Unemployment is a serious social and economic problem faced by the Pematangsiantar City government, high unemployment is also caused by the low education and skills of the workforce. To be able to reduce the number of unemployed, especially in the city of Pematangsiantar, it is necessary to predict the unemployment rate based on urban villages in the three sub-districts of the city of Pematangsiantar, so that the government has a policy so that it can tackle the number of unemployed. The data used in this study are unemployment data based on 19 urban areas from 2013-2017 in 3 districts in Pematangsiantar City. Data sources were obtained from the Pematangsiantar 03 / SS Koramil Office. The research method used is Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network. Data analysis was performed with backpropagation algorithm using Matlab. There are 5 network architecture used, namely 2-35-1, 2-38-1, 2-41-1, 2-43-1, 2-46-1 with the best model is 2-38-1 which produces accuracy by 79%. Thus this model is good enough to be used to predict the unemployment rate based on wards in 3 sub-districts in the city of Pematangsiantar.

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan indikator yang sangat penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan sebuah negara dalam membangun kualitas hidup penduduk/masyarakat nya, termasuk Indonesia. Ekonomi global saat ini sedang pada titik puncak perubahan besar yang sebanding besarnya dengan munculnya revolusi industri 4.0. Penentuan peringkat atau level pembangunan dan ekonomi dari suatu wilayah atau negara dapat dilihat dari IPM. Karena begitu pentingnya Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), maka perlu dilakukan proyeksi tingkat perkembangan IPM di tahun-tahun selanjutnya, agar pemerintah Indonesia memiliki referensi dan acuan yang jelas untuk menentukan kebijakan ataupun membuat langkah-langkah strategis yang tepat agar Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) jangan sampai menurun di masa yang akan datang, bahkan meningkat pada tiap tahunnya. Data yang akan diproyeksi pada penelitian ini adalah data Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) tahun 2010-2018. Sumber data diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini, metode proyeksi yang digunakan untuk melihat perkembangan IPM di Indonesia adalah Statistical Parabolic Projection (Trend Parabolik). Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, diperoleh selisih antara data asli IPM dengan data hasil proyeksi sangat dekat sekali, dengan tingkat MSE sebesar 0,01659. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Trend Parabolik sangat baik digunakan untuk melakukan proyeksi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini adalah proyeksi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Indonesia untuk tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2027

Motor vehicle theft cases still often occur around us, this happens because there is still a lack of security systems in motorized vehicles that only use ignition keys and key covers, where the weakness of standard security systems like this has been understood by perpetrators of motor vehicle theft. to perform the action. The need for additional security systems is felt to be very necessary, in order to avoid the occurrence of motor vehicle theft. To overcome all this, a motor vehicle security system was created using SMS with an Arduino-based GPS tracking method, to create a GPS Tracker that can control vehicles via SMS (short message service) that can track or assist the vehicle's position using the Arduino Uno GPS (global positioning system). , SIM 800L. If the vehicle is lost, the owner can be tracked only by SMS to the number that has been programmed on the Arduino uno to prevent and make it easier to get back a stolen motor vehicle.

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the relationship and influence of student attendance rates on student calculus learning outcomes at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research used a judgmental sampling technique. The sample in this research was the first semester students majoring in Information Engineering class 19T01, amounting to 46 students. In collecting data used instrument documentation and questionnaires. To find out the influence of it is used simple regression analysis. Regression analysis results obtained significance value < 0.05 i.e. 0,000 <0.05 it means that there is a significant influence on the level of student attendance on calculus learning outcomes. Whereas for the linearity test, the significance value of deviation from linearity > 0.05 or 0.578 <0.05, which means that the data is linear patterned, with the regression formula is Y = 2.779 + 0.690X.Keywords: attendance rate, learning outcome

Pada masa pandemi saat ini protokol kesehatan menjadi hal wajib kepada setiap instansi/perusahaan yang beroperasi. Sehingga mengakibatkan pihak HSE perusahaan harus bekerja lebih keras untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan, terutama menggunakan masker dan melakukan pengecekan suhu tubuh setiap karyawan yang akan masuk ke area kerja PT. Telkom Akses pematangsiantar. Sehingga penulis menciptakan alat absensi berbasis arduino uno yang dapat membantu pihak HSE melakukan absensi kehadiran karyawan disertai pengecekan suhu tubuh secara otomatis. Yang dimana apabila karyawan hendak masuk ke lokasi kerja maka wajib melakukan scan RFID dan pengecekan suhu. Apabila suhu karyawan dibawah 37 derajat celcius maka karyawan diperbolehkan masuk. Sedangkan apabila suhu karyawan diatas 37 derajat celcius maka alarm akan berbunyi dan akan muncul notifikasi karyawan akan dihimbau untuk segera periksa kondisi kesehatan dan beristirahat.

