Abstract

Public services are linked to leadership, motivation, compensation, and discipline are becoming one of humans resources concern today. This study aims to uncover relationship between leadership, motivation, compensation, and discipline on Civil Registry Kab. Kerinci. This study uses quantitative method, with exogenous variables, namely leadership variable (X1), motivation (X2), compensation (X3), discipline as intervening variable (X4) and endogenous variables, namely employee performance (Y). The data collection technique is propotional stratified random sampling. And the data analysis used is path analysis that devided into 2 paths, those are: sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data was collected through questionnares that have been tested for reability and validity. The results of this study show that there are relation leadership on employee performance is 3,7%, motivation on perfomance is 11,8%, compencation on performance is 4,2%, and relation between discipline on performance is 2,4%.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application work ethic and communication in the office of BPMPDPP dan KB Kota Sungai with performance of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a full sampling as many as 32 people. Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant work ethic and communication have a positive and significantinfluence with performance of employee. The implies that played as important rolework ethic and communication (individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance of employee.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of the work environment and compensation on the work motivation of J&T Express Sungai Full Branch employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted to test whether there is a relationship or influence between variables, especially to test the hypothesis in structural equations. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique. The results showed that the work environment has a significant effect on work motivation, as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 4.130 > 2.03693, and a significance value of 0.041 <0.05. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 3.929 > 2.03693, and a significance value of 0.030 <0.05. Work Environment and Compensation have a significant effect on Work Environment as evidenced by fcount > ftable (6.550 > 3.29) and with a significance value of 0.010 <0.05.
