Abstract

UMKM is an important part of the economy of a country or region, as well as Indonesia (Tambunan, 2013). with the existence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the sustainability of UMKM s is threatened by a decline in demand for fashion products due to changes in consumer purchasing power. One of the efforts to survive is to digitize. One of them by advertising on social media. Social media that is often accessed by the millennial generation is a platform (Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram). The purpose of this study was to determine the significant and significant influence of information, entertainment, credibility, and personalization on purchasing decisions for fashion products through video advertising on social media platforms for the millennial generation in the city of Medan. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data that is processed is the result of interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. While the data analysis technique used in this research is data collection either through observation or interviews, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the direct relationship research show that information, entertainment, credcredibility, and personalization have a positive influence on video advertising and purchasing decisions. Video advertising has a negative influence on purchasing decisions. While the results of the indirect research show tinformationtive, entertainment, credibility, and personalization through video advertising have a negative influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Marketing communication strategy is important in increasing the productivity of sales of a product and understanding of market conditions that can help business people to increase competition, one of which is by way of promotion. Communication, in terms of marketing, is not only used as a means or tool, but as an integral part of the company's marketing strategy or business people and even the company's mission in general. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak hanya berperan dalam bidang bidang perekonomian, tapi juga bidang pendidikan. Dewasa ini setiap guru di hampir semua jenjang pendidikan diwajibkan untuk melek teknologi, terutama teknologi informasi. Selain untuk menunjang kegiatan pendidikan, melek teknologi informasi juga menunjang guru dalam menyelesaikan persoalan administrasi. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pendidikan dan persoalan administrasi adalah Microsoft Word, Perangkat lunak Microsoft Word, memiliki banyak fitur yang masih kurang familiar disebagian pengguna, terutama guru-guru Taman Kanak kanak (TK). Hal tersebut dialami oleh guru-guru Taman Kanak kanak (TK) Al Hijrah Kecamatan Serbajadi yang belum terbiasa dengan tool-tool yang banyak disediakan pada perangkat lunak seperti pada Microsoft Word. Beberapa kendala yang sering dijumpai adalah kurang maksimalnya penggunaan refering tools pada Microsoft Word. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi tim pengabdian untuk memberikan pelatihan “Peningkatan Ketrampilan Penggunaan Microsoft Office Bagi Guru Guru Tk Al Hijrah Kec Serbajadi”. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan ketrampilan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat terkait penggunaan perangkat lunak perkantoran.

Abstract

Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi tim pengabdian untuk memberikan pelatihan “Peningkatan Ketrampilan Penggunaan Perangkat Lunak Perkantoran bagi Guru Paud dan TK Nur Amanah Desa Pulau Tagor”. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan ketrampilan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat terkait penggunaan perangkat lunak perkantoran. Metode yang akan dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode praktikum secara langsung dan metode ceramah, hasil pada pkm ini adalah sebagai peserta pelatihan telah mendapatkan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan penggunaan perangkat lunak perkantoran. Peserta pelatihan dapat memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Office (Ms Word, Excel dan Power Point) untuk membuat laporan, membuat raport, undangan, membuat bahan ajar dan administrasi kelas.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, it is important for every company to conduct a Consumer Behavior Analysis of Antam Pegadian's Gold Purchase Decision in the Digital Age whose goal is to develop wings in achieving company profitability. This researcher aims to determine consumer behavior towards Antam Pegadian's Gold Purchase Decision in the Digital Age. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data that is processed is the result of interviews and key informants at the pawnshop. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. While the data analysis technique used in this research is data collection either through observation or interviews, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the conclusion that can be drawn is that all characteristics of consumer behavior affect Antam Pegadian's purchase decision of Gold in the Digital Era.

Abstract

The background for making cinematic videos as a campus promotional medium is the digital marketing trend during the new normal era. Pelita Nusantara Campus II helps all children of the nation, especially North Sumatran children who wish to study at High Schools to obtain Strata (S1) and Diploma (D3) education certificates. Therefore, the design of promotional media in the form of videos is made because it is effective and displays attractive visual effects with the aim of promoting it again. Pelita Nusantara Campus II. Using a cinematic concept because it can display interesting visual effects and is judged according to campus conditions. packaged through narrative. Video design is carried out using primary data such as observation, interviews and conducting pre-design and post-design surveys. During the project editing process, it is carried out using the Adobe Primary 2020 application. Using the AIDA method (Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action) as a reference, advertising effectiveness needs to meet AIDA elements. The results of this cinematic video will be published on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi Internet of Things dan Computational Thinking dalam penyusunan bahan ajar digital dapat meningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen teknologi terkini. Teknologi IoT memungkinkan interaksi langsung antara perangkat fisik dan system digital. Hal tersebut memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan kontekstual. Sedangakan computational Thinking (CT) ialah kemampuan untuk memecahkan maslah secara sistematis melalui pemograman, algoritma dan analisis data, serta dapat diterapkan dalam merancang bahan ajar yang lebih dinamis dan adaptif sesuai kebutuhan para siswa. Gabungan keduanya akan menghasilkan bahan ajar digital yang informatif dan responsive terhadap perkembangan kondisi siswa, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktikum langsung kepada guru di SD Negeri 104276 Pulau Tagor. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini juga, diharapkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar digital di sekolah dapat lebih menarik dan efektif.
