Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of training and occupational health and safety (OHS) on employee productivity at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Medan Branch Office. Type of this research is a quantitative research that was analyzed with multiple linear regression with SPSS Statistics 22. The data source is primary and secondary collected by using some methods: observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The populations in this research is 115 person, while the samples amounted 54 correspondents which is obtained with the Slovin formula. The result of this research, based on partially and simultaneous test, proved that the training and occupational health and safety (OHS) have a significant influence on employee productivity at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Medan Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of human resource quality and work professionalism on employee performance at PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Lubuk Pakam. This type of research is quantitative which is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample used in this study were employees - employees of PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Lubuk Pakam numbered 80 people from a total population of 400 people. Based on the data analysis conducted, the results show that the quality of human resources (X1) and work professionalism (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT.Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Lubuk Pakam.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan penguasaan akan teknologi tepat guna dalam hal digital marketing dan penggunaan Bahasa asing dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan limbah anorganik. Strategi pemasaran dan teknologi sebagai cara ampuh untuk meningakatkan keunggulan yang kompetitif. Mitra yang akan terlibat dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para siswa/i MTs Negeri 1 Deli Serdang, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Kontribusi mitra adalah penyediaan tempat pelatihan beserta fasilitas pendukung. Kegiatan luaran ini difokuskan pada produk barang kerajinan berupa souvenir yang dibuat dari limbah anorganik rumah tangga seperti serbuk kayu, kain perca, aneka plastik bekas kemasan. Untuk menunjang keberlangsungan kegiatan ekonomi ini maka perlu dibentuk Sentra Souvenir di lingkungan sekitar khalayak sasaran yang akan digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem produksi dan pemasaran yang mendukung serta terciptanya wirausaha yang handal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-leraning Google Classroom bagi guru dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pengetahuan mengajar di masa pandemi covid 19. Mitra yang terlibat dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para guru-guru MTs Negeri 1 Deli Serdang, Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah guru MTs Negeri 1 Deli Serdang telah dapat menguasai dan memahami penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan baik guna menunjang keberlangsungan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

Melaksanakan Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bagi dosen merupakan salah satu tugas sebagai pelaksanaan Tridarma perguruan tinggi termasuk pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah suatu upaya STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan agar terlaksananya Tridarma perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada masyarakat. Pada pengabdian ini dilakukan pada STMIK Pelita Nusantara yang mengambil tema Peningkatan Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Berekuivalensi TOEFL Bagi Mahasiswa STMIK Pelita Nusantara secara Online yang bertujuan memberikan bekal kemampuan dan pengetahuan dalam hal pembelajaran bahasa Inggris secara online. Permasalah yang dialami mitra yakni masih kurangnya kemampuan Mahasiswa dalam mempelajari bahasa inggris berekuivalensi toefl secara online. Hal inilah yang melatar belakangi pelaksanaan PKM yang berjudul Peningkatan Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Berekuivalensi TOEFL Bagi Mahasiswa STMIK Pelita Nusantara secara Online. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen dan Informatika Komputer dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktikum langsung. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan ketrampilan dan pemahaman mahasiswa dapat meningkat terkait penggunaan aplikasi dalam pembelajaran online.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently treading on the industrial revolution 4.0. In its implementation, one of the government's strategies is the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs as a big pillar of economic support, can be seen from their large contribution to GDP. But on the other hand, MSMEs are one of the sectors most affected by the Corona Virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic causing the Indonesian economy to be so shaken. Seeing the large contribution of MSMEs to the economy, the recovery of MSMEs is one of the right steps to restore the Indonesian economy. By implementing the right strategy based on technology, Indonesia through the recovery of MSMEs can revive the economy in the new normal period while moving forward towards industry 4.0 in the long term, including the use of digital technology such as promotion on social media and registering businesses to the marketplace platform, building personal branding, innovation and product diversification to adapt people's lifestyles and consumption in the new normal, evaluation and financial records with digital accounting software, as well as registering MSMEs officially at the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service

Abstract

Bank CIMB Niaga mobile phone account is the account banking service based of mobile phone first in Asia, banking transactions by using cell phone number without ATM card. it is limited research about the influence of the existence this service to the corporate image and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the phone account service with customer satisfaction, the company's image and analyse the influence of the company’s image with customer satisfaction of Bank CIMB Niaga. This research was conducted in April-May2021 with 100 respondents who have used phone account at least one month. Respondents selected by convinience sampling in Sun Plaza Medan. Data obtained were processed by using the SEM analysis (Structural Equation Modelling) with SMART PLS. The results showed a positive influence mobile phone account services to the satisfaction of the customer and are not significant but contribute towards satisfaction through the company's image. The positive influence of corporate image satisfaction and significant.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred in the world, people communicated digitally, where Communication is one of the most important human needs. Along with advances in technology, nowadays consumers can easily communicate with other people using cell phones. The trend of cell phone usage itself is increasing. According to Gronross (2014) to build and maintain relationships with consumers, what is needed is to build good communication between companies and consumers. The results of this study are expected to be in the form of a model that can be used as a source of discussion, learning resources, learning resources and sources of inspiration for users of the "Kartu Halo" Postpaid Service. For that ServicePostpaid “Hello Card” constantly innovating products to satisfy their consumers, while the respondents in this study are service users Postpaid “Hello Card” in Medan, North Sumatra.

Abstract

UMKM is an important part of the economy of a country or region, as well as Indonesia (Tambunan, 2013). with the existence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the sustainability of UMKM s is threatened by a decline in demand for fashion products due to changes in consumer purchasing power. One of the efforts to survive is to digitize. One of them by advertising on social media. Social media that is often accessed by the millennial generation is a platform (Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram). The purpose of this study was to determine the significant and significant influence of information, entertainment, credibility, and personalization on purchasing decisions for fashion products through video advertising on social media platforms for the millennial generation in the city of Medan. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data that is processed is the result of interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. While the data analysis technique used in this research is data collection either through observation or interviews, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the direct relationship research show that information, entertainment, credcredibility, and personalization have a positive influence on video advertising and purchasing decisions. Video advertising has a negative influence on purchasing decisions. While the results of the indirect research show tinformationtive, entertainment, credibility, and personalization through video advertising have a negative influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak hanya berperan dalam bidang bidang perekonomian, tapi juga bidang pendidikan. Dewasa ini setiap guru di hampir semua jenjang pendidikan diwajibkan untuk melek teknologi, terutama teknologi informasi. Selain untuk menunjang kegiatan pendidikan, melek teknologi informasi juga menunjang guru dalam menyelesaikan persoalan administrasi. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang pendidikan dan persoalan administrasi adalah Microsoft Word, Perangkat lunak Microsoft Word, memiliki banyak fitur yang masih kurang familiar disebagian pengguna, terutama guru-guru Taman Kanak kanak (TK). Hal tersebut dialami oleh guru-guru Taman Kanak kanak (TK) Al Hijrah Kecamatan Serbajadi yang belum terbiasa dengan tool-tool yang banyak disediakan pada perangkat lunak seperti pada Microsoft Word. Beberapa kendala yang sering dijumpai adalah kurang maksimalnya penggunaan refering tools pada Microsoft Word. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi tim pengabdian untuk memberikan pelatihan “Peningkatan Ketrampilan Penggunaan Microsoft Office Bagi Guru Guru Tk Al Hijrah Kec Serbajadi”. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan ketrampilan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat terkait penggunaan perangkat lunak perkantoran.
