Abstract

Theft is a behavior that causes harm to victims who are targeted and cause casualties. This study aims to classify areas of theft crimes based on provision by using data mining techniques. Data was obtained from the Indonesian statistical center (Badan Pusat Statistik) consisting of 34 provinces. The grouping technique used is K-Means. Clusters are divided into 3 namely: C1: areas with high crime rates of theft, C2: areas with crime rates of ordinary theft and C3: areas with low theft crime rates. Data processing is done using the help of RapidMiner software. The results of the k-means analysis obtained 17 provinces in Indonesia have the highest theft crime rate (C1), namely: Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Lampung, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Banten, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi and Papua. The results of the study concluded that more than 50% of regions in Indonesia still had high rates of crime of theft.

Abstract

The website is a digital information medium, a website created in the form of a graphical user interface with several programming languages that are summarized for the concentration of the web design stage, in this case a problem arises about the difficulty of learning programming languages, it takes quite a lot of time, therefore the author introducing a wizard as a website design that even ordinary people can also make by this servant is carried in SMK Penerbangan Medan by several people in 1 team which is divided into each. To make website design easier, faster, more efficient and a more structured system, where websites are created in a wizard and the system is provided by vendors in website design applications such as Dreamweaver, Dreamweaver itself is a system that supports several scripts for web design. either manually or manually. systemically, Dreamweaver also helps in connecting the MySQL database for data input and logging in to a website. The results are expected to add insight for the participants about website design training, and it is hoped that all application vendors have the same way so that other programming can also be learned by many people.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan bagi manager sehingga memberikan efektifitas keputusan dengan memberikan pertimbangan kepada manager untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan namun tidak mengambil peran manager itu sendiri. Dengan meningkatnya efektifitas keputusan, manager akan lebih mudah dalam penentuan kelayakan pegawai untuk mengikuti test kenaikan jabatan sehingga hasil yang didapat untuk menentukan kelayakan tersebut berdasarkan perhitungan atas data yang ada. Metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria yang didasarkan pada teori bahwa setiap alternatif terdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yang menggambarkan seberapa penting dibandingkan dengan kriteria lain. SMART merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan yang fleksibel. SMART lebih banyak digunakan karena kesederhanaanya dalam merespon kebutuhan pembuat keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan penentuan kelayakan pegawai untuk mengikuti test kenaikan jabatan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Aplikasi sistem akan menghasilkan hasil keputusan apakah pegawai tersebut layak atau tidak layak untuk mengikuti test kenaikan jabatan berdasarkan kriteria yang ada. Diharapkan dengan sistem ini, dapat mendukung manager untuk untuk membantu dalam melakukan ‘the right man on the right place’. Sehingga perusahaan akan diuntungkan dengan itu.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Test Kenaikan Jabatan, Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique

Abstract

Pertukaran informasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting di era kemajuan saat ini. Hal ini didukung dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang terus berkembang pesat. Akan tetapi kemudahan mendapatkan informasi juga memberikan ancaman. Masalah keamanan dan kerahasiaan data merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari suatu informasi. Dengan berkembangnya teknik pengambilan informasi secara ilegal, banyak orang yang mencoba untuk mengakses informasi yang bukan haknya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem pengamanan data yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan melindungi data sehingga tidak dimengerti oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang, Dengan menggabungkan metode kriptografi dan metode steganogrfi diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan akan keamanan dan melindungi data. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ini baik secara matematis dan implementasi kedalam aplikasi didapatkan sebuah hasil yang dapat di pertanggung jawabkan dimana hasil dari data asli yang di ubah ke bentuk lain melalui metode kriptografi kemudian hasilnya disisipkan kedalam sebuah gambar. Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan terhadap hasil dari gambar ternyata kapasitas gambar tidaklah signifikan bertambah. Dengan kata lain penyisipan data kedalam gambar terlihat sempurna.

Abstract

Water is a good solvent, so that the water in nature is never pure. If the content of various substances and microorganisms contained in water exceeds the allowable threshold, the water quality will be compromised. Impaired water quality is said to be contaminated water. With so keep in mind how the level of contamination found in the water. With the construction of an artificial neural network using the Perceptron network is expected to be built capable of providing the level of water pollution prediction results.