In this era, technology is increasingly advanced and rapid, where data confidentiality is one of the things that is very important for a company. Employee data is data that is very important for the company. So it needs a system that can secure a database of employees from various types of hecker attacks or eavesdroppers who can steal and damage data. Cryptography is a science based on mathematical techniques that deal with information security such as data confidentiality. Triple DES algorithm is a development of DES algorithm, the algorithm used is the same, only in Triple DES algorithm, the encryption and decryption process is done 3 times. Triple DES also has three different keys. The three keys used can be mutually independent (K1 ? K2 ? K3) or only two keys are mutually independent and one other key is the same as the first key (K1 ? K2 and K3 = K1). This algorithm can generate encryption that cannot be read or understood by humans and results in the exact decryption of the initial plaintext input.

Internet network is one of the most important needs in a company to access online in uploading or downloading a file. Where almost all companies already use computers and use the network as a tool to facilitate work. The problem that often occurs in the use of internet networks is that the speed is unstable, because users or users of the same network are more than one person, causing internet splits to split and not focus on one user. Mikrotik is a company that stands and makes products such as Routers, Switches, Antennas. By using a proxy router, the author found a solution to solve the problem by doing a bandweed mechanism with the aim of preventing the monopoly of bandwidth usage, so that all users or users in one network can get their bandwidth in a fair manner. Bandwidth management is a method used to meet these needs. And to do the settings, the author uses the Winbox application and also the queue function to do the implementation of the proxy router. The author uses the ip address of each computer that is connected in one network, to be used as data and then processed in the Winbox application, for bandwidth management.

Dari banyaknya bidang ilmu komputer yang harus dibahas, diantaranya adalah pengamanan dari sebuah data. Diantara banyaknya data yang harus diamankan, bisa menggunakan algoritma kriptografi yang salah satunya adalah algoritma kriptografi Hill Cipher. Pengamanan data file gambar dan pesan teks dipadukan dengan fungsi algoritma kriptografi Hill Cipher yang dapat membantu meningkatkan keaslian pesan teks dan file gambar pada saat proses pengiriman pesan berlangsung. Sehingga pada saat pesan sampai kepada sipenerima, pesan tersebut masih bisa dijamin keaslian dari isi pesannya. Analisa ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan pesan teks yang dari pesan asli sebelumnya dilakukan penyandian, sehingga menghasilkan pesan teracak yang selanjutnya pesan teks tersebut dipadukan kedalam file gambar. Peranan gas LPG pada saat ini sangatlah penting bagi kehidupan manusia baik di rumah tangga maupun di industri. Namun, gas dapat berdampak negatif, terutama bila tidak diketahui telah terjadi kebocoran dari tabung atau tempat penyimpanan gas LPG tersebut. Penyebab dari bocor tabung gas ini bisa terjadi karena kebocoran pada selang, tabung atau pada regulatornya yang tidak terpasang dengan baik dan tabung gas yang didistribusikan memang kualitasnya kurang baik ataurusak fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah rancang bangun alat pendeteksi kebocoran tabung gas LPG dengan menggunakan sensor MQ-5 sebagai sensor gas, dan ethernet shield sebagai modul pada mikrokontroler arduino uno untuk menghubungkan arduino dengan Berbasis SMS. Cara kerja alat ini yaitu, ketika sensor MQ-5 mendeteksi gas LPG maka sensorakan mengirimkan data ke mikrokontroler pada arduino untuk diberikan respon berupa menyalakan, buzzer sebagai alarm, dan alat ini dapat mengirimkan informasi data analog gas ke smartphone android menggunakan plaltform Cayenne melalui Perangkat SMS.
