Abstract

This study aims to see differences in financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions. The financial performance used is 2 years of data before and after making mergers and acquisitions available on the IDX in 2016-2020. The type of approach used is quantitative, with a comparative type of research. The total population amounted to 75 companies, while the sample amounted to 13 issuers using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data, in the form of issuer financial statements, all of which data is obtained from the official IDX website. This study uses financial ratios as variables, including liquidity ratios calculated using Current Ratio (CR), activity ratios calculated using Total Asset Turnover (TATO), solvency ratios measured using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and there are profitability ratios measured using Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS). The technical analysis used is descriptive statistics and to see the distribution of data using the normality test. Hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test, shows the output that DER and EPS have a significance value <0.05, meaning that there are significant differences before and after mergers and acquisitions. While CR, TATO, ROA, ROE and NPM do not show significant differences. Keywords: Financial Performance, Financial Ratios, Mergers and Acquisitions

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether or not there is an effect of liquidity, profitability, and debt policy on firm value. In addition, this study also aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and debt policy on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The approach used in this study is quantitative and is a type of associative research. The data used in this study is secondary data which researchers obtained from the official website of mining companies and the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The samples used by the researchers in this study were 11 mining companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in the 2019-2021 period. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that liquidity and debt policy have no influence on firm value, while profitability has an influence on firm value. liquidity and profitability have no influence on dividend policy, while debt policy has an influence on dividend policy. Dividend policy cannot be an intervening variable between liquidity, profitability, and debt policy on firm value.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh peneliti dari situs resmi perusahaan tambang dan situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan tambang yang tercatat pada Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) periode 2019-2021. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan likuiditas dan utang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan di sektor pariwisata dari waktu ke waktu menunjukkan tren yang sangat positif terutama dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia pasca pandemi covid 19. Salah satu bukti nyata dengan disusunnya RIPPARDA Tulungagung sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan sektor wisata di selingkar wilis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi wisata halal pada objek wisata di kawasan selingkar wilis untuk dilakukan pengembangan wisata halal menurut GMTI dengan indikator akcesibilitas, communication, environment, dan services (ACES). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kondisi objek wisata selingkar wilis menurut indikator ACES menunjukkan kondisi yang sangat baik. 2) Terdapat potensi yang besar untuk pengembangan objek wisata halal diobjek wisata selingkar wilis. Potensi ini muncul dari aspek kemudahan aksesibilitas berupa infrastruktur pendukung yang sudah sangat baik. Potensi lainnya ditunjukkan dengan hadirnya pengembangan informasi berbasis online melalui sosial media dan youtube. Pada indikator lingkungan menunjukkan dukungan lingkungan yang besar yang bersumber dari pemerintah, masyarakat, dan ekosistem budaya yang sudah mengakar di kehidupan masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata. 3) Upaya pengembangan objek wisata selingkar wilis menjadi objek wisata halal dilakukan dengan pengembangan wisata berbasis ecotourism dan smart halal tourism dengan menyusun roadmap pengembangan wisata halal dan menyiapkan sarana pendukung lainnya, termasuk inovasi kegiatan tahunan yang dikemas lebih komersial dengan berbasis smart halal tourism. Abstract: The development in the tourism sector over time shows a very positive trend, especially in the efforts to recover Indonesia's economy post the COVID-19 pandemic. One concrete evidence is the formulation of RIPPARDA Tulungagung as a reference in the development of the tourism sector around the Wilis mountain range. This research aims to analyze the potential of halal tourism at tourist attractions in the Wilis mountain range area for the development of halal tourism according to GMTI with indicators of accessibility, communication, environment, and services (ACES). The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research. The results of the research show that 1) the condition of tourist attractions around the Wilis mountain range according to the ACES indicators indicates a very good condition. 2) There is great potential for the development of halal tourist attractions in the Wilis mountain range. This potential arises from the aspect of accessibility, such as well-established supporting infrastructure. Another potential is indicated by the presence of online information development through social media and YouTube. On environmental indicators, there is strong environmental support from the government, society, and cultural ecosystems that are deeply rooted in the lives of the community around the tourist attractions. 3) Efforts to develop tourist attractions around the Wilis mountain range into halal tourist attractions are carried out by developing ecotourism-based tourism and smart halal tourism by formulating a roadmap for the development of halal tourism and preparing other supporting facilities, including annual activities that are commercially packaged based on smart halal tourism. Abstract

