Abstract

This study was conducted to Determine Whether there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on the performance of agricultural instructors in Bedagai Serdang district. The population in this study were all agricultural extension workers, amounting to 110 in the BP2KP district of Serdang Bedagai. This study took all Populations as a sample (census). Data collection instruments using a questionnaire technique. Analyzed data Came from distributing questionnaires to employees who were sampled in this study with a Likert scale measurement. Hypothesis analysis is done by multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 software program. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors. (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors (3) simultaneously work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Putra Dolok Mandiri, 2) The Effect of Work Environment on Turnover Intention at PT. Putra Dolok Mandiri, 3) The Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Turnover Intention at PT. Putra Dolok Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Putra Dolok Mandiri, amounting to 37 people. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a significant effect of compensation and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Putra Dolok Mandiri

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on work stress at PT. Timbang Deli Indonesia Verdant Biosience (Case Study: Seed Production and Selection). The sample used in this study were employees at PT. Timbang Deli Indonesia Verdant Biosience (Case Study: Seed Production and Selection), the number of samples is 35 people. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namely the work environment factor (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee work stress at PT. Timbang Deli Indonesia Verdant Biosience (Case Study: Seed Production and Selection).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze personality, job satisfaction and the influence of personality on job satisfaction of employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai consisting of 43 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and simple regression. The results of the test show that the personality of openees to experience is a prominent personality of the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai with an average score of 3.8889. Meanwhile, the average value of descriptive statistics for the job satisfaction variable was 3.1457, indicating that the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai still did not have good job satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that personality does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees with a P-value of 0.382 greater than 0.05. The managerial implication that can be given is that companies need to consider the factors of employee personality, especially when recruiting employees. Companies also need to consider aspects of job satisfaction, especially in terms of good salaries

Abstract

The dynamic world of work conditions is influenced by various economic factors, technology and market demand. Higher education is a sub system that prepares graduates to enter the world of work, because of that, universities must pay attention to the content of soft skills attributes in the learning process from an early age. Without it, universities will only produce academically intelligent graduates who are easy to find work but do not survive in the world of work. This research is a study on the influence of soft skills on the work readiness of final semester management students of STMIK Pelita Nusantara. The respondents used were 100 students with accidental sampling technique using a questionnaire. Sample testing is done by simple regression test and the results obtained show that there is a significant influence between soft skills and student work readiness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education and job training on increasing employee productivity, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sagami Indonesia. The sample in this study using the Slovin formula totaling 92 employees of PT. Sagami Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously education and job training have an effect on increasing the work productivity of employees at PT. Sagami Indonesia

Abstract

Service to students is an important aspect for the comfort of students at universities in undergoing study process, one of the services that need to be considered is student satisfaction with lecturers, especially in private universities, student satisfaction with lecturers is very influential because it can have an impact on the absorption of knowledge provided to achievement. for students, it is necessary for the right method to measure the level of student satisfaction with lecturers, the purpose of this study is to perform a comparative analysis of the fuzzy Inference system of the Mamdani, Sugeno, and Tsukamoto methods to be able to measure the level of student satisfaction with lecturers accurately and with the right method, The stages of this research method are data collection from STMIK Pelita Nusantara, data identification as the basis for fuzzification formation, fuzzy inference system process with Mamdani, Sugeno, and Tsukamoto methods, then analysis of the three t-methods is carried out. This is to select which method is the most accurate, then carry out system development and system implementation. The results obtained in this study are the Fuzzy Inference System has been successfully created and can be applied to this research, and from the comparison of the 3 methods, it is known for level measurement research. student satisfaction with lecturers, the best method is the Sugeno method, in addition to its high accuracy, determining the constants to be values that match the criteria for the assessment range and also the calculations are not so complicated.

