumers to carry out e-WOM on Tokopediae-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the maximum profit from selling Bella Bakery's white bread and donuts and to determine the use of the simplex method on raw material constraints experienced by Bella Bakery. In addition, this study utilizes the POM-QM software for windows software to estimate the maximum profit obtained from each production of white bread and donuts at Bella Bakery so that it has an accurate estimate. This research method includes problem identification, problem solving model selection, data collection, data processing and analysis, model implementation, and results evaluation. Based on the analysis results show that the simplex method can be used to determine the maximum profit at Bella Bakery. The maximum profit earned by Bella Bakery is Rp. 200,000 by producing only one type of product, namely donuts with a total of 50.1 boxes or 501 pieces. In addition, the POM-QM for windows software is very useful to help determine the maximum profit quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

This study was conducted to obtain a description of the Implementation of the Financial Management Pattern of the Regional Public Service Agency (PPK-BLUD) and Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction at the Sumedang District General Hospital, Tandang Pavilion. The type of research is descriptive and verification. The population of this study were patients in the Away Pavilion of the Sumedang Regency General Hospital who were inpatients of the Antang Pavilion of the Sumedang Regency General Hospital for 1 month, counted as many as 250 people. determine the sample by random or random (probability sampling), with the simple random sampling method, that is, each population has the same possibility of selection, the results of the calculation of the sample taken are 95 patients. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained testing the Main Hypothesis of the Effect of the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumedang Regency and Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction. The results of the test, obtained the decision H0 was rejected, so that the variables of the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumedang Regency and Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction were accepted. The significance of the value of the test results is also supported by the magnitude of the value of the Coefficient of Determination. This value indicates that the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumedang Regency and the Quality of Service have an effect on Patient Satisfaction. while the rest is influenced by other variables. Sub-Hypothesis Testing of the Effect of Regional Public Service Agencies on Patient Satisfaction To answer the proposed hypothesis, a test is carried out, namely by using path analysis testing. Based on the test results obtained path coefficient values. To find out more about the effect of Regional Public Service Agency variables on Patient Satisfaction, a test was carried out, the test results obtained that the tcount value was greater than the ttable value. To find out more about the effect of the Regional Public Service Agency variable on patient satisfaction, a test was carried out, namely by looking at the comparison between tcount and ttable. Based on the test, the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable, namely tcount. From the results of these calculations, the decision Ho is rejected, so that the Regional Public Service Agency variable affects the patient satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Abstract. Increasingly sophisticated technological developments indirectly impact consumer lifestyles and behavior when making purchasing decisions online. The more businesses competing in the same field, the more careful and intelligent consumers will be in choosing products that suit their needs and desires. Purchase decisions made by consumers describe how far marketers are in trying to market a product to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification analysis. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Majalengka with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale measurement. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination is first tested by classical assumptions and then tested by the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that partially electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better electronic word of mouth is given, the higher the level of decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the lifestyle is, the higher the level of decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik, konflik, dan turnover intention terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai PERUMDA BPR Majalengka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PERUMDA BPR Majalengka dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Slovin sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik berada pada kategori sangat baik, konflik berada pada kategori sedang, turnover intention berada pada kategori baik, dan produktivitas kerja berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Konflik, dan Turnover Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Dan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Konflik dan Turnover Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.