Penelitian ini terinspirasi dari investor dan trader yang menggunakan analisis teknikal untuk menetapkan sinyal beli dan jual serta memperoleh keuntungan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan komparatif. Pengambilan sampel bersifat disengaja. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah harga saham pembukaan harian PT Barito Pacific Tbk, PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk, PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, PT Semen Indonesia, PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia, dan PT Chandra. Menggunakan uji beda ANOVA satu arah SPSS 23.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sinyal beli dan jual MACD, Stochastic, RSI, dan Bollinger Bands berbeda secara signifikan. MACD memprediksi keuntungan investor dengan paling baik.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of financial literacy, self-confidence in managing personal finances, and the use of fintech payments on the personal financial management of Sharia Financial Management students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This research is motivated by students' lack of understanding regarding personal financial management, which has the potential to affect their readiness to face financial challenges in the future. Through good financial literacy and self-confidence in managing finances, students are expected to be able to manage their finances more wisely. On the other hand, the use of fintech payments is also thought to have an influence on students' financial management behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods and purposive sampling techniques, involving 86 students from the class of 2020-2022. Data was collected via questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS-26. The research results show that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and payment fintech together have a positive and significant influence on personal financial management, financial literacy has a positive and significant influence, financial self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence, and payment fintech also has an influence positive and significant on students' personal financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accommodation, transportation and food service prices on interest in travel in Tulungagung. This research is a quantitative study using primary data for 2015-2022 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The method used uses quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires. Based on research that has been conducted on the effect of accommodation, transportation, and the price of food services on interest in travel (case study of Sharia Tourism Study Program Students UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Class of 2020-2022). Accommodation, Transportation, and Food Service Prices have a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of accommodation, transportation and the price of good food services, the higher the student's interest in trying to travel. Accommodation has a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of accommodation regarding travel interest, the higher the interest in travel will be. Transportation has a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of transportation regarding travel, the higher the interest in travel will be. price of food services has no effect on interest in traveling. The small value of the price of food services does not necessarily attract tourists to travel.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is important in order to develop a business. In the era of technological development like today there are many ways to market a product. It is known that currently many people in their daily lives use online media or the internet in carrying out their activities, therefore online marketing is something that must be emphasized in business. In addition, with online marketing, businesses can be reached by a wider audience. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of (1) online promotion on purchasing decisions at Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food business (2) customer value on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food (3) ease of transactions on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food (4) online promotion, customer value, and ease of transactions on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents, namely all buyers of Frozen Food Mbak Bakul Kediri. The data collection technique in this study using a Likert scale through distributing questionnaires, which was then analyzed validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test, and multiple linear regression test. From this study, the results show that it is known that the variables of online promotion, customer value, and ease of transactions simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test show the R Square coefficient value of 0.761, which means that the online promotion variable, customer value, and ease of transaction are able to explain the purchasing decision variable by 76.1%.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of macroeconomic variables in stock market investments, such as interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates. The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is often used as an indicator of Indonesia's capital market development, providing a general market overview. IHSG movements are significantly influenced by macroeconomic conditions, making it essential to analyze these variables to minimize investment risks. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. Data were collected from the official websites of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bank Indonesia using purposive sampling, with a total of 60 samples. The analysis utilizes time series data and includes tests such as unit root test, optimum lag, stability, Granger causality, cointegration, VECM, IRF, and VD, processed with E-Views 9 software. The results show: 1) A unidirectional causality relationship exists between IHSG and the BI 7-Day Repo Rate; 2) A unidirectional causality relationship exists between IHSG and inflation; 3) A bidirectional relationship exists between the exchange rate and IHSG.

Abstract

AbstrakConsumptive behavior in the current era comes from the process and not from oneself because it follows the development of an increasingly modern era. The phenomenon that occurs to Islamic Financial Management students who are at PTKI throughout East Java also reflects the consumptive behavior that occurs in students which can be seen from the behavior of using trend goods and having a high purchase price. This study for examines the effect of lifestyle and use of electronic money on the consumptive behavior of Islamic Financial Management students in PTKI throughout East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of primary data from the distribution of questionnaires and then data processing using SPSS 25. The total population of this study was 1112 students with a sample of 95 students. From the findings of this research, it is known that lifestyle has a positive and significant impact on the consumptive behavior of students. Meanwhile, the use of electronic money does not have a positive and significant impact on the consumptive behavior of students.Kata Kunci: Finance, Lifestyle, Electronic Money, Consumer Behavio AbstractPerilaku konsumtif di era sekarang berasal dari proses dan bukan dari diri sendiri karena mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern.  Fenomena yang terjadi terhadap mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan Syariah yang berada di PTKI seluruh Jawa Timur juga mencerminkan perilaku konsumtif yang terjadi pada mahasiswa yang dapat dilihat dari perilaku penggunaa barang-barang trend dan memiliki harga beli yang tinggi. Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh gaya hidup dan penggunaan uang elektronik terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan Syariah yang berada di PTKI seluruh Jawa Timur. Study ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif berupa data primer dari pembagian kuesioner kemudian pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 1112 mahasiswa dengan sampel 95 mahasiswa. Dari temuan riset ini diketahui bahwa gaya hidup berdampak positif serta signifikan bagi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Sedangkan, penggunaan uang elektronik tidak berdampak positif serta signifikan bagi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Keywords: Keuangan, Gaya Hidup, Uang Elektronik, Perilaku Konsumtif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, kemajuan teknologi informasi, dan modal minimal terhadap minat investasi pasar modal pada mahasiswa Manajemen Keuangan Syariah angkatan 2018-2020 UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk google form dengan skala pengukuran berupa skala likert. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probably sampling, dengan sampel berjumlah 90. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dengan hasil uji t pada literasi keuangan memperoleh hasil sifnifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi pasar modal. Kemajuan teknologi informasi memperoleh hasil signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa kemajuan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi pasar modal. Dan modal minimal memperoleh hasil signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 yang artinya modal minimal berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi pasar modal. Sementara itu, hasil uji F diperoleh hasil signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti secara simultan literasi keuangan, kemajuan teknologi informasi, dan modal minimal berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi pasar modal.
