Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the cultivation of siri' cultural values in the formation of children's character in Lompo Riaja Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency, to describe and analyze the factors that support the cultivation of siri' cultural values in the formation of children's character in Lompo Riaja Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, whereas qualitative research is descriptive research. This research was in Lompo Riaja Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. The choice of this research place was based on consideration because in Lompo Riaja Village, the culture of siri' has begun to fade. The research subjects were five parents and five children (sources or informants) who could provide information about problems related to the research to be carried out. The research instruments used were observation sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis techniques used in this research were data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and verification. Based on the results of research conducted in Lompo Riaja Village, Tanete Riaja Subdistrict, Barru Regency, the results are based on the cultural value of honesty because honesty is one of the primary keys that is considered essential for parents, which will have a major impact on children's future lives. Through honesty, children can interact with their environment well, and good faith will be a guide in influencing the sea of life and leading children's lives in a better direction. The character of children based on siri' cultural values in Lompo Riaja Village, Tanete Riaja Sub-district, Barru Regency is inseparable from the various obstacles faced by parents, where environmental factors and technological developments are one of the main problems that can make children's character change following their surroundings.

Abstract

Financial statements are a part of UMKM that must exist, because in order to develop a business by applying for credit or financing to creditors, namely the bank. Financial statements are very important because they are key in controlling business. However, in practice, because financial statements are not required in the law, many UMKM do not focus on preparing a good financial report. For UMKM, the profits generated can meet daily needs. Similarly, the UMKM Emir Roti who have difficulty in recording financial statements. However, Emir Roti keep records by preparing a special book to record the number of sales per day. However, the book cannot describe the financial condition of the Emir of Roti accurately. This study aims to determine the application of keunagan report recording that has been done by Emir Roti and for the sake of knowing the obstacles encountered when recording financial statements. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data sources are interviews with UMKM owners and secondary data, namely documentation in the form of financial statements. The results showed that Emir Roti in recording its financial statements are not in accordance with SAK-ETAP because there are still obstacles faced by one of them at least knowledge of accounting. The researcher's suggestion is for the government to make more trainings on financial statements.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul elektronik berbasis problem based learning menggunakan perangkat lunak iSpring pada materi reaksi redoks yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Research and Development dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Uji coba modul elektronik yang dikembangkan ini dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas X MIPA 3 SMAN 7 Banjarmasin Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket keterbacaan, angket respon, lembar observasi dan tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Analisis data yang dilakukan ialah analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis validitas berdasarkan aspek kelayakan isi, aspek kelayakan penyajian, aspek kelayakan bahasa, dan aspek kelayakan media yang dinilai validator memperoleh hasil dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan dinilai berdasarkan hasil uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, angket respon peserta didik, angket respon guru, dan aktivitas guru menggunakan modul elektronik masing-masing memperoleh hasil dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji keefektifan berdasarkan tes keterampilan berpikir kritis diperoleh N-gain sebesar 0,90 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan artinya efektif berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Dapat disimpulkan modul elektronik yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan serta berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

Analysis is an activity from a series of activities such as parsing, distinguishing, and sorting things to be regrouped according to certain criteria and then looking for the relationship for further study. Correspondence governance analysis is needed as a support for the smooth running of the organization or institution itself and can provide effectiveness and efficiency. Handling letters is very important for government agencies, especially in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat which deals with many agencies and individuals who need information from the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat. Good letter handling will make it easier for related parties to access information what you need easily.