Abstract

The recognition of shapes or patterns in Intelligent Artificial is a method that is developing very rapidly and is continuously being developed to this day. The need for information contained in a pattern or form is very useful to be developed and applied properly to the health or culture sector, by using a system that is embedded with a capability or feature in pattern recognition. This model can be applied both to face pattern recognition, patterns. Likewise in this discussion about the pattern recognition of the Gorga Batak using artificial neural networks, namely the Hebbian method. With two patterns as knowledge or learning base and then tested. The input pattern will be checked for the similarity of the two learning base patterns, whether it is recognized as the Gorga “Simeol – eol” pattern or as the Gorga “Sitompi” pattern. By using 25 input variables and bias 1 with an initial weight value of 0, the Gorga “Someol-eol” and “Sitompi” patterns were initialized to a grayscale image and then extracted to a bipolar image with values of 1 and -1. The Gorga “Simeol – eol” pattern has a target of 1 and the Gorga “Sitompi” pattern has a target of -1, the function f (net) is 1 if Y > = 0 and -1 if Y < 0. From the process carried out, it is found that the Gorga “Simeol – eol” pattern is obtained the value of Y = 12 and for the Gorga “Sitompi” pattern Y = -12, and inputted to the function f (net), the result is the same as the target 1 for the Gorga “Simeol –eol” pattern and -1 for the Gorga “Sitompi” pattern.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi pada saat ini yang sangat cepat berkembang mengharuskan pemerintah menggunakan teknologi yang lebih berkembang. Wilayah yang masih terjaga dengan alamnya yang mendukung menjadikan lokasi Aceh Singkil kaya akan wisata alam seperti pantai dan pulau dan tempat-tempat lain yang menjadi destinasi wisata. Tetapi destinasi wisata di aceh singkil masih banyak pariwisata yang belum mengetahui dikarenakan lokasinya bisa dikatakan kabupaten terpencil. Agar mengguanakan teknologi yang belum maksimal dalam meningkatkan pariwisata di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil, juga memudahkan memberitahukan kepada wisatawan yang sedang membutuhkan informasi destinasi wisata di Aceh Singkil beserta lokasinya, karena itu membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis android destinasi wisata di Aceh Singkil sangat cocok untuk memenuhi keperluan pemerintah dalam mengembakan minat wisatawan terhadap wisata yang ada di aceh singkil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi Wisata kabupaten Aceh Singkil dengan pengimplementasikan Location Based Service (LBS) berbasis android untuk memudahkan wisatawan dalam mendapatkan informasi wisata dengan lokasi objek wisata yang ada di Aceh Singkil.  Technological progress at this time which is growing very fast requires the government to use more developed technology. The area that is still awake with its supportive nature makes the location of Aceh Singkil rich in natural attractions such as beaches and islands and other places that become tourist destinations. But there are still many tourist destinations in Aceh Singkil that do not know because the location can be said to be a remote district. in order to use technology that has not been maximized in increasing tourism in Aceh Singkil Regency, it also makes it easier to notify tourists who are in need of information on tourist destinations in Aceh Singkil and their locations, therefore making an android application based on android tourist destinations in Aceh Singkil is very suitable to meet government needs in developing tourist interest in tourism in Aceh Singkil. This research is porposed to design and build a tourism application for the Aceh Singkil district by implementing an Android-based Location Based Service (LBS) to facilitate tourism in obtaining tourist information with the location of tourist attractions in Aceh Singkil.

Abstract

The learning process that is only guided by the teacher and textbooks greatly affects the learning outcomes of students because not all students are involved in the learning process. In providing learning materials, there are some students who will feel bored and bored in receiving teacher explanations. The problems that occur include the lack of interest in learning and the attraction of students to learning materials that are considered difficult, difficult to understand, and there are certain terms in the material. the. And from the previous mapping, it was found that some students who were less able to accept learning were still in one direction, namely by learning from teacher to student. With the application of technology that will give a touch to students through an application that is embedded in a system on Android mobile or often called a smart phone. So that the increase in learning can be assessed as effective and efficient through a Smart Phone. Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang hanya berpedoman pada guru dan buku teks sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik karena tidak semua peserta didik dilibatkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran ada beberapa siswa – siswi akan merasa bosan dan jenuh dalam menerima penjelasan guru, Permasalahan yang terjadi diantaranya adalah tidak terciptanya minat belajar dan daya tarik siswa pada materi pembelajaran yang dianggap sulit, susah dipahami, serta terdapat istilah-istilah tertentu pada materi tersebut. Dan dari pemetaan sebelumnya didapatkan beberapa siswa yang kurang mampu menerima pembelajran masih satu arah yaitu dengan pembelajaran dari guru ke siswa – siswi. Dengan penerapan teknologi yang akan memberikan sentuhan kepada siswa melalui sebuah aplikasi yang ditanamkan sebuah sistem pada android mobile atau sering disebut dengan smart phone. Sehingga peningkatan pembelajaran dapat dinilai efektif dan efesien dengan melalui Smart Phone. dari pada itu, sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan selain dalam pembelajaran siswa juga diberikan sebuah test atau mengasah kemampuan mereka terkait materi yang mereka pahami dari sebuah topik. Dimana soal-soal latiham dilakukan pengacakan secara sistematis dengan menggunakan metode Linear Congruent Method (LCM).