Abstract

Pemahaman bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa asing hanya terbatas disekolah saja. Proses belajar mengajar juga hanya berdasarkan kurikulum saja. Pembelajaran dari lingkungan rumah dan masyarakat sangat sedikit sekali diperoleh. Sehingga siswa kurang mendapatkan pengetahuan yang maksimal. Speaking atau sekedar berdialog dengan tema – tema yang sedang berkembang di sosial media atau yang sedang bergejolak di kalangan remaja sangat jarang diangkat dalam pelatihan percakapan bahasa inggris. Padahal jika hal ini dikembangkan dengan baik, remaja termasuk siswa siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama hingga siswa Menengah Atas akan memili pengetahuan yang luas, kreatif dan inovatif. Tidak hanya bergantung pada buku teks.Penggunaan E-commerce sebagai media belanja di dorong oleh sering munculnya iklan pada situs jejaring sosial remaja dan peergroup. Belanja di E-commerce dijadikan sebagai sebuah gaya hidup remaja dimana belanja di E-commerce dijadikan sebagai upaya eksistensi diri dan identitas remaja =, tidak berhenti ada gaya hidup media ini telah mampu menjadikan remaja berlaku konsumtif karena tampilannya yang menarik, canggih, bisa diakses dimana saja dan menggunakan sistem pembayaran yang mudah yaitu melalui kartu kredit dan transfer.Sehingga sangat penting memperkenalkan E- commerce ini kepada para remaja yang notabene selalu menjadikan kegiatan e-commerce ini sebagai kegiatan yang biasa mereka lakukan ketika sedang aktif dalam media sosial. Agar mereka paham seluk beluk dari berbagai aktifitas e-commerce. Memperkenalkan e-commerce bisa melalui apa saja, termasuk sosialisasi yang memang dikhusukan untuk memahami e-commerce. Namun dalam hal ini, penulis akan memperkenalkan e- commerce dengan Sosilisasi E-commerce bagi remaja melalui media speaking activity yang akan dilaksanakan di MTSN 1 Deli Serdang.

Abstract

Upaya untuk mempertahankan karyawan telah menjadi permasalahan penting dibanyak perusahaan. Karyawan yang nyaman dan senang dengan perlakuan perusahaan terhadap mereka diharapkan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik dan dapat memuaskan pelanggan. Turnover intention adalah salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi pada banyak perusahaan. Banyak dari karyawan yang mendapatkan kompensasi belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan mereka dan tingkat keamanan lingkungan kerja dirasa kurang aman menyebabkan banyak dari mereka yang befikir untuk keluar. Mereka juga befikir untuk mencari alternatif pekerjaan lain. Mereka mencari pekerjaan yang lebih baik dari pekerjaan mereka yang sekarang. Ketika mereka sudah mendapatkan peekrjaan yang lebih baik mereka akan keluar dari perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis kuantitatif statistik deskriptif dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran terjadinya turnover intention pada suatu perusahaan. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang responden. Dalam mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan turnover intention digunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh secara kuantitatif dari suatu perubahan (variabel X) terhadap kejadian lainnya (Variabel Y). Dari hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa antara variabel kompensasi dan variabel turnover intention memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,078 > nilai t tabel 1,689 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dengan turnover intention memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan memperoleh nilai t hitung 4,725 > nilai t tabel 1,689 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel independen yaitu kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel dependen turnover intention memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu dengan nilai F hitung 43,425 > F tabel 4,12 dan nilai sihnifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan uji R square (R2) menunjukan bahwa yang memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,783 hal ini berarti variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh 78,3% terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred in the world, people communicated digitally, where Communication is one of the most important human needs. Along with advances in technology, nowadays consumers can easily communicate with other people using cell phones. The trend of cell phone usage itself is increasing. According to Gronross (2014) to build and maintain relationships with consumers, what is needed is to build good communication between companies and consumers. The results of this study are expected to be in the form of a model that can be used as a source of discussion, learning resources, learning resources and sources of inspiration for users of the "Kartu Halo" Postpaid Service. For that ServicePostpaid “Hello Card” constantly innovating products to satisfy their consumers, while the respondents in this study are service users Postpaid “Hello Card” in Medan, North Sumatra.