Abstract

Before the enactment of the Job Creation Law, liquid waste disposal was governed by a specific permit system. However, with the introduction of the Job Creation Law, this system transitioned to requiring businesses to obtain technical approvals to comply with wastewater quality standards. Challenges have emerged, particularly improper practices that fail to align with ethical environmental principles. This research critically examines Indonesia's legislative framework for liquid waste management, focusing on its implementation and impact under the Job Creation Law, with a specific emphasis on environmental sustainability. A significant finding highlights persistent issues in managing household and laundry wastewater, which remain inadequately addressed under current regulations. Such gaps undermine environmental ethics, both anthropocentrism and ecocentrism. This paper advocates for synchronized regulations and comprehensive guidelines to mitigate adverse effects on environmental sustainability, ensuring stronger legal protections for Indonesian society.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see whether reward and punishment have an influence on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative methodology with ex post facto techniques. The subjects or population of the research carried out in class IV of SDN 02 Bumiharjo consisted of twenty students. There are two variables in this research, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. Reward and punishment are the independent variables in this research, while students' mathematics learning outcomes are the dependent variable. This research uses questionnaires and documentation to collect data, and the SPSS 23.0 application is used to carry out validity, reliability, prerequisite tests and F tests on the data. The F test results show a significance value of <0.05 or 0.033<0.05 with an R value of 0.478. This shows that reward and punishment influence students' mathematics learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that reward and punishment have an influence of 47.8 percent, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Plantation Simpang Gambir, Mandailing Natal, is affected by work motivation and work ability At PT. North Sumatra Plantation Simpang Gambir, Mandailing Natal. In this study, the author uses both a quantitative and an associative technique. A total of 212 employees of PT. North Sumatra Plantation Simpang Gambir, Mandailing Natal, make up the study's population. Out of this population, 68 employees make up the study's sample. The result show, work motivation has a strong partial impact on performance. Work ability has also strong partial impact on employee performance at PT. North Sumatra Plantation Simpang Gambir, Mandailing Natal, This suggests that the combined impact of work motivation and work ability on performance is substantial. The important implication of the results of this study shows that increasing employee work motivation and work ability at PT. Perkebunan Sumatera Utara Simpang Gambir, Mandailing Natal, will significantly improve employee performance. Therefore, companies should focus on developing training programs and providing appropriate incentives to maximize employee potential

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the four magic word story book on the politeness of children aged 5-6 years. The research method used is a quantitative pre-experimental method with a one-shot case study type. The research sample used 19 children aged 5-6 years consisting of 11 boys and 8 girls. In collecting data using observation techniques (checklist sheets) and tests (question items). The data analysis technique uses statistics with a t-test which obtains a value of t_(count) = 5.92 and a value of t_(table) = 1.734, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected because t_(count) ≥ t_(table) namely 5.92 ≥ 1.734. The conclusion of this study states that the application of the four magic word story book has an effect on the politeness of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pengembangan karakter spiritual anak usia dini melalui pembelajaran bermakna di RA Alwashliyah Meranti Asahan. Karakter spiritual merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak yang mencakup nilai-nilai religius, seperti keimanan, kepatuhan dalam beribadah, kejujuran, dan sikap saling menghargai. Pendekatan pembelajaran bermakna digunakan sebagai strategi utama, di mana materi disampaikan secara kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bermakna yang diterapkan oleh guru mampu menumbuhkan karakter spiritual anak secara signifikan. Anak-anak mulai menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam perilaku sehari-hari, seperti membiasakan diri berdoa, menunjukkan rasa syukur, serta bersikap jujur dan santun. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh peran aktif guru, suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif, serta kerja sama yang baik antara sekolah dan orang tua. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pendekatan pembelajaran bermakna terus dikembangkan sebagai metode efektif dalam membentuk karakter spiritual anak sejak dini.

Abstract

This article discusses the actualization of policy formation in the finance sector based on artificial intelligence. The research method used in this study is normative juridical. In terms of its purpose, this research is descriptive-analytical. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection methods include literature studies and analysis of relevant legislation, which are analyzed qualitatively to obtain conclusions presented holistically, systematically, and objectively. The implementation of policies based on artificial intelligence in the financial sector in Indonesia has significant benefits and is highly relevant to apply. The formation of AI-based policies can provide better and more accurate data analysis and increase efficiency in the financial sector.AbstrakArtikel ini membahas tentang aktualisasi pembentukan kebijakan di bidang keuangan berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis normatif. Dari segi tujuannya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitis. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang yang digunakan meliputi studi kepustakaan serta analisis terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan terkait yang dianalisis secara kualitatif sehingga memperoleh kesimpulan yang dituangkan secara holistik, sistematis, dan objektif. Penerapan kebijakan yang berbasis pada Artificial Inttelligence pada sektor keuangan di indonesia memiliki manfaat yang sangat besar dan sangat relevan untuk diterapkan. Dengan dibentuknya kebijakan yang berbasis Artificial Intelligence, hal tersebut dapat memberikan analisis data yang lebih baik dan lebih akurat serta dapat meningkatkan efisiensi di bidang keuangan.
